Had to stay overnight at BWI Hilton where I ve stayed before however this time without change of clothes toiletries etc. James, the shuttle driver, is one of the few people out there who really understands what is good customer service. May a tough day pleasurable with his conversation and humor. <br/>Secondly, Samatha at the front desk saved my life with allowing me to borrow her personal charger for my iPhone.
