An excellent hotel for all stay purposes; business...

An excellent hotel for all stay purposes; business or pleasure this property is one of the best I've stayed at in a long time. The staff is friendly and courteous, property in and out is immaculate, restaurant is fabulous, and the rooms are fantastic. Additionally it's minutes from BWI Airport. I'd highly recommend staying.

Piss poor service, the pillows in my room had blood on them. A convention came in and there was NO WHERE to park. The staff was rude as hell, I wouldn t even recommend my worst enemy staying here

Nice clean hotel with an amazing staff. Allowed us to park right in front while we went on a cruise. The restaurant was amazing also. Perfectly cooked steak! Would totally stay here again.

I stay at the Hilton BWI pretty often and find the service there excellent. They also do a great job taking care of veterans and veterans groups...most notably Honor Flight. Lisa Bills is an excellent service manager and so our visits have been great.

The pool was freezing and it wreaked of excessive chlorine hence why the exterior doors were open. Our room had a roll of what looked like used toilet paper instead of a brand new roll. Room appeared to be clean but we cleaned upon arrival. Front desk Aaron was very hospitable. We also witnessed other folks leave the pool due to its temperature and chlorine someone even called to complain. We came to just get away but could have stayed home after getting a rash from chlorine

Exactly what you would expect from a Hilton. Looks to be recently updated. Didn't use the pool, but there is one available. If you need something that's withing 10 mins from BWI and 10 mins from the offsite car rental for the airport this is your hotel.

They have great food in the restaurant. And the picture is room service I ordered one evening. Everyone was quite helpful and nice. We were there for a 2 day meeting, and we were well attended to. The workout room is excellent and the pool is nice. The beds are terrible, though. My hips hurt so bad. And they use flat sheets on the bottom so they wrinkle and slide off, just getting into bed. The pillows are pretty pathetic too. I'm staying in a Candlewood Suites this week and the beds, sheets and pillows are so much better!

The day I checked in it took 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter and check me in. The same day I tried ordering room service and they told me it was too early even though it said room service 12-9. Tonight I tried to get a bottle of water from the front desk and was ignored. I travel all the time and stay at Hilton's and I will never stay at this one again.

Enjoyable hotel. Attracts more professional clientele, so the stay was pleasant. Nights were quiet. Useful shuttle service to/from the airport and local restaurants. Staff is very kind and helpful.
It does lack a lot of commonplace amenities. Has the essentials: pool (though small and shallow), exercise room, & laundry (coin operated).

We stayed for four nights after Christmas and expected the hotel to be short staffed but it was worse than that. Housekeeping came every morning at 9am when we were still getting ready and then would never come back - only one day did we get housekeeping! Also they have hot water issues so our sink and shower didn t get hot. Disappointed as this is not the norm for Hilton.

The rooms were cleaned and are a nice size. Receptionist staff and all others are very helpful and have the courtesy and patience of saints. I have not had any bad experience with reservations, checking in or out, rooms, or etc. The one thing that could improve is parking. While I understand there was a wedding reception held at location this night- the parking is still bad. I have stayed here multiple times and each time the parking is horrible even if there is no event. There's barely enough parking for guest or u have to Walk from a back parking area behind the hotel that just doesn't seem to be any ones idea of great parking for all thr money you spend. 1 suggestion if u are having an event then have valet do complimentary parking over in the lot that's directly across from the parking lot or buy that lot and make it overflow. The parking is my only complaint with the hotel.

This were my first time staying in a Hilton Hotel I always stay at Hampton because Hampton stay clean, breakfast is good, bed and pillows are soft and the staff are very professional. I choose Hilton because there were no Hampton around BWI area and I'm glad I had chosen Hilton because the price were good for a two queen bed executive room. My room were very clean, space, breakfast were ok. There dinner were very good each night that I stay if you were staying in a executive room your breakfast and dinner were free. The staff were very professional. I had a nice view of the BWI Airport I can see the plane take off and landed. Every area in Hilton that I went into were very clean and smell good. Yes I would recommend this hotel and I would come back because everything were very nice while I were here for my birthday weekend I extended my stay for another night because I didn't wanted to check out Monday so yes Hilton I will stay again. Thank you for everything. DeBorah

Amazing customer service. Very military friendly. Kieth (GM) along with Aaron, Amanda, and Greg are incredibly good at their jobs and with customer service and support.
Also, BIG THANKS to Michael Sewell in the kitchen. Super awesome dude and with outstanding understanding of customer experience and satisfaction. Please promote Mr. Sewell.
The bartender and her helpers are terrific. The shuttle drivers are fantastic.
Highly recommend this facility.

Customer service was great but there was a few issues.
I complained about my shower taking 10-15 minutes to heat up. The front desk said the reason why it takes a while is because the water heater is on the top floor...I asked for an engineer to come and I am unaware if anyone came. . Water still takes forever to heat up.
Three of the five nights the cable kept going in and out and I was unable to watch tv.
As I was working the Internet also kept going in and out and I needed to send a document from my work computer and could connect to the hotel WiFi. I was thankfully able to go up the street to chili s to use their internet.
House keeping was ok. I had to ask for additional washcloths that they didn t replace after cleaning g the room. They never dumped the ice bucket after each use and the glasses were dirty.

I will never stay at the hotel again.

Here with a group, many of us had room temperature issues (either too hot or too cold ... perhaps a temporary issue, but can make for very uncomfortable stay). Much of the staff was pleasant and helpful, but the rest left much to be desired.

Got a good deal via Costco and was looking forward to stay on executive floor. Alas, the executive floor isn't all that. The free continental breakfast was a joke. The same old thinhd kept coming on every day. Cold pastry which tasted like a week old, fruits that were overripe.

Was very disappointed in this place. Made a room reservation online but got a completely different room. The point of a reservation is to "reserve" that room for me. The front desk gave me no explanation for this. The room smelled like chlorine and the bed sheets were a little dirty. The furniture was old and dusty. Will never stay here again and would not recommend this place. I deserve a refund

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant onsite served very good food. There was limited restaurants near the hotel, but quick and easy access to eating and shopping areas. Would definitely recommend this location while staying in the Baltimore area.

Ok it is better then it was my stay years ago. I noticed better reviews so I wanted to give it a try again. The failures started at check in. As a Hilton Diamond I like to check in on the app and get the digital key so I can go right to my room. The app allows you to pick a room then most hotels will upgrade diamond members even if you check in. Not this hotel. To make matters worse the digital key did not work. Fail. I did go to the desk and the agent was nice and helpful and when I asked about an upgrade I was told.. you were given a corner room. Again this is the room I picked so "they" did nothing. Why lie? At 11pm the website has executive rooms and suites for sale.

As for the room basic cleaning issues and stains on the walls. Dust issues. Come on this is a full flagged Hilton not a super 8. Who is doing room inspections?

I do have to say the shuttle driver in the AM was friendly and made the short drive fun.

The hotel is very close to BWI airport. A shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 8 to 3 and is available on demand at other times. The restaurant was food with a lot of options. The breakfast is pricey, but delicious. A great place to stay if you have a flight the next day and want to be close. If you have a rental car that you need to do off you must take the shuttle from the rental facility back to the airport and then the Hilton shuttle to the hotel. There are no shuttles available from the car rental facility to the hotel.

Poor Service...They canceled my reservation...I have a reservation number & everything...plus I called and said I will be late because I attended a nearby sports events...They will not admit to it but I have emails that shows proof of reservation...Now they trying to pawn me off on another hotel company...I spend a lot of my traveling sleep in the Holiday Inn chain & never experienced...Highly Pissed Off...
