They micro manage certain employees. Team leaders ...
They micro manage certain employees. Team leaders work in same area. So they only watch one group of people. Not all. Raises less to none. Only the favorite people recieve raises year after year. (.50) They work 12 hours days and never say thank you nor reward for getting the work out. Supplies are minimum. Always run out of things you need to get the job done. And most of all DIVERSITY its not on production floor first language is Spanish.
