Great service and helpful staff! They go above and beyond to make sure your completely satisfied!
If I could go back in time I would not waste my time here . Nothing but headaches and people that don't know what's going on . First of all they sold me into my new Car with a great awesome deal, financially I was only looking and they said anything to get me into a new car . I understand it's their job but you don't promise false statements to people . It wasn't until almost 3 weeks later that they call me up and say me and my husband missed some signatures and something happened with our deal . We go back in , bare in mind I live maybe 30 minutes or so away , and they tell me a whole new price And that my first payment was literally due in a couple days of course I got upset and was about ready to leave the car but of course they convinced me otherwise . They promised to pay my first two car payments which I thought awesome this will give me time to pay off some bills , original deal was basically pushing back my first due date until November and like I said finacally I was just looking . This is when it honestly went completely down south . First payment was late of course . I spoke with Shelbey , she is in charge of sending the checks out from my understanding , I told her for next months payment can you please just send me the check like the original plan so I can make sure the second payment is put on time . I'm only 21 but I know better than to pay late I never do . She of course assured me it wouldn't be late it would be on time . Come September I check my online account and they had not processed any payments so I try calling the dealership to check what is going on try talking to someone and no one seems to know what is going on .i personally text one of the employees which is the only one that called me after my purschase who wasn't even my salesman ! He redirects me to Shelbey , which never was available I left message with her coworkers and she never responded I had to keep calling in hopes that she would answer . I work 2 jobs I don't have time to be dealing with this it should be done as promised and as agreed upon . I finally get a hold of her and she has no idea or she claims she doesn't about my deal and that no where does it show that they would be making the payment for September she assured me she would look into it .I had to keep calling her and it wasn't until she asked my salesman Robert when she actually believed me . Her words "oh yea Robert remembered you and your deal " I'm pretty sure she was fed up with me at this point but she assured me that someone would cut a check for my payment which bare in mind is already late . I told her we'll just FYI I don't think I should be responsible for late fees you guys should be because it was in my contract and I told u specifically last month it's due on the 10th of each month , which she then proceeded to tell me it's due on the 25th or at least that's what she saw on her end. Long story short I have had nothing but headaches with them having to drive all the way over there on numerous occasions, had employees including Shelbey give me attitude on the phone because common sense if my credit is on the line I'm going to be calling you frantically you are in sales you really need to check how you talk to people .Another two quick things one, I signed as the primary ! My documation is all singed as me As the primary and my husband is cosigner yet everything came back in his name everything ! I also was granted approximately 200 because I had barely made a payment on my old car prior to getting my new car so I had trouble with receiving that as well and of course it came out under my husband name so when I had to go pick it up the front desk older lady was very blunt and rude when handing me the check.I highly recommend you stay far away from this place unless u like false promises and horrible customer service they won't even let me talk to a manger ! Now I'm stuck with late fees and hopefully the finance company isn't lying to me that it won't be reported to the credit bureau.
I had the pleasure of working with Greg, he was awesome. He helped me get in to my first car!
Great customer service. Thanks Nick for everything. And thank you sarko too.
Lost a sale due aggressive tatics, and harrassing me. $26,000.00 gone, just like that. If I was your boss, you would be fired on the spot.
Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Ryan in the service took the time to explain what needed to be done and then explained the invoice showing what was done. He made sure that I was given a ride to my home and back to the dealership once the work had been done. The shuttle drive was friendly and made my ride very comfortable. We plan on using Peoria Nissan for all work on my car. I'm sure they will keep it in great shape for as long as I have it. Thank you to everyone at Peoria Nissan.
Timothy in Sales was very personable and helpful. He took the time to show me all selections of The Nissan line and the other lots they have and was very capable and knowledgeable with the Nissan autos.
Service dept is good overall buying experience was bad
My service advisor was knowledgable. He recommends me what is needed for my vehicles to keep it in excellent condition.
Excellent service and very fast also. Friendly courteous and helpful people.
Always do a good job on my oil changes and also had good experience shopping for vehicles.
Had a good experience, buying a new altima, although the sales manager wouldn't give on the advertising price at the time.
It was "not too shabby." Got thing done I wanted. Fast, friendly.
first time buyer BE AWARE OF THIS 4.4 STARS ON GOOGLE. if I could put a -5star i would. for several reasons. we were happy with the payments that we when we shook hands with the dealer. and we drove off. then a couple of days later they keep calling needing more info of my wife. for 4 days they keep calling, to find out we were only just PRE-APROVE. and instead of 12% it sky rocketed to 21%. They said that they were helping us because we didn't qualify for it. but anyways once this will be posted a dealer or some will say give us a good review and they will give you something. that's just wrong. people needs to be truthful. and to top it off we filled it up with gas and they didnt give is out money for the gas. They didn't ask if we filled it up or anything.
Went in with my mom and the majority of employees were not wearing their masks even when it s mandatory. Environment is not clean and unsafe
I've bought 6 cars and they are very courteous and helpful
About 4 months ago I was thinking of trading in my car for a newer one. I inquired with several dealerships online because of Covid 19 I was not going in person. I changed my mind and decided to wait. Eddie from Peoria Nissan continues to call me almost 4 months later and leaves messages on my phone. If I haven't called you back or come to your store then you think you would be smart enough to realize either Im not interested or decided to go elsewhere. I can guarantee you when I do decide to get another car it won't be from Peoria Nissan!!!
The salespeople are very friendly and helpful. They came to almost exactly what I wanted and cost. I purchase a vehicle without feeling any pressure. And I am very happy with the experience. On top of that oh, I've been doing business for Peoria Nissan for 20 years now. There's service department is second to none!
best, by far, dealership i have ever done business with. i was treated like a queen from the minute i pulled onto the lot. jerry and ramon literally held my hand and walked me thru the entire process, finishing the deal with nothing but a positive happy outcome. thank you for all your hard work, peoria nissan. my dreams have come true!
My experience was very satisfying except for one thing. Do you ever let people know that they should wash their car very good before getting it coated? The front of my car still had big guts, but the seal coat was sprayed over them. That's the only concern I had. I will come back for service. Hopefully the sensor problem isn' t on a huge scale. Thankyou.
My wife and I just bought a new Nissan Altima. Our experience at Peoria Nissan was exceptional. We definitely recommend them to anyone buying a new car!
Co signed on a vehicle at Peoria Nissan for my sister in law because it was her first vehicle and she had not built enough credit yet to sign on her own. A sales manager named Christian assured me I could come back in about a year and they would refinance the loan in order to take my name off of the loan assuming payments were made on time after the year. On 10/02/17 I went to Peoria Nissan for a scheduled finance appointment to do just that. I was informed that they would only be willing to refinance the loan if we now traded in the vehicle for a newer vehicle which we were conveniently not told at the original time of purchase. Needless to say I will never do business here again with people that will simply tell you what you want to hear in order to make a sale and do not keep their word.
Paul is the best advisor! Awesome customer service!!!
brought car in for an oil change paperwork was not there, had to wait for hours later finally got out of there. Understaffed and to many appointments at the same time. Took too long, and to find out that they know if it was a free oil change when it should be. Very annoyed
Great service as always! The service department treats you like family!
Very good experience they were very fast and attentive and didn t try to up sell me. Just did what I asked and told me what needed to done for preventative maintenance.
Bewared Peoria Nissan tried to scam us with what sounds to us like Yo- YO financial. We bought a Titan on Saturday with a 2.44 interest rate (we have excellent credit). on Monday we received a call from a finance guy at the dealership telling us that we needed to go in because they were not able to get us the 2.44 rate that we had agreed on. My husband was about to leave to work so we told him we could go the following day. The guy said we need to go in the same day that he had gotten us a better rate. He really tried to convince us with enticing words but my husband couldn't miss work just to go talk to him so we made an appointment for the next day. The guy said it would take only 10 mins. On Tuesday we go in to Peoria Nissan and the guy tells us that the best rate that he could get from our bank was a 5.0 rate but great news Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation NMAC was offering us 3.99 interest rate. He said those are the best rates we can get nothing can be done. Obviously we did not accept, he stepped out of the office and another guy came in. He didn't really know the situation and accidentally showed us the rate our bank had offered was actually 3.19. The other guy had lied and was just trying to get us to finance with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. We became very angry. How can it be that 5.0 is the best they can do when they have in writing that we were approved for 3.19? at this point we saw that they were just trying to rip us off. We had originally agreed on a 2.44 rate, and we decided we didn't want the higher rate so we said they can take back their truck. at that point the second guy leaves promising that he will try to fix this. Minutes pass and a 3rd guy comes in saying he fixed everything, he called Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation and got us the 2.44 that we had agreed on 4 days ago. Are you kidding me????? They had us waste an hour of our time because supposedly they were not able to get us the rate that we had agreed on only to at the end give us the rate that we originally agreed on after we told them we would return the truck???? Why even have us go to the dealership if they had the ability to get us the agreed 2.44 rate? Only when we told them to take their truck back did the previously agreed on 2.44 rate become available.... fishy. And how is it that 5.0 was the best that our bank could do if the paper stated that we were approved for 3.19? Obviously this is Yo yo financing. They were trying to take advantage of us. I asked the 3rd guy why he had us go in if he could have just gotten us the 2.44 rate in the first place and he said it was because people usually don't mind paying only a few dollars more a month with a higher rate... for us it would have been 15$ more a months, thats not bad but when you times it by the 72 months term then we would have paid 1080 more in total. They do this to a lot of people and they get away with these lies. At the end they FORCED us to finance through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation which seems to have been their motive from the beginning, they probably get more money from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation for the loan than they would have from my bank. We have good credit and they still tried to scam us, i can only imagine what they do with people with bad credit that have no choice but to agree to whatever crazy scam they come up with at this dealership.
BTW i spent there 5 hours on Saturday
1 hour on Sunday, we had to go back because they didn't have the manuals for the truck on Saturday.
1 hour on Tuesday.
certainly the worst I have ever been treated!!
Customer Service...what's that?
Back in the spring I got a new vehicle from this dealer. It was a good deal so I put up with a lot of customer service issues, especially but not limited to follow up. Well, a few months later I get a lapse registration notice from ADOT for a car they took in, that was the straw that broke the camels back. I e-mailed the salesman C,A. three times, no reply. Only after I contacted thru Peoria's website did I get only one call from C.A. stating that I need to go to a certain website to resolve the issue myself. Of course when I returned the call & left a message he never returned my call. I then contacted again via the website asking for the dealership GM to call me. The GM of sales F.J. not the GM for the dealership called back. I explained to him the lack of communications from his employee & apparently this was no surprise to him which he expressed. I stated that I should have never of received this notice since the leased car was returned to them & I did not transfer over a license plate. F.J. then said he needed a copy of my drivers license which he said that in checking C.A.'s e-mail they didn't have it. Fortunately I had it so just forwarded it to him from a previous e-mail I sent to C.A., again lack of communication on Peoria's part.. In the end it took several attempts via e-mails, phone messages & messages thru their website for a problem that never should have been mine in the first place, only to have F.J. e-mail "In the future this can be expedited by yourself at servicearizona.com". No in the future this can be expedited by going to another dealership!
Service manager Chris was wonderful. Very attentive and tried very hard to accommodate our needs. Thank you.
It was fast, efficient, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even had snacks for the customers.
I was very pleased with the service. I didn't have an appointment but was treated as a priority. Well done Peoria Nissan!
I recently got a new car here. I just wanted to say I m extremely thrilled with the purchase I made! Terrance F., in sales, definitely met all the expectations I wanted and needed. He was very educated and detailed on all the questions and concerns I had about the car I got. Domonique D. and Nick S. in finance department, both were extremely helpful. Elijah in the service department I ve been with for years now, has taken care of my pervious car and now new car. They re all very knowledgeable and professional. Love Peoria Nissan and their team. All around a great dealership and team!
I didn t feel any pressure, and service was on point. Jeff was amazing, and made it understandable! I would really recommend Peoria Nissan!
I had to have some major repairs completed on my vehicle and the service advisor Paul was awesome. Repairs completed and SUV is running great!!
Great customer service, went above and beyond. Also great at giving updates throughout the process, thankful!
It was a fantastic experience! they didn't give me the run around and got me in a beautiful new car!
I always have a great experience with Paul Watz he's very polite, friendly and professional and explains everything, Thank you Paul
Service advisor helped getting things warranty but some was not done correctly when I call and leave messages they r bad about calling back and vehicle was there longer than it should of been
Went to the dealership with my daughter and had a great experience thanks to Taylor Brogan! We will be back to buy when ready.
Wow can this place work some wonders. Special thx the Scott Collins. He has assisted my family with three vehicles this year and really has the ability for thinking outside the box. Icing on the cake walked out with the vehicle I /we WANTED. I can also appreciate his non aggressive tactics. We came to purchase so we didn't need all the extra pressure. Thanks Scott definitely look forward to business in the future
**UPDATE*** Once again Scott Collins is absolutely the best worked an amazing deal for my daughter then called 2 days later with a even better deal. Peoria Nissian is my car dealership for life thx guys!!!!!
Nick sales agent did an awesome job understanding my needs. He accomplished all the tasks as a sales agent, to his personality being great, showing us variety of options. And to also giving us the best deal possible.
Great dealership! Came in late on a Friday and didn't leave until 12:30am. Never at any point did I feel rushed or pressured. They were upfront and honest and bargained with me until we both came up with a great deal. They even threw in an additional 4yrs/48K extended warranty and gap insurance for almost nothing. Plus 3 yrs of oil changes and tire rotations. If you ask for it they will be more than willing to work with you! Tony DaSilva was great as well as Caitlin Nelson in finance.
Scott the salesman was very knowledgeable about cars their systems and performance. That is what you would expect from car salesman.
I walk in with Versa 17% interest rate and walked out with brand new 2018 Rogue and much much better deal.
Very Friendly staff. Very quickly. I called at 505pm on a Monday night and they were able to get me in for an oil change THAT night before they closed. I got there at 535 and was out exactly in one hour.
I absolutely love these people, the sales people are so friendly and helpful , and so eager to please all the way through the entire purchase they were an absolute dream come true.
Got the work done sooner than expected and washed my car. Top notch!!
I loved my experience at Peoria Nissan. I have bought 2 new Nissans from them and it was the best buying experience I've ever had. Additionally, I service both of my cars at Peoria Nissan and when I pull up for service someone is always there to greet me with a smile. Great job! It's the only Nissan dealership I would go for parts, service or sales!
I recommend Peoria Nissian to go too. When you go to Peoria Nissian, ask for Brandon Hamm in the fleet department. Brandon went all out when my wife bought her car. He did such a good I bought one too. All in all great experience, my wife and I will continue to be loyal customers of Peoria Nissian. Thank you again.
Excellent customer is always provided by Alvaro every time I go in for service
Terrible experience with the service department!
I called beforehand to schedule tire repair service. The service representative scheduled a time to bring my car in. Upon arrival, they had no records of my appointment.
I waited 2 hours for a tire repair, which is pretty ridiculous.
1.5 hours in, I asked the rep, Shane, why it was taking so long. His answer was that the sealant takes time to dry. Again, ridiculous. It does not take that long at all.
I took a peek through the service window they have available in the waiting area. The service techs around my car were horsing around and eating their snacks.
Finally finished and in my car, I discovered the light was still on. Apparently the service techs forgot to test it. I was then assured that everything would be fine with my car and everything was carefully inspected.
After another 15 minute wait, I finally left only to find that the PSI on the repaired tire was set at 40. I stopped to check the recommended PSI on the side of the door. It should have been set at 33.
I then called the dealership service department. As it turns out, their tire pressure machine has not been working well. Ridiculous! What happened to taking a pencil tire gauge and checking it?
Regardless of my tire contract, I probably will not be bringing my vehicle back to this location. Pinnacle Nissan always takes great care of me and my car!
Scott in service is the reason why I only go to Peoria nissan now. Other Nissan dealership made it clear it is only about money to them. My truck is still under warranty and all they wanted was to hit me for more money before addressing warranty issues. Scott took the time its that simple.
Long time customer of these dealer. Completely screwed me over and left me with a much higher total to pay off than expected. Don't trust these people. They seem nice, but they are all out for themselves. They do not care about their customers.
My appointment was made online with a specific advisor, but that advisor was not there. Steve stepped up and got me checked in. It was my first oil change since buying the car and I only went to Peoria Nissan because it was free. My buying experience (and my son's- he bought a car there, too) was not the smoothest, so I had reservations about using their service department. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service department exceeded my expectations. I brought an iKey in to be cut and programmed while the oil was being changed. I received a call after only an hour and a half that my vehicle was finished, washed and ready. Although I may not buy another vehicle from Peoria Nissan, while I own the Altima, I will probably take it back to be serviced.
We had our 2017 Titan XD to two other dealers for a heater problem and they couldn't find the problem. Peoria Nissan diagnosed and found the problem within an hour and ordered replacement parts, we have a heater that works properly and couldn't be happier.
Salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about availability. Would definitely go back!!
Extremely rude service. Walked into service department with four employees sitting at computers. Not one looked up to greet me. When I asked for my battery to be replaced they acted like it was an inconvenience. Told it would "be a process" to look up my warranty because I get my car serviced an another dealership. Nissan is Nissan. I bought this car new from Nissan with a 100,000 mile warranty. Every time I come here they are rude!
7 AM appointment. First car in and first out. Total time 30 minutes for Zaktek spray.
Andres Cruz and Patrick were very helpful! Thank you!
Be careful buying with them. I didn t get a wheel lock key with my car when I bought it NEW which has just created problems and extra expenses for me over the years. I ve tried to resolve this issue on 2 separate occasions by trying to get a new one and they always tell me there s nothing they can do because I live out of state now. You would think they would at least TRY to work with their paying customers and other Nissan dealerships. I m not paying for a part that was supposed to COME WITH my vehicle and I don t appreciate their condescending representatives.
My wife and I had an amazing experience at Peoria Nissan. We asked them to let us know if they had any used SUV's come in and the day they got one they called and let us know it was there and about how much it would cost. After prepares and everything it cost less than they told us because they gave us the "high" price and they let us buy it after it only being there for like 2 days! It normally takes longer for them to prepare a vehicle for sale but they rushed it for us because we wanted/needed it so badly. This is the third car, first used one though, that we have bought from this Nissan place and each time has been a wonderful experience. The sales people are not pushy and they are very welcoming. I would suggest Peoria Nissan to anyone!
It was a super busy day for service since it was a Friday, but they got me in and out within the time frame they said they would. Not to mention they always have hot coffee and samples for customers in the customer lounge. Thanks Peoria Nissan for taking care of me yet again!
As a young man trying to get a car, the salesman was great got a good sales price then the salesmanagers stepped in trying to sneak extra fees into the sale and when I kept calling them out on Fees that don't exist the sales manager with the ring and three diamonds came over and said he wasn't going to negotiate "these are fees everyone pays" and kept coming back with different Numbers that were supposed to be fees everyone pays so why fo they keep changing? And then he started talking down on me like a child and to my father with respect and kept cutting me off when i tried to talk AS I AM THE BUYER and stood up and proceeded to walk away as his slight of hand numbers weren't working and side dissed me twice when my father started walking away. Never been so disrespected before like I was stupid and didn't see the numbers change and the down talk towards me.
Very easy-going process. Javier was calm and patient the whole time, even though we were doing a lot of hemming and hawing about which vehicle we wanted. My wife finally picked a Nissan Rogue. I can't be happier that she's happy.
Dean from Peoria Nissan has been scamming my cell phone number. They will sell your phone number to other AD agencies and cold calling centers. Been going on for about 2 years now there number is blocked but can still leave voicemail
Service adviser Paul Watz Jr is the epitome of what service is supposed to be. He has been my contact for a few years since getting my certified pre-owned Rogue. I have a warranty, but sometimes dealing with them can be a struggle; never the case with Paul helping. I have been told service departments get paid less for warranty work, but that does not effect the care Paul gives. He is genuinely warm, knowledgeable, understanding, fast, and personable in an old-fashioned sense. And he's got great hair! :0 I've had at least 3 warrantied items in the last year go- one was difficult to diagnose. Even though they hadn't pinpointed the problem completely, I ended up with practically a new car under the hood, because the issue was leaving me in unsafe conditions on the road. So the compliment goes out to all of Nissan as well, and the decent warranty company they give with purchases. This is my second vehicle owned from this location, and will continue to get my business.
Elijah and the team helped us isolate a tricky issue within our electrical system. They found the root cause and resolved it on the first try. They were polite and professional. A lot better than the service attempt we had with Midway Nissan. We won t go anywhere else for dealership work on our Frontier.
The staff especially my salesperson Cheyenne was amazing
They will not stop calling me, I purchased from them years ago and now they keep calling me every single week I keep asking them over and over to leave me alone they still will not stop annoying me. Leven take me OFF your list!!!!!!!!!
Took our car in for a recall and a few issues covered in the warranty and they had everything done in a timely fashion.
WORST SERVICE EVER !!
I bought a used car from them and was giveen to me on E , was promised my car detailed and it wasn t . I was told this dealership has the highest inspection and found that the recall wasn t even taken care of and also had other little but very annoying things needed to be fixed as well . Called to tell them about my bad experience and no one not even the head manager seemed to truly care .!! Not including the paperwork mess ups they did
The service department is always so helpful, polite, professional and fast.
Good sales appoach, no pushing for quick sale. Excelent!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have used this service for 15 years, timely on appointments and they provide good service recommendations.
I have bought 2 Titans -- 1 350z - 1 Xterra within the last 12 years from Peoria Nissan. I have bought 2 Titans and one Sentra from other Nissan dealerships in the Valley within last 10 years.
I would never buy again from Peoria Nissan. When you go to a dealership and plainly say I just want to see a vehicle and test drive it (Nissan NV 200 Cargo van) you should be able to just do that.
The finance guy or head salesman comes outside and basically says goodbye because I wasn't interested in filling out paperwork it just idiotic. I already have pre-approval from NMAC like I stated.
Go somewhere else nobody should tell you how you should buy a car especially an employee of a car dealership.
As a business owner myself bad employees with attitudes need to go just a thought.
Said it was only 1 hr wait for oil change so waited. Waited almost 3 1/2 hrs and went up several times asking they said shortly. Finally when done they did several different things that needed to get done which is ok, but next time let your customers know. I would have left and came back. Will never go back horrible customer service
Took me in at the last mom. Always friendly and lets me know what they find and reccomends future service as needed.
I called Scott about my appointments on my vehicle's explain my situations and he got me all squared away and he's always taking care of me very professionally and I recommend him very highly.
