This resort is a beautiful facility. While initially the decor and furnishings are a bit jaded, when you accept the age of the resort and look at the amenities, setting and start to enjoy it, you get over that it's not brand new new and start to realise this is part of the charm. The staff is great, the facilities are top class and you'll enjoy your stay immensely.

Interesting place..a bit run down for a Hilton establishment but I am sure it has its audience. Not a place I would be interested in going to stay for leisure because I have been spoiled with Hilton s finest.

My husband and I stayed here. The room was very nice, given that it was comparable to that of a small 1 bedroom apartment. The layout and design of the resort was beautiful as well. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy any of the amenities that the resort has to offer, but there are plenty. Downside: Just like any other "fancy" place, you have to pay for any additional services you partake in, even including breakfast. The rate you pay is a base rate, then you are charged an additional resort fee of $10 or $18 depending on the season. This fee is supposed to cover a few of the amenities, such as pool use, golf range, tennis, etc. However, if you are like us and use none of these, you will still be charged the fee. That was disappointing. In addition to the fees, the ac unit next door was so loud (resembled the sound of a helicopter) that I ended up finally moving to the living room area at 3am just to get some sleep (on the couch). BUT, if you are going to use the amenities, don't mind the fees and have a room without a loud ac unit next door, then this is the place for you. As for me, I'll just stick with the not so "fancy" places such as Ramada Inn, Holiday Inn, Best Western, etc where they include these nice amenities for free.

I was there for 4 days for an all day Real Estate convention. I was dissatisfied with their parking arrangements. I felt like I was treated like second class. They were given strict instructions not to allow us to use the hotel parking lot even though we contributed by eating in their expensive restaurants. We had to park 3 blocks away at the golf course parking lot and wait in the heat for 10-15 min. For shuttle service. Mean while they had several hotel staff standing around and several empty golf carts available and to top it off all the parking lots empty. WHO IN THE HELL IS RUNNING THIS PLACE SHAME ON YOU!! A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

I can only really speak to the location, but boy, what a location! The whole place is nestled into the mountain and looks amazing. Just be sure to make your way up to Different Pointe of View (the restaurant) and check it out. The view of the city is breathtaking.

This is a quiet and sprawling facility. I especially loved the huge fluffy towels in the room. I had a fascinating cocktail with a hint of habanero at the restaurant. It's kind of a ways from downtown Phoenix and other food/nightlife so factor that in. Unfortunately, we were only here for two days so didn't really get to do much exploring, but I would definitely come back to see more!

We stayed in room 3031, part of a group of 48 on a AAA tour. Overall the room is very nice , but there are deficiencies which in my opinion are unacceptable. You must let the hot water in the bathroom run for at least 10 minutes before there is even warm water, the shower rod is bent / hanging in such a manner that the curtain will not remain closed completely allowing water to pass wetting the floor. But what I find totally unacceptable is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom !

Room was dated, but clean. TV took forever for the guide to come up and no list of available channels. Parking was hard to come by, but they did have complimentary valet. Different Point of View restaurant was amazing and great place to have a night cap overlooking the city.

AWFUL! Way overpriced for what we were told to expect. Buy groceries ahead of time because the hotel won't even help you find a store or restaurant. Social distancing apparently doesn't exist. Although it was very clean I didn't feel very comfortable finding a maintenance worker in my room after it had just been cleaned and shouldn't be touched by anyone but the guest. COVID IS NOT AN EXCUSE. We expected a few set backs but even the security was rude when we arrived a half hour early and were told to wait outside.

The hotel was nice. Covid-19 precaution were lax at the bar as no one wore masks and staff wore masks under the nose. The falls pool was nice but busy. I expected more precaution be taken during the pandemic.

We enjoyed our stay. The resort was wonderful. 200 words are to many to write for a review. I enjoyed the stay and would come again if I'm in the Phoenix area. There's a lot to do on the resort but we did not get to enjoy everything.

I stayed here in the off season. Pleasant atmosphere and aesthetically pleasing. Spacious and relatively well maintained rooms. The restaurant could use a few more gourmet options. But a different Pointe of view lounge is a must see on a clear warm night.

Hotel layout is rather overwhelming. Difficult to navigate especially in the heat. Very nice rooms although the double queen setup in ours was a bit odd. Room had a modern feel, hotel does not.

Staff was very friendly. Family oriented, so it can get a bit noisy if you going for some R&R. Love that they have an Adult only pool section. Parking, however, can be difficult. My only real complaint was sound from neighbors woke us before 7am, so no sleeping in.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort! I I was there for a conference and decided to make a staycation out of it with my family! It was a very busy weekend for the resort and the staff was top notch, Very nice and accommodating! The rooms were very nice too! I love how all the rooms are suites! I was there with my two little children and husband. We were able to keep the baby in the pack n play in the living room while she napped and closed the door to the other part of the room where we were able to relax and watch TV. Lots of pools on the property but we really enjoyed the water falls pool! My son had fun on the water slides! Lots of lounge chairs and the pool side service was awesome! We are having a conference there next year too and I can t wait to stay again!

We had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer. Brian at the front desk was awesome and gave me tips about where to eat. I think the young man's name was Bradley who drove us around to see some of the property in the golf cart - also super nice and funny. The room we stayed in was great, the food was delicious, and we had no complaints. Highly recommend!
