My name is Jennifer Ayala and I went to Planet Honda with my family on 2/16/15 to buy a car. My sales person Rafael Castiblanco was a very nice man, he gave us all of his divided attention and answered every question we had. He was very patient with us and didn't rush us to make any decisions. He gave us advice and recommendations of different cars and gave us a lot of time to think about which car we would like to purchase. He was very respectful, professional, and well educated in what his job was about. In general the whole ambiance of Planet Honda with our sales person Rafael Castiblanco was a great experience to have. It was a pleasure meeting Rafael and I would go countless times to buy a car at Planet Honda. I really recommend this dealership due to the attention that was provided and if you're looking for someone who can speak spanish Rafael Castiblanco is the right person to ask for. I had a very good experience in Planet Honda and really recommend it to people looking for both new and used cars.
