This place was fantastic!! I loved every inch of the property, and all of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service they offer to give you a ride anywhere on the property as part of the resort fee was extremely convenient. The Falls pool was gorgeous, and they would even bring you drinks while you were lounging in or around the water. I fully recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice, relaxing getaway. 100% worth every penny.

I would return to this resort in a heartbeat. Stunningly beautiful landscapes and views. The multiple pools and water features are wonderful. Staff was friendly, helpful, and service was A+. Our suite was spotless and housekeeping kept it that way all week. Splurge on the restaurant at the the top of the resort. The view of Phoenix is breathtaking.

I really do not think this hotel is safe. I sustained a bad injury at this hotel.

All of the rooms in the main facility are open to the outside. There are a couple of elevators but the facility is spread out, so it is easier to use the stairs. The problem is that the stairs are stone, smooth, and, in my opinion, poorly lit. I also think they are steep.

Still on east coast time, I got up early one morning and left my room to get something from a vending machine (it was still dark). That provided to be challenging because you have to walk a good ways to get to them. I think there are five vending machines in the main facility. The two I tried were out of stock of what I wanted. The stairs were very poorly lit. I slipped on the stone stairs and I took a nasty head-first tumble down four or five stairs and sprained my ankle severely (3 weeks later, it is still painful and limiting my activity). I am under 60 and in good health. I don t fall.

Bad luck? Yes, but I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. I have never fallen and never been injured in a hotel. Most of the hotels I stay at don t have smooth stone stairs and the stairs are not as steep. Most are well lit at night; this hotel is not. T So in my opinion, the risk of falling is higher and because the stairs are stone, the consequences of falling are more harmful. Again, I think this is not a safe set up. I REALLY regret that I stayed here and I will not visit again.

5/5 stay so far! A little backstory: after our flight from Denver was delayed for four hours we were extremely tired and headed over to the hotel we had booked a bit closer to phoenix. It was an absolute train wreck. We took one look and left, we did not even bother checking in. We frantically searched for a new hotel and came across the hilton. We decided to head on over desperate at this point, anticipating them to not have any available rooms. There was no wait at all to check in. Despite expecting a high room rate Keslie got us into a VERY reasonably priced suit and we got to check into the room immediately. AC works great, resort kept clean, all the employees wear their masks, the pools are beautiful, food is great, plenty of parking, and its overall just a fun, well kept place. Definitely recommend staying here over anywhere in the city. Only complaint would be that there are bees everywhere near the waterfall pools (i m allergic) and one of the phone answering ladies was a bit rude when we called from our room. But it was more then we could have asked for and it has been a great stay so far!

I stayed at this resort last week and I don t have anything but great things to say! Check in was a breeze and the staff was so friendly. The pool was beautiful and clean, and the drinks were delicious. Housekeeping was wonderful. The views from this property are amazing. It s in a great location near a ton of food and shopping. Just a short drive from the airport. I am so happy I chose to stay at this resort, and I will definitely be reccomending it to friends and family in the future!

Room was comfortable and clean. Resort area old and worn. If I had paid full price for my room, Id be upset. Lack of restuarants around make it car dependent. No rhyme or reason to the layout of the resort, more after thought.

This place is decently nice. Nothing wrong with it at all, just a little on the dated side of things. But everything was clean, lots of options for the pools, spa, golf etc. The Hidden Valley pool is a tucked away gem! We spent lots of time there and basically had the pool to ourselves! Seemed like the service was slow whenever we ordered food or drinks.

I'm really bummed out I always wanted to stay at this resort. I have driven past quite a few times.
My biggest gripe is the fact that there is no sidewalk or pathways to walk from the suite to the pools forcing you onto the roads and people drive kind of careless. I'm especially not impressed with the overall condition of the resort. I've stayed at a few Hiltons and this is by far the most ran down.

HORRIBLE!!!! We decided to spend our wedding anniversary here thinking it was going to be a good experience seemed very nice on the pictures but oh boy we were in for a big surprise, we did not get the room we had reserve, the trash had not been emptied in the room, spend 30-45 min with no power, A/C was not working , and the pools oh my the pools were so dirty the water looked Green it was disgusting !
Please save yourself time and money and go somewhere else this has been by far the worst place I have ever stayed at !

Amazing resort. The entire area looks amazing and has a large amount of amenities including 5 pools, bars, gift shop, and restaurants. Great place to stay, but don't drive a manual car unless you're very sure of you abilities or it has hill-assist.

There were bugs all over the room! The staff offered us a second room which was also filled with bugs! The staff offered to come up and clean it but the room should have been checked and cleaned before we even opened the door. Wouldn t recommend staying here because it s old and infested with bugs.

So many problems, so many... from check in to filthy rooms. The place is dated, the staff could care less about offering good service and the follow up just added insult to injury. Stay anywhere else.

Nice resort on a hill. The place is a little old and the suites are separated through out the property like small villas. Great getaway location. There are handful of restaurants scattered throughout the property so you'll have to cart from place to place. Spring is a great time where you can probably stroll to each spot but definitely not during the summer heat.

Could use an increase of ongoing cleanup since it gets so busy on the weekends; the staff were doing their jobs just fine, and there were definitely enough staff wandering around... it seems they need to make the resort cleanliness a higher priority to keep in par with the higher prices. Otherwise everything was good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room is fantastic, service at check in excellent. Food had been great at a different Pointe of view, adequate at the water park. Cabanas are excellent, fridges, farms, TV and a comfy sectional. Place needs. Little updating tlc, and cabana service was spotty. Apart from that excellent, and would absolutely recommend.

Close to town, but up on the hill. Good views, great pools for kids all ages. 2 slow entry pools perfect for just learning to walk toddlers. Fun for grownups with kids. Small waterfalls, slide tube 42' inch height requirement the kids say is pretty Awesome! 2 Large hot tubs, Jacuzzis. Plenty of reclining beach chairs. The restaurant serves basic comfort food decent quality. Rooms clean and stylish. The walking from place to place in the heat is only negative, you can't change that.

It's expensive and very crowded at all eight of there pools and hot tubs. There is no supervision at any of there pools which I did not like. But it is a very beautiful place. Rooms have a little firdge but NO microwave. I have stayed at places that only coats $59 a night and have had better rooms. You are paying (starting) $300. a night for the pools and atmosphere.

I made a reservation for a 3 night stay for my wife's sister and mom. The hotel staff checked them out one night before, they said they only paid for 2 nights when I paid a 3 night stay in advance using US Airways Vacations (don't do that!!!). They wouldn't allow my family into their room and the only option they gave to them is to call US Airways. What kind of customer service is that? I called to the front desk trying to help solve the situation and the person I spoke to was rude and said it was not their problem.

To add insult to injury, the room was not clean. Avoid this hotel. Period.

WARNING: If you are concerned at all about COVID-19, please read this review. (If you are not traveling during a pandemic this is a lovely resort and I would give it 4 stars.) We had to travel to Phoenix for a family emergency. In this uncertain time of travel, I trusted Hilton to take the precautions to help protect my family from COVID-19. I made a mistake. This hotel is not following CDC guidelines to keep their guests safe. Let me explain:

No Masks! Masks are required and signs are posts but 95% of guests are not wearing mask anywhere around the resort. The staff wears masks but they don't even attempt to ask guests to put on masks.

Not Clean! I didn't see one staff member cleaning the public areas. We attempted to get dinner the first night by the pool. The tables were dirty and the seating areas were not distanced enough. They were short staffed, which meant the service was not good. I had to ask to get our table wiped down twice. I was very uncomfortable the whole time. The housekeeping staff is not cleaning rooms daily, which is understandable but they should be working in full force to keep the public spaces clean. The room was ok and I did my own disinfecting but the AC in-take vent was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been replaced in a very long time.

No attempts to social distance: We only went back to the pool one other time so my son could try the waterslide. The pool looked like it was 2019. No guests or staff even attempting to distance or keep themselves and others safe from the spread. My son got off the slide and said it was really fun but that people were crowding him in line and that is was "Coronaville" up there, so we left. The Family Pool was near our room and people were partying all night long.

In short: I felt unsafe from COVID-19 and uncomfortable the entire time. I gave feedback in text at the request of customer service and I really hope they listen and it improves. Honestly, I will not be surprised if I hear on the news that a major COVID-19 outbreak is linked to this property. I wish I had pictures but I was too uncomfortable to even think of that.

Great place, clean rooms and good service. The only take is the parking by the rooms is tight and inconvenient. No easy ramps or elivator to the 2nd floor which makes heavy luggage hard to take up a flight of stairs.

Love the beds! It's like sleeping on a cloud! Average water area, fun but limited to one slide & lazy river for the most part. Very beautiful location/setting, great service, definitely would recommend and would stay again & again.

This has been one of the best experiences we've had staying at a resort. The management and staff were great and the pools are so clean. I would come back and recommend this resort to any family wanting to enjoy their time together.

I so badly wanted to love this place. The pictures online were gorgeous. However, the room was hard to get to. To all my fellow large vehicle users, I would highly recommend not staying here. The roads to get to the rooms were narrow with cars parked along the sides. The "mountain view" room we booked was "upgraded" to the hidden falls room. (Upgraded was the term the front desk employee used and I would have to strongly disagree with that.) We walked into a narrow, low ceiling room with a balcony looking over the only parking lot. The balcony furniture was old school pool chairs and a side table. The bathroom was in need of updates and fixing. Rust had started forming on the tub with discoloration in the tub itself. The tile looked disgusting. The room with the actual king bed was tiny and made us feel claustrophobic. We were looking forward to staying in the room from the pictures Hilton had online. After driving for 20 minutes to find our room and seeing the layout and condition of the room, we decided that we needed to leave and go elsewhere. I wonder if the pools are worth the stay in that room? If so, it better be gold leaf you're floating in...

Celebrated my birthday here. Thought I had booked Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak where I celebrated the previous year but accidentally booked Tapatio Cliffs. This resort was nice but much larger and busier. Also not as clean. Squaw Peak was better for sure.
