Suite was awesome with great views.. had a stacation with the kids and Hung out by the pool all day. It was very relaxing and beds were super comfy and clean. Booked a reservation for the wrong restaurant but it ended up being super tasty.. ate at a pointe in thyme and the garganelli pasta was amazing!! Will definitely do another staycation here

This place is epic. Honeymooned here years ago, and we came back this year for our 10 year anniversary. It's just as beautiful as I remember, plus they know how to throw in a few extra perks for special occasions. Even just sneaking off to one of the less frequented jacuzzis in the cliff sides makes this stay worth it. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy this resort.

Great resort hotel with tons of amenities and newly redone rooms. It set up in the hills and gives you great views of the valley. The staff is fantastic and really make you feel at home. I always try and stay it this hotel when I'm in the Phoenix area and it keeps getting better as they keep improving the hotel. The rates are usually very reasonable too boot.

Everyone went above and beyond for our anniversary weekend and made it that more special. Everything you need is there, we planned to visit museums etc but ended up not doing anything we planned since weather was gorgeous and so much to do at the resort! Will be coming back here again and again!

Very nice hotel rests very well I had a very good time with my wife very relaxed, the price was affordable for my economy without counting that my wife also contributed money because it was a trip that we made between the two I really liked the hotel

Understand, Hilton has taken extreme customer surveillance to new heights, albeit for the purposes of blowing everyone's ego and making everyone feel over-served. I can't believe what it must be like for the workers, hospitality is just a very difficult and contradictory business. So I will just say, the architecture is very nice for a vacation and the food is good. Be thankful.

I took my husband to one of their restaurants, Different Point of View, and we had the most amazing time. The views from the restaurant and bar areas are BEAUTIFUL with picturesque backdrops of mountains on all sides. I suggest making reservations near sundown and arrive early for time to look around and take pictures before dinner. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our 7:30pm reservation (summer time sunset) got a drink from the bar and took in the views before we went upstairs to eat. I requested a window table and would not suggest outside in the AZ summer. ALL the staff was amazing!! This is fine dining so the price is a bit higher but it was well worth it. We chose the pre-set menu with highlighted selections for each course. We both got something different for each course so that we could try as many options as possible and they were wonderful. The shrimp ravioli and creme brulee were our favorites. :) Special thanks to Traci who made setting up my reservation a breeze.

The first room had roaches. So they put us into another one that was Roachfree. The room had an air filter that looked really dirty, and the tub drained slowly while showering. Other than that, room was clean and roachfree. Over the next few days, we enjoyed breakfast there and the staff we encountered at the onsite restaurants and pool we're pleasant. On the 6th day, we splurged a bit at the pool all day, then some storm clouds started rolling in. So we packed up and started hiking up to our room. When we arrived, our key didn't work. My wife, kids and newborn baby standing in the cold while it's raining, outside. So I hightail it to the front lobby, a few minute run. I tell the front desk clerk my key isn't working, and he tells me my credit card was declined. I tell him I need to get my wallet, I've been at the pool all day. He says "we deal with you people all the time, I need another form of payment to activate your room key. " my newborn is outside in the raining cold, I didn't have time to teach this young man lessons on respect, I asked for the manager on duty, explained to him the situation quickly, and we got into a cart, went to the room and let my family in. Grabbed another card and said next time try calling your guest to resolve the situation instead of treating them like garbage. I don't ever post negative reviews about anything really. But I just felt compelled to let other people know, who may have families, to consider your options before staying here. I spent well over $3000 on this hotel, and it just was not worth the overall experience.

Great place with a unique atmosphere and quiet setting. The wife and I just went there and we really enjoyed our nice room and all of the pools to choose from. The mountain top resturant was amazing at night with one of the nicest views I've seen in a long time.

Beautiful resort on the hills with a huge sprawling layout, this resort is amenity rich with plenty of pools (8) and a full water park area for kids and adults, thank goodness for the adult pool since this resort is so family friendly.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. All of the food and drinks on the resort were reasonably priced. The views. I can't say enough. We would love to come back!

Very beautiful hotel. 2 issues though, adult pool was pretty disgusting and not clean. Second, finding water was a pain, all vending machines that had water available were sold out and plus they wanted 3 dollars a bottle at the machine. Bring your own water

We stayed here due to a small home improvement project my boyfriend decided to surprise me with. The room was nice no problems with it at all. We stayed in room 1112. Long story short my boyfriend got accused of stealing a pack of cigarettes by the lady that works at the gift shop! The manager he spoke to didn't apologize or give us a call back like we ask, all he did was give us a $25 credit. Never again this place sucks!!!!!!

Electrical Panel fire results in shocking wake up call !!

Hilton Resorts Phoenix AZ Oct 12th apx 8am

We were awakened to the sound of a loud popping and cracking noise. About that time my wife yelled The electrical panel is on fire . What?? The electrical panel is on fire she repeated in much more concerned reality check voice. Sure enough looking down the hallway blocking our exit out the front door you could see Flames coming out of the electrical panel. The explosion behind the panel was so intense it blew the door open and the paper on the panel door was blackened by the blast.
Still hungover in a sleep State, (it s hard to imagine or even comprehend how quickly you wake up in these circumstances when the reality of a fire slaps you in the face) my brain was trying to process the sound of the crackling noise that had followed the loud popping we heard.
Fortunately, before the fire could spread, the main distribution panel that fed our building must have tripped blocking the power feeding the panel, or this may have been a different story altogether.
I leaped out of bed, headed outside and pulled the fire panel to alert the rest of the hotel. Out of sheer luck the panel was just outside the door and I had noticed it when we entered the room earlier that day.
While I was outside pulling the alarm, my wife grabbed the phone in our room and called the resort operator to let her know the electrical panel was on fire. Dazed and confused the resort guest emptied their cozy beds and emptied out into the grounds.
Dave from Security arrived quickly and another staff member to assess the situation.
We filled in the staff on what we heard, the time line, etc.. and they followed whatever protocol they had in place. We never did see a fire truck so not sure what good the alarm was other than to alert guest? The head of security was first into the room, he requested over the radio that the fire department be called, we never saw the Fire Department on the property. I was later told they were called off .
Dave, the head of security (not the General Manager) had us moved to another suite (that sadly tuned out to be ant infested but that s not his fault) and gave us some breakfast coupons. All in all, Dave has done more for Public Relations than the hotel management by far, perhaps they need to move him into this position.
We left the room in a hurry and I was unable to find my wallet. I called the resort operator and they sent someone to check the room. About 15 minutes later Dave (remember him?) showed up with the wallet, some water and again his apology. I can t say enough about his attitude and willingness to go the extra mile in this situation.
The General Manager of the resort dropped the ball on this by not following up to check on us, our health, to see if we needed anything etc.,. In my opinion they just swept this under the rug. The resort is old and in need of upgrades. I hope they check out all electrical panels to make sure they are safe. Fortunately, I was fast on my feet and able to escape and alert others. What if I had been disabled or elderly would I have had the same outcome?
Surely Hilton Management is concerned about the safety and well being of their guest, I think it s just the local GM there that needs to be educated and take some PR classes. Perhaps corporate needs to visit the property, review the facility and its protocols and policies including inspections, what to do after events of this nature, etc..
The resort Senior Management failed on this incident, they could have picked up the phone shortly after the event to check on us, our health, safety, etc. The GM of this resort apparently could care less about our safety. There are lots of unanswered questions here as far as I am concerned and I will not be staying at this resort anymore.

This hotel is spectacular, the colors adhere to the landscape that surrounds it and creates a sense of freedom and tranquility.
It has two large open-air swimming pools, a golf course and meeting rooms.
The breakfast buffet is very good and all freshly made, especially orange juice, the restaurant has a traditional American atmosphere

Local getaway. First came here as a business traveler. Now I live in PHX. View is spectacular. Edit 11 Aug 18: Renovated, which is hotel talk for fresh paint. Under that, this is an old dog that wants to sleep all day. STILL NO AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENERS ANYWHERE, prohibitive to those in wheelchairs. Ridiculous WiFi; lousy captive portal screens - - numerous attempts to login, regardless of device. Snails pace. It's the 21st Century, Hilton.

Enjoyed my stay here while at a training. Nice staff, food, and landscape! Just wish I could have used more of the amenities like the sauna, which didn't have the best hours for me to take advantage of it. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed at another Hilton during our last stay in Phoenix. The friendly staff allowed us to walk through the restricted facilities area, which is very nice with lots of water areas and loungers. We should have spent our nights here instead..

Really nice resort, but of course every single thing costs money. I do love the proximity to North Mountain and all the trails that are literally just a short walk off the resort. The pools are great and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and modern. The resort is very maze like with a lot of steep hills so it takes a bit of time to navigate but you'll get a great workout!

Lots of hidden charges, no where ear enough parking! Our toddler locked the bathroom door and closed. 2 requests to the front desk to have maintenance unlock it for us and 3 hours later, still locked and maintenance never showed up! Carpets were also LONG overdue for a deep clean.

Do not stay here if you want to have a stress free experience at the pool. People save their seats when the pool opens at 8am., by leaving towels on the chairs. Multiple families came down after people saved their chairs but before these individuals returned much later in the day to reclaim their chairs. Leaving a ghost town of wandering families looking for a seat and chairs with towels on them.
The management was not willing to help control the situation.Completely disappointed and will not return.

A lot of hills, but very nice property. If you arent into walking, there is a shuttle service to get around the property. Different Pointe of View is a fabulous restaurant with great views, and a great outdoor space for evening and night drinks.

Az is to hot to do anything in the summer....however the Tapatio offered a getaway that was convenient and affordable. Due to outside factors my wife did not start off the getaway in the right direction. After receiving a text message from the guest services, I explained the situation and the manager ended up changing the direction of the weekend. You can't control outside factors however having a staff that takes an interest into the guest and overall experience goes along way. Thank you Belle for helping our stay be one the kids and fam will remember. Sincerely J Jennings

Pool view room had it's view blocked by a tree. Too hard to get around the property and park. In room isn't kid friendly and either are the restaurants. Pools are cloudy, borderline gross.

Will not be returning nor will I recommend this hotel to others. For one the parking sucks. There is no room to park and they let locals come in and use the pools and take up all the parking so that paid guests have no where to park but far away from your room. The pools are disgusting and dirty. They don't seem to care. None of the hot tubs were hot. Our room was nice , but everything else was grose and for the hotel to not care about cleaning and just ignoring your needs is very unprofessional.

What upset me the most is that there is a $40 per night hidden resort fee! This was no visible when i booked my room. Plus they charge you another $150 deposit on top of that. Rooms are loud, old and there was so many people, no covid measures were being enforced. This hotel needs to catch up with modern times. Save your money, you can get a much better hotel for the same price.
