Customer service isn't as tentative as they very well could be. I understand hotel front desks are busy. However there's no excuse for a delayed response that lingers for five days.
Called in to change credit card payment on a previous stay and to receive an updated receipt. This started FIVE DAYS AGO. I was told it was going to be faxed, than emailed, than faxed and emailed...the cycle kept repeating itself. I've called the BWI hotel about 5x a day, some in front desk helped others quickly transferred me to someone else who were just as unhelpful as the first. Various times throughout the day (no exaggeration). This has been the worst encounter with front desk and managers I've experienced at any hotel.
I finally got a hold of a manager TODAY after the third phone transfer for him to say "he's emailing receipt right now," that was 45 minutes ago. Still no receipt in my email inbox. Ridiculous.
BWI, please take this review as you all have to do better.
