From the contract signing, to the mechanical inspection while under construction, to the PDI, to the custom key box, wine and cutting board on closing, and finally to the post possession follow up and service, the entire company was first class to deal with!

We have recently moved into our new townhouse in Azure West. Our experience with the Marz team has been nothing but perfect. Each person we have dealt with has been very friendly, professional, and very, very accommodating to our needs and requests. We can t say enough about each and everyone of them.
We were extremely impressed with Maria Bone in the decor centre. She was extremely patient and her knowledge of the products was top notch. If Maria didn t know, she was on top of things and found out the information for us. We were able to have three appointments with Maria and by the end of the process we were so satisfied. Maria is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Maria made the experience of picking our finishes enjoyable and made us feel very comfortable and important. She is easily accessible as well and if I needed a small request she was always able to accommodate our requests. What a wonderful person she is.
We had the pleasure of meeting Carlos before he retired and he was very approachable and helped us out as well. John the new site supervisor has been nothing but great to work with and so easy to talk to. When we had a request he would accommodate us with no problem. When we did our framing walk-thru he was very knowledgeable and found some things in our home that needed attention before we even noticed and made sure it was done! After we moved in John was around and if we needed attention to something in our home he was there to help. Always friendly and approachable. He is a wonderful young man!!
We received a call from Maria about our paint selection. Joe, the painter was with her as well and he was so helpful in explaining the problem with our colour selection. He even had us meet him at the paint store and then proceeded to have us go to the decor centre to look at the paint chips with our cabinets. Unbelievable!!!! He made us feel that our home was just as important to him as it was to us. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Tony the electrician. We paid for the electrical walk-thru and we were very satisfied with that experience mainly due to Tony. He was very helpful in helping us achieve the right amount of pot lights inside our home and outside as well. Again another Marz team member that was very accommodating and knowledgeable.
We also want to express our thanks to Kate Ireland for her clear emails, even though they were about our delays. She was professional and helpful in making our appointments. After we moved in Kate was always ready to answer questions. Any request we made about our PDI or Tarion 30 day she was on top of it and appointments were made and forwarded to us. Kate always knew who to contact to fulfill our requests.
We also had the pleasure of working with Jordan. He was so very helpful. His workmanship is excellent. A Jack of all trades!! Again another Marz team member who was friendly and very accommodating. Jordan spent the time to inform us on the things we needed to take care of in our home. And also said that if we needed help to give him a call and he would be there to assist. All our requests were completed in a timely manner. What a pleasant young man!!!!
There may have been a few others that we met from the Marz team but we may not have gotten their names etc. Every trade that we had any involvement with was as pleasant and helpful as the next. Everyone was so accommodating and everyone seemed to make us feel that our home was as important to them as it was to us. We have had an amazing experience with Marz homes and the entire team that we have had to deal with. We would and will recommend purchasing a Marz home to anyone that may be in the process of buying a new home. Kudos to Marz and the team you have put together!!!

From start to finish my experience with Marz Homes at Smithville Station has been excellent. The entire team is really dedicated to customer service and building a good quality home. Even overcoming the COVID-19 challenges we were still in our house ahead of schedule. The home is built strong and well with great attention to detail. Our designer Natalie was fantastic and really helped us with our options and upgrades. Rudy the site supervisor is amazing and personally saw to any concerns we had. Kate and Jen were both great, they coordinated everything perfectly and were with us throughout the entire process. We did our Pre Delivery Inspection one week before we moved in (ahead of schedule at our request) he was awesome and was the one pointing things out that he was not happy with. I would have never seen or noticed what he saw and it was all completed within a week before we moved in. I hope the senior management team reads this and sees what a great company they have built and what an amazing team they have working for them. I have already signed up for the next Marz Homes development THRIVE.
We love our Marz Azure townhome in Grimsby and everything about it! It is a quality build with great finishes. Own a building that they constructed recently. The house looks absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful craftsmanship. Their services department is on point. Jordan is a wizard very willing to assist and resolves issues no matter how difficult it might be . They really have the buyer's interest at heart . Marz guys are willing to go extreme length under the law to satisfy the buyer. I should have bought my first home through these no nonsense excellent builders . Love the purchase.

Absolutely awful building company who uses cheap building materials. Be ware purchasing their homes as you might be left with paying thousands of dollars to fix their neglect.

We purchased a townhome in the Azure West complex recently and the experience and quality of the results were top notch. When selecting finishes and upgrades the professionalism and knowledge of Maria Bone and Tanya Markovic was extremely helpful, informative and performed in a manner that allowed us to make important choices comfortably. The Marz Home staff and Kate Ireland in particular were very organized and informative whenever we had questions and proactive in advising us of progress and changes during the build.
The final closing inspection was performed impeccably by Jordan Batrynchuk and his knowledge and genuine concern to make sure the product was perfect was exceptional.
Finally the quality of the home and attention to detail by Marz Homes made this home buying experience stress free and enjoyable.

So far we're very happy with the out come of our Marz Home. We had an issue with the placement of a street light on our property and we voiced our concern to Marz - we received an immediate response that this issue was being looked into by customer service. Within 4 days we had received a call that although the street light was approved by the city, Marz was taking our concern into consideration and moving the placement of the light.
You don't hear about builders going above and beyond to help you out like that. I am so pleased that we can enjoy our new beautiful home without this issue!
