If I could go back in time I would not waste my time here . Nothing but headaches and people that don't know what's going on . First of all they sold me into my new Car with a great awesome deal, financially I was only looking and they said anything to get me into a new car . I understand it's their job but you don't promise false statements to people . It wasn't until almost 3 weeks later that they call me up and say me and my husband missed some signatures and something happened with our deal . We go back in , bare in mind I live maybe 30 minutes or so away , and they tell me a whole new price And that my first payment was literally due in a couple days of course I got upset and was about ready to leave the car but of course they convinced me otherwise . They promised to pay my first two car payments which I thought awesome this will give me time to pay off some bills , original deal was basically pushing back my first due date until November and like I said finacally I was just looking . This is when it honestly went completely down south . First payment was late of course . I spoke with Shelbey , she is in charge of sending the checks out from my understanding , I told her for next months payment can you please just send me the check like the original plan so I can make sure the second payment is put on time . I'm only 21 but I know better than to pay late I never do . She of course assured me it wouldn't be late it would be on time . Come September I check my online account and they had not processed any payments so I try calling the dealership to check what is going on try talking to someone and no one seems to know what is going on .i personally text one of the employees which is the only one that called me after my purschase who wasn't even my salesman ! He redirects me to Shelbey , which never was available I left message with her coworkers and she never responded I had to keep calling in hopes that she would answer . I work 2 jobs I don't have time to be dealing with this it should be done as promised and as agreed upon . I finally get a hold of her and she has no idea or she claims she doesn't about my deal and that no where does it show that they would be making the payment for September she assured me she would look into it .I had to keep calling her and it wasn't until she asked my salesman Robert when she actually believed me . Her words "oh yea Robert remembered you and your deal " I'm pretty sure she was fed up with me at this point but she assured me that someone would cut a check for my payment which bare in mind is already late . I told her we'll just FYI I don't think I should be responsible for late fees you guys should be because it was in my contract and I told u specifically last month it's due on the 10th of each month , which she then proceeded to tell me it's due on the 25th or at least that's what she saw on her end. Long story short I have had nothing but headaches with them having to drive all the way over there on numerous occasions, had employees including Shelbey give me attitude on the phone because common sense if my credit is on the line I'm going to be calling you frantically you are in sales you really need to check how you talk to people .Another two quick things one, I signed as the primary ! My documation is all singed as me As the primary and my husband is cosigner yet everything came back in his name everything ! I also was granted approximately 200 because I had barely made a payment on my old car prior to getting my new car so I had trouble with receiving that as well and of course it came out under my husband name so when I had to go pick it up the front desk older lady was very blunt and rude when handing me the check.I highly recommend you stay far away from this place unless u like false promises and horrible customer service they won't even let me talk to a manger ! Now I'm stuck with late fees and hopefully the finance company isn't lying to me that it won't be reported to the credit bureau.
