Service was ok. The room was clean; however the bathroom shower had not been properly cleaned in some time. It was clean enough to use but not up to Hilton standards. I was only there for one night with an early flight.

A little old but still clean and convenient to the airport.
The stay was mediocre at best. I picked this particular Hilton based on amendities advertised ( simple things like whirlpool which is advertised in the pool area but no longer there. DISAPPOINTING). The place looks amazing, however my problem was lack of professionalism and the "know how" to accommodate my fiance and I. Responses like "There's nothing we can do" is a slap in the face of a paying customer, particualry those that are Diamond members. The following day when checking back with management for a second time, our situations seemed to fall on deaf ears and completely overlooked with cavalier action by the establishment's Director of rooms. (Not to mention she hung on my fiance in the midst of a conversation....UNPROFESSIONAL) Moving forward I called HHONORS and submit and compliant which was countered with false statement from the staff claiming I was disruptive thus canceling any retribution for such a lack luster stay. I can only say do better!!!

It was a nice hotel. The staff was quick and understanding of needs. And the breakfast there was excellent. The room was clean and the sheets and other necessities were fresh. There was a fully stocked coffee maker. and working TV.

Can be a fun and romantic. Plenty of parking; close enough to the airport, other eating establishments, and public transportation.
Hotel was nice, and the conference area was spacious and put together. The only issue that people came about at my conference was the signage for the Hilton itself. It can be hard to find.

It was OK. Nice but getting a little run down. Had trouble turning my air conditioning on as well as getting hot water, but in the end they both worked.

Good hotel for one night.close to airport with avaliable shuttle from and to airport.we took the club offer with light dinner and breakfast...well the food wasn't according to our expectation.the time when we arrived was closed.i suggest to have more food varieties that cost nothing compared to hilton level. The lobby is spacious but not cozy...thanks.
The facility and staff were nice, the fitness center was the best in the area, this is the only reason I choose this hotel (I'm a bodybuilder). There were no microwaves in the rooms so I had to go down to the first floor every time I needed to heat my food, breakfast was not included like it said online for gov rate. Overall an ok experience, nothing special.

It's a ok Hilton property. We got upgraded since we're Hilton Gold. Shower heads definitely need to be changed, food in the Executive lounge is good in the evening but so-so for breakfast, in fact I'm disappointed with the breakfast! I decided to ask to ask for one breakfast in the main dining restaurant in on the first floor and was denied. The room was ok. We were given room with shower instead of bathtub, asked to change and was given another room with shower then finally they checked the third room before actually transferring us. Staff were nice.
Enjoyed my stay there. Close to the airport and they provide a shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport.
Updated gym on the 2nd floor, balcony has a nice view.
We attended for an office party. Both the food and service were good.
I was there for 6 days and not once did I never have hot water. I informed people about this but nothing was done. Also, their parking lot is horrible. I often had to park across the street or in a different hotel's parking lot. Also, there is only one microwave in the entire hotel so if you want to heat something up, you're going to have to go all the way to the lobby to do it.
The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was really comfy. The gym was decent with treadmills, free weights, cable machine and elliptical.
We are here for a GoGo Worldwide event the accommodations are great the events are fantastic the Hilton at BWI is 5 stars.
Was there for a work breakfast. The room / space was perfectly fine, but holy smokes the food was terrible! Looking around, my opinion was well matched.
