Always a great place to go for a special dinner. Whether corporate or private the food is great.

Beautiful and right in the midst of the desert. For people from out-of-state would really see what Arizona is about.

Each and every staff member were outstanding. For this reason specifically, I would score 10 stars I could.

Delivery of food to the pools is awesome. The food we ordered was delivered quickly and was perfect.

Dpov is the best chef Anthony will be the next award winning chef. CORY best server ever. View is amazing at any seat. Great place for a night out with dinner that is the best in the valley.

Our stay was very relaxing and refreshing. Very nice resort. Only 2 minor issues. It took an hour to get sheets for the pull out couch bed. By then we were all in bed already. And the second issue was that security threw away a beer I left alone for my wife for maybe 2 minutes. It was well hidden behind a bush by the pool area since they don't allow you to bring your own drinks into the pool area. Obviously they make lots of money selling you overpriced drinks at the bar like many other places. The security office has dozens of cameras images on 2 giant screens to police the hotel guests.

Living here almost 10 years & working down the street at JCL for 10 years, I have passed this place many times but never pulled in. Wow, I wish I had! The resort is tucked into the side of a "mountain" literally the buildings are built into the side making this property so unique! It is gorgeous and I dont even feel like I am in the city. The views are incredible, our room is a Suite overlooking the city. The room is newly renovated and so beautiful. There is a complete living room with wet bar with a completely separate bedroom with large King bed (soooo comfortable) and then a sliding door that opens to a spacious patio. Today we are checking out their pool area which sounds really cool! Waterfalls and a 138 foot water slide (whaaat!) The bell man told us about a small secluded pool near our building aptly named the Sunset Pool-and room service will deliver to the pool. Will check that our tonight. The service has been impeccable and I will be back for more staycations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, several pools and a 24-hour gym.

Clean, spacious suites. Plenty of pools around the resort plus a water park. A high end fitness facility. They also have golf carts to drive you around the resort but I didn't mind walking. All in all, a very lovely place. A big plus is the golf course on the property.

This is the first review I've done. Seriously hate this place. Room AC wouldn't get any colder than 78 degrees, got locked out of my room and took them over 30 minutes to resolve the issue, sunset pool shower and drinking fountain didn't work so bring your own bottled water, and cherry on the top was a dead mouse floating in the pool. I get that may have been a freak accident but there was trash around the pool area. Wonder what attracted mice.....

Very dated Hilton. I booked the room thinking we would get great service and a nice room. Booked a two queen bed. Once in the room the beds were methodically squeezed in a the small room so that the beds were two feet apart and half a foot from either side of the walls. This Hilton and the grounds it resides on seemed like it was an apartment complex at one point and Hilton bought out the place and tried very hard to make it a resort. The wallpaper old tacky appearance, the shower grout looked like it had been painted over with white paint to cover the dirt and mildew that was previously present. The bathroom was only 5ft x 5ft space with the tub and toilet also squeezed in.The sliding door between the living space and the bedroom was worn from the imperfect fit, plus it was hard to slide close. The white paint on the door frames were thickly layered to hide imperfections and peeling still. We also got the room on the north side of the Hilton resort, so there was a garbage or delivery truck that woke us up early in the morning and copious amount of ruckus. To top it off the view was awful with a run down building at our balcony. Breakfast is not include with a $250 stay...sad. Not a resort of any sorts. The staff was impolite not very bad, but enough to notice. Not worth the stay.

I had a wonderful time at this resort in the mountains. My young kids especially loved their pools, with nice easy slopes they could stand in
