Worst fridge, shower and closet I have ever used in a hotel. The fridge is enclosed in an air tight cabinet which doesn't allow for any air flow. This makes the fridge unable to cool down anything and it's a fire hazard. The shower is a more like a crazy sprinkler in a bathroom with a 6.5 foot ceiling with no exhaust fan. And the closet is actually 4 feet high with no ability to hang a dress for my wife. And the bed was off the frame when I got to the room. 4 star hotel.....I would rather have stayed at a holiday inn.

Views are great, service is superb... sadly, sheets on beds have high chemical content...parking close to one's room is scarce.... also, server in the cabana had difficulty keeping track of everyone's orders which caused serious conflict with everyone's bills. It took almost an hour to clear it up, but still wasn't corrected. Servers would benefit from a better organized system, such as tablets, or maybe not telling their guests they have put orders in the respective "tabs". BTW, server left without picking up our final bill. Don't think Tapatio will be considered again.

By far, the worst Hilton I ve ever stayed. Parking is awful and I have pictures of their shuttles driving in circles, empty, not stopping, with paying customers walking next to them, hauling their suit cases. It s 104 degrees outside. Over priced food. Restaurants that don t post hours. Uneven application of health code violations at the pool. Plus the guy at one pool trying to take your food and keep it in his office ? I wish I didn t have to stay another night. There are far better places to stay in more convenient locations; don t waste your money here.

An excellent entry level resort, with friendly staff that go out of their way for you. Most of the rooms are tasteful suites, and some have very nice views. There are many pools and restaurants to choose from. There s also a golf course and a trail that runs next to it into the desert mountains. (The hotel is a maze, make sure to study the map.)

It's a little dated, but it's one of my favorite places to stay in Phoenix. The outside rooms are built into the side of the mountain. Some of the rooms have it where you can walk out your door right onto a trail that will take you up the mountain. Great for beautiful morning hikes!!

I booked a meeting for work at this Hilton, and overall had a great experience. I worked with Courtney Townsend for the past month or two in the planning process, and she was very helpful through the entire process. The meals were delicious, the staff was thoughtful, and the team that took care of our group was very accommodating.

There were some unforeseen costs that I accidentally authorized without having seen the price, and they worked with me to get that sorted out. I was happy to work with Courtney, Tom and Adam in A/V, and Michael as our dinner captain. A great team - and we will be returning for future meetings!

What i love at this resort was the pool, room and the bar..The bar has different choices of liquors to wine. The pool is not that big but its cool, the room.... I love the room its comfortable and nice atmosphere. The view on top is also good, the facilities were clean.

We went to Different Pointe of View for a birthday dinner, and it was AMAZING! The service, the food, and the view were all incredible! Highly recommend the pork shank. It will melt like butter in your mouth. It's so rich with flavor. I'll be taking family and friends here when they visit from out of town!

Large resort but all the shuttle drivers are quick to take you anywhere on property. Variety of pools so can get away from the more crowded areas. Dive in movie for the evening entertainment was fun. Rooms were clean and comfy with small balcony. Big selection of food and drinks stored in the room for purchase. TV remote didn't work, but was quickly replaced with one call to guest service. Great gift shop.

The golf course is the most unusual and unique in the valley. Beautifully landscaped and feels like you're in a park rather than a golf course. I especially enjoyed all of the cute bunnies on the back 9. The refreshment truck is well stocked with a variety of snacks and the lovely Anita has always been friendly and helpful; all of the staff is though. The course is challenging and somewhat rugged on a few holes. Definitely a place to check out.

This place seems very old and air conditioner in bathroom is so loud that I cant sleep at night. had to turn off air condition overnight at 88 degree summer.. this place is definately suitable for family with kids since the pool has a big screen. dont expect clean water either. this place needs renovation asap.

The views are breathtaking! The grounds are lush & have been kept beautiful ever since I was a little girl when I first stayed here with my grandparents. It's a magical place right in the middle of the city.

My kids and I just had a fabulous trip to Tapatio. We usually go once a year and unlike some other reviews have never had any cleanliness or pest issues. This visit was no different everything in the room was perfect. We came in the middle of the week which we have never done before and it made a huge difference in how crowded the resort was I am sure.

Upon arriving we changed into our swimwear and headed over to the Falls, our rate included a Cabana for each of the nights we were staying. I unfortunately didn't read the small print that I needed to reserve it in advance. Not to worry Kerri the Falls manager got us in a cabana for the rest the afternoon and reserved our cabana for the following day.

Our afternoon was fantastic Ryder was our server and he kept my drinks coming and reminded me the of the time to order dinner since I had previously mentioned we were doing dinner at the cabana before leaving the Falls that evening. The food was out swiftly and everything was hot and delicious.

That evening we swam in the family pool and basically had the pool to ourselves it was perfect for a night swim.

The next morning we arrived at the Falls and checked into our cabana at the lower pool. We were there for a few hours then left for lunch, that's when we hit the only snag of the trip. While we had gotten pizza delivered to our room they completely cleaned out our Cabana including the swim toys my sons had playing with. When we returned no one was sure where everything had gone. After some looking they came back and had found everything that was missing. Kerri came back down and as an apology got myself and our family a round of drinks. Our server that afternoon was the amazing Rachel, she was on top of the service all afternoon!

Just a friendly reminder the dining options are limited still because of Covid, we were able to use food delivery sevices and it paid off.

Thanks Vince, Ryder, Rachel and especially Kerri for making this an amazing and relaxing trip! We will definitely be back again

Perfecto We were welcomed like family and the Concierge seemed to take special care with us The dining and ambience was amazing along with shops and outdoor swimming, all while being served your favorite cocktails Perfect setting tucked on a mountain with spectacular views of the city lights and Arizona Sunrises to Sunsets

Room was pretty dated in a lot of ways, but I like that sort of thing. Plenty of ammeneties, a TON of pools and hot tubs (plus a lazy river ride) and a beautiful view. The parking is honestly so so so bad though. I get it because of the location but im a thrifty person and even I would splurge on vale next time to avoid that mess. We went for a birthday trip for my fiancee and ate at Point in Thyme, a resort restaurant on site. We ordered quite a bit and 90% of the food was amazing, so we were happy. Our server (whos name I cant remember now because this was in February) was honestly so nice and welcoming. If you are able to identify him (if the employer is reading this), he was working late on the 23rd and was younger with glasses. He really made the meal even better. Overall a great way to spend my fiancees birthday! Plus there is a Starbucks in the lobby ;)

The room was very nice and surprisingly spacious. The complex is huge and there are lots of things to do to stay busy. The only complaint is that I could see the air filter in my room and it was really clogged and needed changing.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort, it was ridiculously hot and that mad it slightly uncomfortable (I live in the Phx area). The greatest part of my trip was the staff. Luisa at the pool, the amazing staff at the Thyme restaurant. They made the trip really amazing.

I am eating the resort from a business travel perspective only. The resort and facility are fine but it is in the middle of nowhere and the food options are limited. Also it is very spread out so you may need to get a ride to and from your room depending on how much you like to walk. This isn't great if you are at a conference and would like to be able to get back to your room if you have a short break. The rooms are large but the layout is odd. For example, the toilet and shower are in one small room but the sink and towels are in another area.

We picked this resort for the location and it did not disappoint! A few of the on-site restaurants give an amazing view overlooking the city (and the food is incredible). Our room was spacious and beautiful. We only stayed one night, but with those prices, we will certainly be back.
