Amazing place with wifi access. Too good rooms with view of the Nile
The hotel is clean but old, needs more development, its intercession is close to you, you have everything, groceries, shops, and there is a metro supermarket in which everything you need and there is a falafel store (last hour) has good sandwiches, and cross the street and the Nile is along you
Good staff. Affordable hotel. Staff is very understanding and good. Room service we have limited option but tasty. Have a word and try to convince you will surely get better deals here . I will definitely consider this hotel for my visit again. Very nice area. You get everything near by. Easy to commute. Same breakfast daily no much variation.
Clean, comfortable bed, but night traffic is not the best and the internet connection is almost non-existent in the room, good only in the lobby. Very friendly and professional staff.
Excellent in terms of cleanliness, system and service
A beautiful hotel, the nicest location and all the services available but in simple comments on the hotel services
During a family member's recent stay , it was a happy experience as all the staff was helpful and special mention for Marina who was very helpful.
The Taxi and driver arranged for me was very nice. Mr.Said Ellord who took me around knows the places very well and also speaks good English , which was my primary requirement.
My Thanks.
I was accompanied by my Indian friend who was a barrier there and the laboratories were good
Not as good as 5-star hotels
But alignment is respectable
Lack of coffee heater and simple and frequent breakfast
Its name is Flamenco, not linear to the level of Gulden Tulip
Hotel well located. Some rooms with Nile view. Good service. Spacious rooms and good breakfasts.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOTEL
Great view, great service, great bar, and great price!
After being in the hectic world of Cairo tourism for a week, I was so incredibly happy to laid back on Zamalek island at this fantastic hotel. The view in the panoramic rooms overlooks the Nile, western Cairo. Excellent spot to watch the sunset, right from your room.
The staff were so helpful with laundry, directions, taxis and recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area. The bar has excellent staff, who kept me laughing for days!
Also the wifi is ok in the rooms, but best in the bar.
Next time I'm in Cairo, this is the only hotel I want to visit!
A very good and safe location.
Deutsch: Sehr gute Lage , nette und competente Personal ...ich empfehle Flamengo 100%
The hotel Staff are very nice, helpful , professional and competent ....especially Marina, Hisham, Dawood and Mohamad Khalil ...generally all the Staff ...sorry for those i dont Know their names.
The rooms are clean and everything I need was available .
It is my Home here in Cairo
Friendly and helpful staff nice room great location and overall just a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again
Staff at the reception ,housekeeping and restaurant are very good and helpful. they are ready to help with anything. Marina and Ahmad at the reception always greets you with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel.
Rooms are small in size. It doesn't have a water kettle for making hot water. WiFi is slow. Happy with response from receptionist.
The reception is good. Breakfast is more than good. View is excellent
The view is wonderful and the rooms are large but the elevator is very tight and small
Excellent location in the heart of Alexandria
Friendly staff
Delicious dishes
Swimming pool wasn't clean enough
The hotel is beautiful and quiet in a quiet area and there is a grocery and several restaurants and behind the Nile Corniche, the breakfast has a very normal quality means if booking with breakfast at the most expensive price is worth the increase on breakfast
This hotel does not deserve more than one and half stars due to the following reasons:
1. Covers and kerchiefs are not being changed from a visitor to another, they just rearrange them. As I arrived, I found a blood point over the blanket cover!!!
2. The hotel was expanded into another building, and hence, the two buildings were connected to each other, but slabs were in different levels, therefore don't surprise if you encountered stairs up and stairs down while you go through the same floor
3. Their breakfast pantry is average, and the one standing to prepare Omelet is blunt and do not serve with a smile, however, he didn't provide me what I have ordered and left me waiting on my table.
4. You will struggle with power connection, and most probably you will not be able to charge some of your devices, although receptionists will promise to help you, but they most probably will forget!!!
One of the most beautiful hotels that inhabited if not the most beautiful because of the availability of several things is the problem for the comfort of the guest: First: dealing with the hotel staff, which is mildly sophisticated and respectable. Second: Great cleanliness and service throughout the day with any guest request. Third: quiet and distance from the hustle of singing and disturbing music. Fourth: the area of high-end where the region is located. Fifth: The availability of all services next to the hotel restaurants, laundries, barber, electrical appliances, electronics, stationery, supermarket in front of the hotel has all the mattress. The hotel is a mosque for prayer. Thank you, Golden Tulip, and especially the distinguished professor Osama and the polite professor _ forgotten its name unfortunately _ was at the top of cooperation and printed me papers of some lectures in some tests and printed for me Bordnag return Thank you all, which is my hotel in any visit to Egypt, God willing.
Fabulous view, normal food, mediocre terrible entrance.
Good and nice as it overlooks the Nile, but its prices are very exaggerated
The view is fantastic, the cleanliness is good, everything is easy
The hotel is very family friendly and the staff is very good and the room is normal
Very bad experience and hotel not to book. The air conditioning turns off when leaving the room and the refrigerator does not work as well as the TV. Very very bad place
Safe neighborhood, the employees know basic English and are very helpful.
Nice family-friendly hotel, quick check-in and check-out, no guest access to rooms. Collaborate in the reservation process if you wish to leave
Sweet, comfortable and clean and breakfast is a dessert
Clean room and quality breakfast. A good option For budget travelers.
Very hopefully stuff, very good location and the room services are very speciales and kind
Excellent hotel located in the Zamalek district on the island of Gezira. The staff is very attentive and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant is of a good standard. Prices are slightly more expensive than average, but the quality of the service makes up for the difference.
The hotel is geographically good and the biggest problem is the lack of parking
Lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and organised a trip to the pyramids at 1am leaving at 8 30am. Room was very large and had huge beds. The bathroom was also large and luxurious. There was also a walk in wardrobe and dressing area. We had a great view of the Nile. Location was good and near cafes and restaurants.
Very good hotel and excellent room service. But not too fancy.
Clean bed and bathroom--bit super noisy room. Nice staff at the breakfast buffet and reception.
Average hotel not worth the value paid in a regular breakfast is not varied does not provide Catel normal rooms and no mineral water even towels and paper napkins calculated and provided with difficulty I do not recommend it
Breakfast very rich very bright room to the air conditioning that works it looks like a motor a car that works
