Good, clean, well maintained business travel hotel. Convenient airport shuttle with helpful drivers. A special compliment to the restaurant hostess who went out of her way to help me get a hot chocolate. Some Hilton properties have complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bars. This one does not. When the hostess discovered what I was looking for, she arranged for me to get a complementary hot chocolate.
I have stayed at this hotel several times and I must say it's always a good stay. The restaurant serves a good dinner and appetizers. The bartender seemed to be friendly.
The place is spacious and clean. Breakfast is top notch. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Very close to the airport. Only downside is it's not anywhere near food options so you have a few options: eat at the hotel, cabs, or Uber eats.
Great value. Nicely updated room. Extremely clean. Would have given it a five except I had a small issue with the billing and the fact we only had one towel for a king size suite. Great Lobby. Will definitely recommend

The hotel doesn't have enough hot water to support the whole building. The hotel was nice other than the shower being cold.

I've been traveling to Hanover for work for a few years now and have stayed at just about every hotel in the BWI region. This hotel has been my go to for a while. They're organized, reliable, friendly and offer great service. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
Customer service isn't as tentative as they very well could be. I understand hotel front desks are busy. However there's no excuse for a delayed response that lingers for five days.
Called in to change credit card payment on a previous stay and to receive an updated receipt. This started FIVE DAYS AGO. I was told it was going to be faxed, than emailed, than faxed and emailed...the cycle kept repeating itself. I've called the BWI hotel about 5x a day, some in front desk helped others quickly transferred me to someone else who were just as unhelpful as the first. Various times throughout the day (no exaggeration). This has been the worst encounter with front desk and managers I've experienced at any hotel.
I finally got a hold of a manager TODAY after the third phone transfer for him to say "he's emailing receipt right now," that was 45 minutes ago. Still no receipt in my email inbox. Ridiculous.
BWI, please take this review as you all have to do better.
This hotel is convenient to the airport. Very friendly, helpful staff, clean room, nice atmosphere and busy! I did not initially get the room I reserved and called ahead on (roll-in shower) but they are addressing that. Also disappointed with the on-site restuarant.
Digital key wouldn't work- had to waste 5 extra minutes at the front desk and they didn't know why it was happening. Then with the room I picked out in the mobile check-in - we walked in the room and it was filthy. Had to drag my bags ALL the way downstairs to get a new room and the front desk guy was not very apologetic. The next day at 9:30 AM the maid tried to enter the room - basically kicking us out while we were still in bed. I find it amazing that they could assign us a room that was dirty the first day and the next day not even check to see if we checked out before entering our room. I was not impressed with this hotel and the customer service. I even emailed Hilton and their response was "thanks for the feedback" - are you kidding me? Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of other hotels in this area with great rooms and customer service to match. This hotel is a huge disappointment!
Didn't stay, was there for a meeting. Nice meeting place, clean and presentable.
First, let s set the stage. Return on a day flight, first leg was delayed, missed connection. Had to stay overnight at BWI Hilton where I ve stayed before however this time without change of clothes toiletries etc. James, the shuttle driver, is one of the few people out there who really understands what is good customer service. May a tough day pleasurable with his conversation and humor. <br/>Secondly, Samatha at the front desk saved my life with allowing me to borrow her personal charger for my iPhone. This is when good people do good deeds, helping others. <br/>Will always get my business when I m out that way. Thank you again.
Great hotel convenient to the airport. Comfortable and clean rooms. Better than average concierge lounge.
Had a shuttle driver named James...went out of his way to be helpful.Picked my wife and I up from the Light Rail station and made our day.With employees like this I see why this Hilton has a high rating.

July 17, 2020 review: We called the hotel 7 days before and they asked us to call them 1 day before checking in to inquire about accommodating us at around 10 am instead of 3 pm. We were going to check out at 5 am the next morning. The receptionist was RUDE in her speech and told us that they were busy and that they can check us in only at 3 pm, else we would be charged for 2 days instead of 1. Firstly, there is a pandemic and only a fraction of the people are flying, so I don't know how can Hilton be so busy. Secondly, there is a polite way to communicate with customers even if they are unable to fulfill all customer needs and this lady definitely did not know how to do that. They are just trying to make extra money during the pandemic period. Don't know if this is what Hilton represents? We cancelled our reservation right away and decided not to put up with bad customer service. There is a pandemic and Hilton is busy, what a joke? We booked another hotel right opposite to Hilton and fortunately they POLITELY responded and directly told us that we are not busy and they can accommodate us.
Great place to stay if you have an early departure or late arrival.

I was in town for work and there was a lot going on that weekend from what I understand. Check in was smooth and my room was ready ahead of time. My first night was comfortable, although the heat was very selective on when it wanted to kick back on. Next morning I go to shower and the water is ice cold. I try and let it warm up and it maybe gets 5 degrees warmer. On a time crunch I take the most uncomfortable shower. My bath lotion was empty so I left very dry. Not a great start to my morning. Rest of the day was fine. Next morning was the same issue with the shower. Instead of going through the torture of a cold shower again, I took a bird bath from the sink. You re staff was great and my experience with my work event and what you all provided was great. I just wish I could say the same for my over night stay in your rooms. I understand large traffic of patrons in your hotel my cause some house keeping issues but not hot water for a morning shower? That is something an establishment should plan for. I was not the only person to have the water issue, there were others. So may enjoy a cold shower in the morning but I am not one of them. Just not a good way to start a long day. Thank for your time.
The room was nice, and I love that they offer free parking and a shuttle to the airport. Everyone was nice, they just didn't know what they were doing. They charged the wrong credit card and lost my mail. The pool was only open in the evenings. The restaurant in the hotel took a very long time to bring out the food, even though it was not busy.
It was a standard hotel and clean. The staff was nice.
Disappointed with this property. I've been to Hilton Garden Inn properties nicer than this one. First room ac not working and smelled awful, but that is not why I posted this review. I was to be on executive floor and ended up in a handicapped room because they fave my room away. Next time I will find another Hilton property.

Our stay was short so I was never able to leave the hotel to see the surrounding area. The actual hotel was great. Very comfortable and clean. Used the gym twice. New and very nice equipment for a hotel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the omelet station was fantastic.
Only went there for a professional program, but the lobby area, conference room, and bathrooms I visited we're all very nice! (LOVED the private bathroom stalls). I would definitely consider looking at this hotel if I ever needed to stay in the area.

Nice staff, clean environment. Really nice fitness center next to the pool. It s only a 5-6 minute drive from BWI, making it extremely convenient.

Beautiful facility, decent food. Was there for a conference and found all the meeting rooms to be quite chilly. Other than that it was nice.

You have to pay for internet $9.95 a day if you at not apart of the Hilton club...talk about garbage..not happy that its why i marked it down for facilities..
Parking was packed however they were willing to valet park for free!

The stay was mediocre at best. I picked this particular Hilton based on amendities advertised ( simple things like whirlpool which is advertised in the pool area but no longer there. DISAPPOINTING). The place looks amazing, however my problem was lack of professionalism and the "know how" to accommodate my fiance and I. Responses like "There's nothing we can do" is a slap in the face of a paying customer, particualry those that are Diamond members. The following day when checking back with management for a second time, our situations seemed to fall on deaf ears and completely overlooked with cavalier action by the establishment's Director of rooms. (Not to mention she hung on my fiance in the midst of a conversation....UNPROFESSIONAL) Moving forward I called HHONORS and submit and compliant which was countered with false statement from the staff claiming I was disruptive thus canceling any retribution for such a lack luster stay. I can only say do better!!!

I was there for an Amazon Hiring Event. But from what I could see, it looks very nice. Nice clean pool, I shoukd have taken my bathing suit. LOL

It was a nice hotel. The staff was quick and understanding of needs. And the breakfast there was excellent. The room was clean and the sheets and other necessities were fresh. There was a fully stocked coffee maker. and working TV.
