Very smooth experience with Frederick (and Shae) for the sales!! We had a plan to visit 3-4 dealers the same day but ended up here for the pleasant conversation and a great deal. It is definitely not the dealership stereotype that I had heard or experienced before. Very refreshing and very smooth. No little tricks back and forth, only straightforward and to-the-point discussion. We had planned a long day but came home fairly early, with the new car surprised my mechanic neighbor! Definitely will recommend to more friends.
