Very nice place! Staff is so friendly and willing to help. Beautiful views and scenery. Rating 4/5 because the bed was really uncomfortable - I was expecting a much nicer bed/pillow situation. But lovely stay, amazing views and water park!

Booked one night to get away and spend some time at the pool. Had such a good time we extended our stay. Rooms are nice small suites. Service at the pool was great we had Jack both days and he was awesome.there were some loud
parties and the smell of marijuana as you walk the grounds. But a great stay!

Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast bar at point in tyme was great, and who can complain about a water park where your kids have fun and you can order drinks and food to your chair by the pool?!

Paid over $200 for a cabana that the staff tried to kick my boyfriend and I out of twice simply because they didn t check their calendar. On top of that, the attendant Jason had a demeanor all day that read passive aggressive. Additionally I was charged for a complimentary birthday drink? Also the veggie platter could ve been the leftovers from drink garnishes that weren t used the day before. Guacamole was okay but $4 for a mini cup of it seems a little extra.

The resort is a beautiful place. It has great service too. The location is easy to find since it pops out of the moutians. The rooms are very comfortable and have a lot of space. My only criticism is that I spent a lot of money for the cabana that did not go into the evening.

It is a beautiful resort with an amazing view. I only went to meet my family at the pool, but from I did see/do it great! There was a bar out by the pool where you could order food/drinks or you could lay in a chair and a server would come up to you and take your order and then drop it off when it was ready. Great service and everything was delicious. There were multiple pools, a hot tub, waterslide, and volleyball net. Next to one of the pools was a basketball court that you could play on if you wanted. There was also several cabanas that surrounded the pool. You could rent them out for a certain amount of time. They seated 6 people, and had a TV, mini fridge, fan, couch/lounge chairs, and it could be closed all the way so that it was completely private. I didn't get the chance to use one, but they looked really cool and would've been a blast. There is also several hiking trails that you can go on that lead you up to the top of mountain/cliffs. All I can really comment on though is the pools and surrounding areas, and just based on that, everything was excellent there was a lot to do.

It is an ok resort and water park at Squaw Peak is better. Some of the managers are nice and some not!!! As far as business conferences great place for that but family go to Squaw Peak!!!

Great views! Amazing food and 8 pools that will have you swimming all day and night! Social distancing is no issue here! You can enjoy yourself and your party without being in the presence of a lot of people.

For the rooms to be 200 dollars per night the appliances are not updated and on top of that the floors are gross. When we were clearing up the room to leave the Head Maid knocked and opened the door twice. Didnt even have enough time to properly get our stuff together. The Air was cutt off at 11:30 and our late check out was 12. Must be something they do to clear the rooms faster idk. Personally I will never come back nor refer anyone to go. Rather stay at a less expense hotel in order to be treated with decency

I would have liked to paint a far rosier picture of the resort, but sadly, I cannot. I recently had to travel to the resort for a residency, and "upgraded" my room to a "FallsView" king. First, to call these rooms a suite, is misleading. I have stayed at other resorts, aside from the Hilton brand, which possessed far more amenities in the rooms. A cheap hotel coffee pot and a minibar does not a resort make. Second, the "Falls" were right out my door, the entrance door, which I found rather odd. It was less than impressive considering the so-called upgrade. Small as it was, at least water was falling, until the second day there, that is. It is man-made and someone turned it off, for the rest of my stay. I can hear them now, saying that the pool, on the other side is called the Falls pool, and thus, the Falls view. However, had I known this beforehand, I would not have pad extra to stay next to the largest pool, rife with screaming kids at 11 PM. Disclosure may be prudent to potential guests.
The "restaurants" -- I find myself using quotes a great deal -- were laughable. Of course, it's a resort, so you are 5 miles away from civilization (it might as well be 100 miles in the summer heat), so without a car, one is left to dine on property. How convenient for them, and frankly, it explains why they don't even try.
The Cafe, which wasn't even open most of the time, with a note to ring the desk for service, closed at 5 PM anyway. The only other option was the Point in Tyme, for lunch anyway. The "lunch buffet", again, the only option, consisted of a (yes "a") single pasta offering, and some salad. That's it. Each day we ate there, it was a single (albeit different from the previous day) pasta, but the same basic salad accouterments.
I opted to use my phone as a key, but thankfully also obtained regular keys, as my phone key changed on the second to last day and stopped working.
Because I chose the more expensive, "Falls" room, I was cast to the farthest reaches of the resort (something else I was unaware would happen). Of course, there was a shortcut through the main pool area right next to my building (8), which would have saved immeasurable time, had the gate not been locked all day and all night.
That far-flung room, also had no parking; literally three spaces, all parallel to the building.
The gym was nice, albeit on the opposite top corner of the resort.
I am also one of those evil cigar smokers. I know, "boo", "hiss". At other resorts and hotels, there is a spot to sit outside, with a drink from the bar and enjoy a much earned respite. Not here. I was actually told I could walk out to the street if I wanted to. Seriously?
The friendliest people were at the coffee shop in the main lobby -- and I don't think they work for the hotel.

I've been here twice and both times the staff was helpful and friendly the atmosphere is pretty amazing! The structure of the rooms are very cool they just need some updated interior design. The spa and restaurant (ADPOV) are pretty awesome as well! I will say there are usually families/teens at the pool so don't expect peace and quiet down there lol. If you want a nice staycation out of the valley definitely give this resort a try! Only about 45 mins from Tempe with traffic.

Beautiful property! A a bit confusing to navigate, but beautiful. We have a small child, and the room we stayed in wasn't exactly the best room for toddlers. There were exposed cords everywhere, and a gap that he could've fell through on the patio. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I'd stay here again, but not with a toddler.

We had a very delightful stay when the family came for a dance recital. Guest Service and cleanliness were second to none and the staff did all they could to make our stay enjoyable.

Get down to the pool to get seating would be the only advice as the first day, we had to keep everything in a big pile that got wet, but that was a minor inconvenience to the great service.

The clifftop restaurant was closed when we were there, but the views from it were awesome.

Unfortunately, a group of my co-workers and I experienced racial profiling from a security guard Joe Weatherby. He continued to harass us for 2 nights in a row. He kept standing outside of our door, and then saying we were too loud. No music was playing. Just conversation. Eventually, Joe decided to call the police. Even the police stated that they couldn't hear us and ended up escorting the security guard away from our door. Upon checking out, the manager avoided speaking with me about the issue. We are diamond members with Hilton, and we called and opened a case file. The hotel, closed our case and said that the resolution was having the police called. Needless to say, we have to involve corporate to get this issue resolved. The hotel had pretty views of the mountains and skylines, but we weren't able to enjoy it. The management of this hotel is trying to sweep this issue under the rug.

We recently stayed in a suite for about 5 days as I was in Phoenix on business. The room was clean, and spacious. Parking was hard to find in front of the room. Tight drive in an around the resort. Staff was scarce and when I did see them they were not very friendly. We asked if they had cribs before booking, they said yes but what we got was a playpen with a very thin, ill fitting pad. Housekeeping not available around the clock. We definitely would have chosen an all inclusive package had we known how expensive everything was. Bottle water and snacks from mini bar about $4/each, drinks even more expensive. Phone calls are not free either, not that we had to use their phone. We did not eat at the resort, but there was a restaurant or two. Overall ok experience, but have had better staying at hotels.

This resort is awesome, especially if you are looking for a real Pheonix desert experience. It is beautiful and the service is awesome. The property is hard to navigate, but they have guides and drivers on hand to help you at all times!

Everything was wonderful. Very friendly and courteous staff. Only issue was the Internet was very slow for most of my stay. As a business professional, Internet access is key. Overall, a pleasant experience.

It was a beautiful property with great views. The food was great and the room service was speedy. Our room was quiet and clean. The only thing that needs significant improvement is the valet service. Not enough staff, or the staff that are there are abnormally slow.

Its unfortunate that my first negative review im writing is on a resort that i truly had a good experience at until i reviewed my bank statement. The staff failed to communicate fees that were already paid for and decided to charge my card unjustly. While i was being checked in i asked about any fees and clarified that everything was squared away in full and all i was doing was putting a security deposit on the card that would later be released in full. So i reached out fully aware that accidents happen a d figured that since i was not at a motel 6 they would definitely rectify the situation. Sadly they failed to do so. I spoke with two representatives at the property and was informed that they will not reimburse me the money they stole from me. As a guest i should never worry that my card could be jeopardized or wrongfully charged. I did not ask for any additional funds to be returned just the one and was still disappointed with the service i received. Poor management when it comes to customer service is a issue and needs to be resolved. They should hold themselves and employees accountable for this situation. Bottom line

I reserved a king suite, when we got to our room it was 2 queens. I called down to the lobby and was told sorry there is no king suites available. I then questioned why did I pay for a king suite and got put into a 2 queen room?! The lady then said oh we have one king suite left. When I got to that room it turns out that was the king suite for the handicapped! At that point I was over this staycation. The room was dirty and had spiderwebs, the bed sheets had holes in them. Then the adult pool advertises for the cantina where you can buy food and drinks at the adult pool. Well that was a lie! The cantina looked like it has been closed for months! So then we called to order drinks at the pool and the lady on the phone could not tell me about the cocktails available. Finally made our way to the falls which of course was closed due to a private event! All I can say is that the staff I encountered through out the stay were great minus the lobby lady who did not seem to care we got put into the wrong room. There were other issues but I just wish they seemed to care and find a way to accomdate their mistake! Worst staycation!

The room Hilton had for us was very noisy and it was hard to sleep. They gave me and my family free breakfast vouchers for Pointe in Tyme. We get all the way over there and find out it's only for the cold items at the buffet. That sucked. Luckily after telling Pointe why we had them they let us at the buffet for free and also made up for it with stellar service. Great stay, just seemed like a lot of money to spend with the same level of service we received from other lesser hotels.
