Outstanding resort with excellent amenities and service.

Visiting a friend's room and it was beautiful. Only issue are the natural rock stairs that are uneven.

Fun place. I only stayed the day, but the staff was friendly and the drinks were good!

All the food was delicious, I had the fillet mignon and it was the best steak I've ever tasted! Tender, juicy and absolutely melted in my mouth.

This place is pretty cool. However, all the restaurant are closed during the off season.

Visited family to use the amenities such as the pools. The pools seemed dirty, over crowded and one section was completely closed. I asked about food options as someone in my family has severe food allergies and in was told they would not accommodate me brining food for them to eat.
I was a bit surprised as I have stayed at this hotel before.

I drove from California to have a rest in very nice resort with beautiful views Friendly staff :) I was updated to a very room and views !

The hotel was very clean and the employees were amazing. The main pool area with the water slide was fun for my kids. Dining options were good and we'll priced also. Its a great place to stay.

The rooms are affordable. The grounds could use a bit of an update but overall good value for your money.

6 pools is pretty impressive!! everything was nice, all staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. the only downside is the rooms are not very sound proof. pools close at 11 and i could hwar children laughing and screaming up until then and in the early morning i could easily hear distinct voices walking down the hall. for a light sleeper like me it was not an ideal siutation. bed and pillows were super comfy though

Lovely resort, with a nice water park (very simple). No kitchenette in the suite, but still nice. Scenery is pretty - a good staycation!

We stayed here for a quick couple of days while hiking. Unfortunately didn t get to use all of the many amenities it offers. Room was comfortable, location was nice. Parking is a little challenging. Narrow roads with hills.

We enjoyed our time here and if we visit here again, would love to stay here again.

Beautiful pool, one hell of a hike to get around because it's built into a cliff.

Cane here for a work conferencd. Nice size, large grounds. Suite rooms are very nice, though some rooms may be far the main lobby.

Not as nice as pictures showed, room smelled like burnt plastic, coffee maker did not work. All night I could hear a chirping noise which I thought was A/C and then i found a cricket in my bathroom. I told the lady at the front desk and she just brushed it off and didnt even listen to me. Would have been nice to at least have my issue acknowledged by the staff.

Had a professional dinner in the Highland building. Very delicious food and great service. Very nice venue.

Usually the service here is fantastic. So far this trip has been the exact opposite. We went to check in and the wait was 30 plus minutes. There was no where to park. An hour later we got our keys ( couldn t use the pools without them.) All of these I could have dealt with but Hilton is known for their service. I asked for a corkscrew and I was told to call guest suite dining that they would get us one. We call them and are told that they do not deliver just silverware to a room if you don t spend money and gave us a long speech. When they guy dropped off the keys we asked him and he told us the lobby had some. I went back to the lobby to wait in a 20 minute line to get a Corkscrew. First guy said there wasn t any and finally the second guy said yes we do and grabbed a bag full and handed me one.

Nice place. Pool not heated like they claimed which was unfortunate and everyone passed the buck when asked. Will not return to this property.

Was there for Mother's Day weekend with the family. We had a wonderful time!!! The staff is wonderful and really go out of their way to make your stay more pleasant. Agata at the breakfast buffet was great. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She really took wonderful care of us. I am on continuous oxygen, so, Kyle was also another superhero that gave me a ride to the room. Kyle, you are the best! Gracias!!! Then, to the water!!! Our server was Heyley. Another winner! Absolutely the best. On top of everything, reading our minds, taking not only care of the adults, but the children as well. Had a blast. Highly recommend this resort, super extra points? PET FRIENDLY!!!!

It takes time to be familiar with the service is different from other Hilton properties but it's ok.

Can't say enough about this place. Gorgeous location ( be prepared to climber very steep hills or take advantage of the courtesy shuttles), terrific amenities, clean and spacious rooms (ours had an amazing view as we were at the very top of the hill looking out over the valley), friendly staff, decent prices. Close to open space/ hiking trails....this is a great place for a romantic getaway!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and personnel is very helpful and polite.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the young men who helped us from the car to our room to the people at the desk and the restaurants, room service people and maid service. Truly well trained on how to take care of their guests. Always smiling and eager to help with anything needed.

Great hotel but, I purchased a room with a king bed and got two queen..

It's a small, secluded venue with nice facilities and service, but not many apparent bells and whistles. For a small, focussed, professional meeting that aims to limit distraction it's good. Food was fine, but standard conference fare. Can't speak to the spectrum of catering options.

Beautiful hotel! The lay out is gorgeous. It overlooks the North Mountains so I would believe that any room you have has a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, from the front desk, to the housekeeping. Everyone is so welcoming and extremely helpful. The pool is beautiful. There is a bar in the pool area and a restaurant on site. It has easy access to the North Mountain trails so you can go for a beautiful hike/run if you want. There are tennis courts and other amenities I did not have the opportunity to experience

I live in Phoenix and I would absolutely recommend staying here, and would stay here again in the future.

loved this place! It will and has a special place in my heart!! The room was the most romantic and perfect for our honeymoon JUNE 13, 2003. We plan on going back either to "renew" our vowes or for one of our anniversaries! Wont recommend a better spot for a special occasion.. This is the place! This place was beautiful but parking was a disaster. The one way roads made it really hard to maneuver a big SUV. Also the shower in room 4129 building 11 had a slow drainage and made funny noises when the shower would be on for more than 5 min. Beautiful scenery, beautiful suite, just need a little work on the parking.

Beautiful course, very hilly, friendly staff, course is well maintained, pace of play was excellent. Some holes are pretty challenging in the back 9 with beautiful views.

We totally enjoyed our staycation! We rented a cabana on Saturday 8-9-20 and our cabana person was amazing! Thank you Jack for making our stay incredible! We will definitely be returning soon!

It was such a fun stay. The staff was very quick with all of our needs.

My husband and I got engaged at Different Point of View 5 years ago and decided to go back this year and stay the weekend. We have two little ones so it took lots of planning to make it happen but we were super excited. We arrived and had dinner at the restaurant and were seated right in front of the windows and had great service. Unbeknownst to me, my husband had arranged for flowers to be sent to our room when we checked in. We left the restaurant and went to check in and were upgraded to a very nice suite. When we walked in, my husband wasn t happy and I didn t know why. Later I found out it was because the flowers he sent hadn t been delivered. The next morning we stopped into the florist, La Paloma and spoke with the owner and she not only gave me a beautiful replacement but spoke with the hotel. When we got back to the hotel, they not only located the original bouquet but sent us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to apologize. Overall the hotel was beautiful and the service was fantastic. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful weekend away.

The rooms and facilities are nice, but a little dated. The staff was really nice and friendly. Parking is really bad, especially if you have a room at the top of the resoirt. If you are disabled there is no disabled parking except at the front and then they will shuttle you.

This place is one of those hidden gems the food is phenomenal chef David wow what a talent he sure has a gift my taste buds will be craving the flavors coming from this kitchen for sure I will definitely be coming back

Worst Hilton ever experienced

There are bugs
And king suite has no king size bed but two queen size?
The structure is so strange the bed blocked the door

Worst is both bathtub and sink were plugged very bad!!
And the there is no wifi or signal in the bedroom. I have to get up and go to the living room to get it

The swimming pool is the dirtiest i have ever seen

Very cool place in the cliffs. Love the adult pool. Get a room by the lobby if you want to be near everything. If you want quiet and a little more relaxing, get a room in the cliffs. There are pools everywhere.

Fabulous view for sunset drink. Service friendly but a little slow.

We were there as a part of a large seminar. The staff was incredibly unfriendly. What little food is available on site was horrible. The entire hotel and staff seems very disorganized.

So me and a group of friends we are all in our late 20s early 30s go here every summer almost every other weekend. Really beautiful views we usually hit the hidden pool up on the mountain. It's really nice most of the time its empty and u have it to yourself we were drinking and 420 friendly and no one had an issue. Also they have a beautiful restaurant up on the top of the mountain with stunning views but it is quite pricey. If u have a couple people or two couples to go get a room or two u can really have a great weekend for not a whole lot of money.

Need better customer service. The location it self is beautiful.

Always a great time .. usually wedding styling but nonetheless a good time

Out of 8 pools the most useful is one hot pool, small, at the main location. No one informed us about any kids or other resort activities. The rooms are very noisy. The sofa bed is almost on the road and u hear every step of the neighbour in the near room.

It is very beautiful and it is between the mountains

Great pools and mountain views. If it's busy the area near the water slide smells very strongly of urine.

Dirty. A little black mold around soap holder. feels old and worn down. Small TVs. Bumpy bed. Stained furniture.
