I was there for a conference. Didn't stay overnight or use the facilities much but it was a pleasant experience.

I had lunch in the lobby restaurant and everything was delicious, the staff were friendly and made me feel like i was the only person eating....well done!!

The hotel is very clean and updated. The food is good at the bar. I travel a lot and this hotel is in my top 5. I will be back again.

It was fancy and classy. They offered free breakfast and a water heater in the room to make coffee or tea with.

I went here for a conference. There was two other conference going on at the time. The conference was good. The parking was hard to find. I recommend they try to merge and by land with the Mariot. They are located nextdoor.

Was there for a wedding. Nice place. Good service and treated all of us very well.

My stay was great. One of the staff, Brandan B. went above and beyond his call of duty to make my stay pleasurable. I would stay here again because of the excellence I was treated with.

Not bad, but at the price you would think breakfast could be included. Homewood suites was a nicer hotel at a less expensive price.

Great location for airport, clean and newly renovated.

This was a very modern hotel. I especially enjoyed the digital key option. The staff was very friendly and I strongly recommend their executive floors.

Room was clean but small, even for two beds. Main purpose was shuttle and parking. Shuttle ran like clork work.

This is an annual event for our foundation. As usual, the site was clean and the food tasty. However, parking is becoming more of a problem and other guests of the building kept walking through our area even though we were set off from the main housing. It wasn't bad, but it could have been better.

Turns out they don't really clean even during covid. I got an executive suite and there was pubic hair on the sink IN PLAIN SIGHT, and when I pulled out a towel to use it there was women's hair on it. Pretty disappointing as I have had great results in the past...

Offers the best room near the airport. Shuttle driver, Lay, am was excellent. Very pleasant and very helpful! Great room, very clean, staff was great! Especially enjoyed the executive floor restaurant.

The food was fantastic and the facilities were very clean.

The meeting rooms were very nice. The food however was just OK. If I had been paying for it I would have complained.

30-minutes for a shuttle. The breakfast area and lobby are so cold, you can't feel your hands. This is not up to the Hilton standard. Stay away!

Love the hotel, stayed with my family, beds we're super comfortable, room was clean, the breakfast food was amazing and delicious with variety I love variety. Close to alot restaurants and other sight seeing places to visit. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

The hotel had everything I like. The restaurant on site had some of the best mussles I've ever had, and I got to work my muscles at their super nice fitness center. This location is also popular for events in their ballroom.

Always a nice place to stay coming an going through BWI airport. Quiet, relaxing.

Great place to stay and leave your car overnight to leave so you can fly out of BWI. James our driver was outstanding. He has a great personality and a wonderful driver.

Pleasant stay, decent room service (get the old bay crispy wings), comfortable bed.

Bar tender was nice and got our food from Acqua quite quick.

travel a lot for work. I ve been through like 70 Hilton s this year alone. I was weary from my travels. I ve had little or no sleep at all. I tried checking into my room around 10am. I was told that there were no rooms available to check in. I was very displeased. I was borderline rude to Kawan. She was very charismatic and helpful. My demanor improved. She was doing her best to get me into a room as soon as possible. She delivered! Less than an hour I was in my room. The rooms are great and the property is amazing for travel and business. Thank you. Kawans conduct was above reproach and a true emobodiment of the Hilton Hotels.

Friendly and mostly helpful staff. The hotel looks newer than the rooms feel. Rooms are about the size of what you get at a Hampton Inn. Beds have no fitted sheets, so if you like them untucked (like me) it's a little annoying. No USB charging ports anywhere, but there are outlets at the desk and by the beds. BWI shuttle picks up at arrival doors 1 & 15, but when you call make sure to request the shuttle. I called asking where they pick up and half an hour later had to call again to *request* the shuttle.

Beautiful hotel. With a convient shuttle to the airport.

Dated big time. So many nicer hotels for the money in the area. Will def go elsewhere next time.

Was there for a conference. Everything was great except had to park on the street and walk up... Needs better parking

Went for a work Christmas party. The service and venue was nice.

Hotel is really nice, clean and quite. Since staying here the only time someone from the hotel has spoken to me is in the mornings otherwise no one speaks or bothers you. The two rooms I've had have been good with one or two flaws nothing major to make me leave the room or go to another hotel.

Service was great and rooms were comfortable, would highly recommend.

The Hilton is very nice and the staff were professional. For the event that I went to, the food was not good which is a shame because everything else was on par with other good venues

Stayed here a few times for work. Rooms are usually clean and nice. Cleaning staff missed my room on the first night of this stay however. Also, the knob for my shower came off, so I guess they could do with some attention to details but overall it's a nice hotel.

Was here for my company's holiday party. It was nice. The bathroom was clean. The coat room staff was friendly. The wait staff was efficient. The bar staff was ok. The weirdness was where we had to park but it wasn't bad.

It was close to the airport. The rooms and beds were comfortable.

It is a practical and elegant place with all the basic services and good attention from the personnel.

The hotel was more than meets the eye. It has been updated inside. They still need to update the mattresses though. My butt sank half way to the box spring.

Shuttle from the airport took 30min after calling... its only 6min away.
