I attended a fashion show, dance show, Spoken word and many other talents were showcased. Great evening, Great energy, great food! The host had great energy! "Aziza Peace" I really enjoyed when Breast Cancer Survivors were honored because I'm a 9 year survivor!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel every October for the past nine years. We take an annual trip to the Caribbean. This year, at check-in, it was discovered that our reservations did not include the at hotel parking benefit (through no fault of the hotel). Samantha, was assisting us with our check-in, spent quite a bit of time rectifying the situation while working with her managers. Her time and the commitment to assisting their guests made everything all good in the end. Thank you so much for everyone's time and energy. See you next year.

Great for a quick stay. The evening manager was helpful to find me a parking spot for an oversized vehicle and a luggage cart. Breakfast was very good. Anthony S made me a wonderful omelette just as I like it. Great experience.

Convenient location and the interior looked nice. We went here for a wedding and everything was great. The only complaint we had was the service (waiters and cleaning crew) was a little slow.

Stayed one night after my flight was cancelled and the hotel and restaurant staff were utterly faultless, especially the female bar tenders and waitresses.

Exceptionally high standards and excellent customer care, I felt really looked after from the moment i checked in until i left.

The only issue i had was with the hotel shuttle; it took an hour to come and collect me and other guests despite the airport collection point being a five minute drive away. However I believe the shuttle is operated by a third party so I don't think the blame with their inefficiency lies with Hilton.

This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were rude, difficult, and had no regard for my best interests as the customer. Once the room was paid for, the service went downhill from there. Please, never make the mistake of coming here.

Not one of those pleasent experience which I would like to talk about but feel necessary for the benefits of others. It started with wait at airport for half an hour for shuttle to come. Moving on to hotel room very basic, felt places like holiday Inn are better. Missing a basic necessity like tooth paste in bathroom. Front desk and the room service were not able to provide black tea bags when asked for it. I paid over an excess of $160 fir the room and that doesn't include breakfast. Staff shortage while serving breakfast because if which long queues due to unavailability of stuff. Overall a bad experience considering its a big hotel and a big name attach to it.

The conference rooms were very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The food was spectacular. I offer the highest recommendation.

Very dirty! Terrible smell in the hallway, bathroom floors are nasty , everything is old, worn out and dusty. Floors in the restaurant are sticky, dirty cups on the set tables. Staff members have an attitude as if they own a hotel and just do us a favor by letting us stay here for free.

Nice

I attended a professional conference here, and found the facility to be clean and fresh looking, with adequate space for the attendees. The only downside is the parking lot was full, which required a number of guests to park on the street.

It takes 50 stays to reach Diamond. Then you can get to the buffet on floor 11 with no food left at 6:30 PM (service from 5:00 - 8:00 PM) I stayed 4 nights. One night there was no silverware. No food two nights. The limited (2) beer selection, had only one available (Miller Lite). This is doled out like they were diamonds. (Under tight control) Maybe that is why you have to be a Diamond member to get in. This place was much better a few years ago. Time to look elsewhere.

Hotel is in close proximity to airport with free shuttle, it's a little hidden off the main road so it's quiet. Lobby felt modern and employees were very friendly. Also has a large gift shop and a nice restaurant. Rooms are large, bathrooms have nice standalone showers although not much room between door and the toilet. Room had a fridge, safe, tv that offered premium movies and a safe. For guests that have premium status or renting a premium room there is an executive lounge on the 11th floor. I will stay here again in the future

Breakfast was overpriced and and the bread was stale. $50 for a buffet with stale bagels and expired cream cheese and old pineapple. Would have given 5 stars. The omelet bar wasn t ready as advertised. The server was very friendly but we didn t tip due to the food. Room was big and nice and the shuttle to and from the airport was great, just skip the breakfast.

Ok

Big swath of military personnel and the restaurant had one bartender as both the waitress for everybody. The reservations we're made way in advance so they should've staffed accordingly. The staff was very frazzled. Other than that the hotel and front desk was nice.

We stayed in this hotel near the BWI airport for two nights to attend the new year's eve event, Charm City countdown. The hotel offers complimentary ride to the airport that we didn't utilize. Customer service was great. The staff was great and very welcoming. They smiled and spoke throughout our visit. The front desk accommodated any issues we had during our stay. The rooms were clean and typical. You can tell the hotel is older and a bit outdated . The zNew Years eve event was amazing. The hotel did an amazing job hosting the event.

This location had an employee give me misinformation 4 days prior to my initial stay that once we ( my 7 yr old & I) arrived we were told something differently and could stay at the hotel. My daughter birthday was ruined thanks for John the manager not accommodating us for our stay when his employee gave me the wrong information. The hurt & disappointment my daughter felt is the worst to put a child through. To be honest 10,000 reward points don't make up for the damage that was caused. Made my daughter birthday by far the worst ever

Ok

This is a good Hilton. Clean. Some of the stuff has been updated. Took 1 star off due to the bar doesn't open till 2PM? We we're there championship weekend for the NFL. We went to champions at the Marriott. We did finally make it back to the bar later after dinner. The bartenders were good. Attentive and friendly. Thanks

It is a great place to hold meetings and get together with friends and co-workers. Atmosphere is great. Food is excellent. The location is perfect for people working in and around the area.

The hotel itself is nice but how a hotel of this size only has a single shuttle blows me away. After getting off of a long flight we had to wait for over an hour and a half while the shuttle picked up one group of people, dropped them off and came back. During that period, three different Hilton Double Tree shuttles and four Holiday Inn shuttles passed. It was hard while waiting to not wish that we chose a different hotel. After we finally arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was also very happy that they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel for a couple of days while we spent some time visiting D.C..

Internet is straight trash. Hilton Honors logon is not working at this hotel. So even tho I'm diamond I paid $10 and got this awful internet service. Definitely would never stay here again. Staff was nice tho.

We went to have some quality time with some friends before our plane left BWI. Their lobby was quiet and comfortable. But, we sat at a table of their Aqua Bar" that's just an extension of the lobby. Very comfortable. But horrendous service. There was one other table taken for the whole time we were there (November 11, 2018). There were three servers. However, they managed to for a circle so that no one had eye contact with our table. Our server Christin was an expert at avoiding us. We even had to go up to the counter to pay our bills only to find out that the check she left on our table was increased because she forgot to add a coffee. I took it out of her tip! I'd never recommend this place and I am a Hilton Honors participant.

EXCELLENT! We left the awful hotel next door after the room was broken and smelly. I should have just booked the Hilton first. Friendly staff, beautiful room, clean, convenient, free parking, busy bar, cheap coffee. Best place to stay at BWI Airport. Recommended. Well done, Hilton.

Ideal location for business travel--super close to BWI and has an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Only a couple miles from the Guinness brewery which makes for a quick easy stop to experience Baltimore's amenities/attractions. Downside was that I checked into a room on 9th floor that had a very strong cigarette smoke odor-- yet the hotel is supposed to be 100% non-smoking. When I called the front desk to report and request a room change, the manager was super responsive and didnt hesitate to accommodate my room change request--even called my new room a few minutes later to make sure I was happy with it and that I was able to get into the new room successfully (he had re-programmed my e-Key remotely and was calling to ensure I was able to use it). Pleasant experience overall. Would 100% stay there again for future business trips.

Solid Hilton property. Staff was reasonably friendly. It has a lounge (though a little small) and breakfast is served both there and the hotel restaurant. Rooms have shower stalls which is a little annoying as mine got a lot of water on the floor entering and exiting. Oddly, the housekeeping took out my partially used toiletries each day and restocked with new, which is nice but a bit wasteful. Overall, I'd stay there again if staying within the Hilton family.

The hotel was very clean with my only issues being that their TV service does not include Baltimore Orioles baseball, and a lack of parking, but based on the size the hotel and the crowded nature of that area, there is very little they can do to improve parking, shot of a parking garage. I would gladly stay there again.

Decent place to duck for a couple of nights if you are in town. The hotel is located less than 3 miles from the airport and has quite a few restaurants located within a 2 or 3 mile radius. Breakfast at this Hilton was very average. I have been to better Hiltons and wouldn't go here again if given a choice.

Excellent service and quick free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Shuttle is at the exit door 15 post 48 or near there. The shuttle bus has the Hilton logo in it. The hotel is amazingly clean and follows guidelines for COVID-19. They provide a bar and food. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized. Even the remote control. They also provide with alcohol wipes for your comfort. With the app, checkout has been made easier. I do recommend leaving three hours before boarding time to make sure you can check your bags. If traveling with just carry-on then I recommend an hour before departure time. The shuttle may be full and you have to wait for the next round. They run every 30 minutes.

Not the best Hilton, even though a nice new hotel. The hotel just felt cheap and the paint was already pealing in my bathroom ceiling. The hotel gave me lounge access, which is great, but forgot to code my room key to let me in... So I had to go back to the front desk.

Nice hotel, just didn't really feel like a full Hilton. Maybe a Hilton Lite.

It is an excellent hotel with well kept rooms and room service. The staff are kind and quickly assisted with everything. Only problem was in a big crowd event the elevators get packed and there are no stairs to use for public use. Fortunately the staff were quick to organize people to expedite the process.

Terrible front desk service. Terrible directions to meeting rooms - no map or floor number for rooms. Hotel itself is beautiful and seems like a good conference center and meeting place.
