Good rooms, great breakfast, great property overall

In my room on the hotel phone they have the address wrong. It says 1111 North 7th street when actually the address is 11111 North 7th street. So when I ordered a pizza online to be delivered to the address that was on there phone, the restaurant said it was to far to deliver to where I was, and they already took the money from my account. When I called the front desk to tell them there phone has the wrong address on it and I was just charged for a pizza and pasta that won t be delivered, they told me to hold and a manager would call me back, two hours later I called the front desk again of course no one was told to call me and the manager told me he would take 25 dollars off my room which I could use for Starbucks and I could get a late check out.Well I leave 5:30 the next morning and my order was 40 dollars. So no one had anything to eat and I don t drink coffee so I got burned because the hotel can t get the right address on there own phones and no one did anything to make it right last time I stay here. So make sure you check the address before ordering so you won t donate your money to dominos. Get your address right your a multi billion dollar company. I have pics.

Went here for drinks at the restaurant. In short, the service is very good, the view is phenomenal and you can see the sunset and all of downtown Phoenix from the outdoor patio they have. Drinks are quite pricey as expected. I did not order any food. Call before coming as they have several private events and you will drive out for nothing.

The food was beyond exceptional. The atmosphere was very classy. I cannot wait to go back. I thought I was a great cook, all I think about is some of the best food I have had.

Their Christmas Brunch was absolutely wonderful! The variety of items to choose from exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious... The view was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and quite attentive. I will definitely dine her again...

It was great, people were nice, no one was lost. Very easy to navigate through, however the elevators were slow.

Great resort. Nice place to hang with kids. The pool is great for kids. Nice rooms. Close to lots of food and entertainment including hikes and mountain biking. Walk from your place close.

This place has a great view..multiple swimming pools...

We stayed at CHRISTMAS and had lovely suites, but the extra suite charges are hidden until you pay. I called the management, but never saw the credit. Very comfy and clean.

Service was exceptionally slow. Food was average at best.

My room was upgrade. And to 1 of the best ive experianced. Right over the big pool.great staff. Amazing service.

I stayed here for the 4th of July night. I couldn't believe this is a 4 star hotel. Parking is terrible because they allow non-guests to come to the water park. There were 2 nice people the whole stay, the gentlemen that checked us in, and Dick, the valet. It was more like a "what can't we do for you hotel", rather than "we would be more than happy to help". We called Saturday night to get a ride to the top restaurant to have drinks and possibly see some fireworks, and the guy that drove us up there said that they probably wouldn't allow us to do that a couple times on our way up. We got up there ,and there was a whole outdoor patio to sit at with full service?? I bought a beer at the lower pool that I brought up to the top and the waitress said she had to confiscate it. We rented a cabana on Sunday that we got quoted 3 different prices on from employees in different areas. Our "personal" waitress for the cabana didn't know how to work the tv, had to bring waters to the refrigerator that she said were in there, but weren't. The employees are not happy to work there, its obvious. I would never refer anyone to this hotel.

GREAT PLACE TO WALK AROUND ON A FIRST DATE!!!
Oh this place. This place is absolutely amazing. You drive through the windy mountainside and by the time you get to the top and look down you can see wonderful city lights. The whole place is so quiet and quaint and full of views. What a wonderful place!!!! At times the road can be steep and a tiny bit scary for some so consider yourself warned.

I live in the apartment complex south of this hotel. They are playing music so loudly that I can't even hear the TV that I'm sitting in front of and my 1 year old daughter has woken up. I called to speak to the hotel, they didn't care. Can't imagine how loud and irritating it must be to be a guest there.

Great pools, super friendly staff, great views. I also left my ID in California at a hotel and only had a photo of my ID but they let were nice enough to let me check in with that but the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort that was down the street told me NO we don't accept it so I walked out knowing I could use the photo at a different hotel so I came to this Hilton and had a great time. I'm glad it worked it that way because this hotel was way better

We enjoyed our stay. The food was amazing. Service was great. The main reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of billing issues watch what they charge you for from the mini bar in your room and make sure they don't double charge you.

The ballroom was clean and nicely decorated. The meal was nice, if a little bland. The only minor mark against was the men who served the good. They seemed disinterested, and we're almost just throwing the plates on front of people. The women were much nicer.

The worst hotel ever!! If I could give them a zero I would. First of all they have the worst customer service. I couldn't find my room and had to back to the front twice and not once did the front desk offer to show me the way! The room had awful smell and the mini fridge area had opened food items obviously from the previous guest which probably didn't clean the room properly or if at all !! The main pool area was a mess. Cups everywhere which caused a lot of bees. Last but not least there's a 39.00 daily resort fee and this is clearly not a resort.

Love this place have a lot of pools a lot of places to just be by yourself and the room is comfortable

Very nice; rooms were cozy & clean! Pools were nice but larger pool was closed for repair, I guess.

Lovely place for the 2019 Arizona Geriatric Society 's Fall Symposium

Very lovely resort, but it is very hard to navigate this place. The property is absolutely beautiful, but is like a big maze.

There were some great employees but overall device and attitude of employees was not great

I was there to drop something off at FedEx. The guy was nice and gave me tips, but he seemed judgemental and like he was way better than me. It's wonderful that he knows his profession well, but came off a little off-putting.

The room was decent but the bed was stiff and bouncy. The sheets and comforters were also a stiff. I couldn't get the room cool enough to be comfortable when I slept. My fiance and I spent our anniversary here and found very little to be special or convenient about the property beside the Pointe Restaurant which provided a great view. However the staff was 25 minutes late for our reservation and we didn't get our food for nearly an hour after our res time. The food was great but unfortunately couldn't fully enjoy it as the temperature in the restaurant had my self and the staff sweating quite a bit. So over all, I'd say we probably won't be back.

Five star resort. Deliciously comfortable southwestern villa style resort with terracotta tile floors, stoic balusters, beautiful windows, and stucco. I spent a couple of days here at a conference for IT professionals. There are conference rooms, a ballroom, coffee shop, and 3-4 restaurants. People stay here to play golf, relax, and de-stress. The grounds are well kept, with flora professionally managed and beautiful.

Love this place but the pro shop guy has got to get a life

Rooms and staff are all very nice. Great view from the mountain room suite. All the food we have had at multiple restaruants in the resort has been great. They just need to give out more wrist bands for the pool instead of just 4.

As the sun goes down this majestic view is the perfect place to be - next time we will call ahead to get an outside table. I definitely want to experience the day view. Plus, if you tell them it's your birthday or anniversary you get a special dessert plate.

Staff were all friendly. Nice amenities, good price.

Exceeded all expectations. Spectacular, definitely will be back.

This place is amazing they have a super cool pool and the staff are amazing!

Room was hard to get into air conditioning didn't work when weer got into the room. Pool was a little cloudy, not associated with the big resort, but gold was good.

Great Resort, Very Friendly Staff, Beautiful Pool. The pool area can be busy during the day, making parking close to your room impossible. I'd give the resort itself 5 stars, but the parking situation 2 stars.

What a beautiful spot I would recommend it to everyone

Was not overly impressed when we checked in. Had to wait about an hour past check in for our room, then it wasn't by our family members like requested. They moved us to another closer which was great except that the AC didn't work, smelled like bad dirty diapers and the refrigerator didn't work. Maintenance had to come 2x to fix ac and put new blower in, then give us a new refrigerator. Smell never did go away. We had my nephews 18 months and 3 yrs old with us for the weekend. When the 18 month old grabbed the edge of the mirror on the wall if just came out of the brackets and almost fell on him. All he was doing was looking at himself. Scared me to death, thought it was going to fall and break on him. Good thing it caught on the chair thing that was by it.

Most of the staff is very nice. I do have to give them that. The views are great too. Pool are cool for the kids and they had plenty of activities for them on this weekend. (labor day) Just thought the rooms should be better for the price. Very disappointed in that. Probably wont go back there again unless there is a really good deal.

We rented a cabana at the falls and it was great. Service was great, the pool was the perfect temperature, the pina coladas went down smooth and the cheese fries were excellent.

Awesome place to spend the vacation! This place has a Star bucks inside, and the staff are very nice and friendly. A lot of trails near by to hike in the morning and evening. There are also a lot of pools. And an amazing long waterslide. Definitely recommend this place.

This resort is amazing, there are like 7 pools around the resort and 4 restaurants, there are MANY activities to do and they have s shuttle to take you everywhere on the resort. The customer service and guest services are amazing. I will definitely book here again if I visit the area.

A bit disappointing. Alot of trash on the resort grounds, horrible parking in the afternoon. Carpet peeling up in corners in room. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here over New Years Eve 2019 & it's a great place to stay! Only complaint I have is the parking situation.

It's alright. Furniture is incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. It's almost miserable to be in your room on anything but the bed. Bed was comfy though.

Not what it once was a is my Girlfriend and 2 daughters favorite place we had stayed there more times than I could count.... Over the past few years have been several problems crawling bugs Paint peeling off Ceilings And the fact that my honors number It doesn't get pregnant every time because the computer or let me put it in on the website while booking I have to remind myself to it while I'm at to tell which With 2 little girls in his kind of hectic..... Places really dated and run down parking suck... not the high end resort it used to be....

It was very clean & organized. They have a lot for you to do around the hotel. They also provided transportation to lobby your room or whatever around the hotel, which is a plus because its so big. I will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely amazing. My room was very comfortable the view of the mountains is breathtaking. They have beautiful swimming pools for your family to enjoy and the gift shops are fun to shop in. Room rates are very affordable.

Loved it here. We tried out all the restaurants atleast once super delicious. The smokehouse burger at ponte in tyme is hits the spot after a day in the pool. Lee anne our server was very attentive and friendly. My daughter loved the chicken tenders. Husband and i did date night at different point of view, dinner was delicious our serve nash was super attentive and gave great suggestions. Made our reservations well worth the wait. Husband and i also got a chance to check out the spa and got a therapeutic message super relaxing they even come to your room if you want. We upgraded rooms with a better view and kitchenette. Building 4, 4th floor The view was just breathtaking. Our 1st room had no microwave which is a downer for a suite. Had a view but mostly blocked by all the palm trees. Resort rooms need a bit of an upgrade but overall a super relaxing stay. Love how there's individual pools all around the resort and how they provide a tram if you need a ride around the resort if you dont feel like walking. Definitely planning another family vacation in arizona!

I was at the hotel for a professional conference. The facility was clean and neat. The service was friendly and the food was good.

I checked into the hotel really late at night and yet was greeted by very polite & nice staff at front desk. Rooms were really nice and the service was quick when I ordered food.
The overall property is maintained very well. I spent a lot of time by the pools (they have several) and was pleased with them. The pools also have food facility next to them which is great. The best place at the resort is the restaurant, Different point of View, at top of the hill. This is among the best restaurants I have visited.

I stayed at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort for a two day work conference being held in the hotels conference space. First this is an all suite hotel, so all rooms come with a living space and a bedroom separated by a bathroom. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The name of this resort "Cliffs" is not a lie. The entire resort is located on the side of a very steep hill. My room was located in building 24 which was the furthest up the hill. While this provided me with outstanding views, the walk up to the room could be treacherous. But no worries because the hotel provides around the clock shuttle service to anywhere on the resort. There were many pools in the resort they all looked nice, but I had very limited time outside of the conference and as such only got to experience the main pool which is very large. Again it was clean and beautiful. Check in and out were a breeze. Hope this helps anyone who's looking to stay here!
