i would highly suggest everyone not to choose Idp Bangladesh office for Ielts on their study abroad journey. I've registered for computer based Ielts in 13th February from Gulshan office because of the unavailability of frequent date from British council. the lady who have registered my application, manually instructed me the date of exam and venue. I've called them to learn about the time before arriving exam center and surprised that my name wasn't registered in their database and asked me to visit Gulshan office for more information.

the following day after visiting their office the same lady who registered apologies me for their technical mistakes and registered me again for 20th February and told me i don't need any extra money to spend this time also she gave me her personal number for any further consequences.

I've applied for an EOR to review my desired result in 25th February after receiving my Ielts exam results .again it was a horrible mistakes to apply EOR from their office. its been 4 month now I've been waiting for my EOR even though they told me it'll take maximum 20 days to process.

they told me to contact with Dhanmondi office after calling them several time on their office because only Dhanmondi office deal with computer based examiner.the same thing told by Dhanmondi office to contact with Gulshan office they have nothing to do with my EOR.

surprisingly, on June first week Gulshan office called and informed me that my results are ready to pick and 30 minute later they again called and said they have some complication so i should wait for next call.still they didn't called me and after calling them several time both in Gulshan and Dhanmondi they have no clue about my EOR. i will not recommend anyone Idp for their slow response and if you don't want any harassment.

Idp Bangladesh office is running by bunch of low skilled unprofessional who have no clue about their responsibilities
