Will do anything to get you in the door!

Came in on Friday looking for a van Scott Smith (manager) wrote down my price range and knew my goals. He said he would call me if they could find something at a different dealership they work closely with.

Friday night they reach out and said they found a van for 10k and asked if I could come in the next morning.

I found some vans too and ended up finding the same van Peoria Nissan did.

Guy at this dealership said they were going to buy it for more then 10k so I was never going to get that price. He told Peoria Nissan it was sold and shortly after I got a call saying it was sold.

I should of just cut my ties at this point but Scott pulled at my military ties gave me a Semper Fi and I gave him some trust.

Monday I get a text that they had a van come in. I asked about price and was told it was getting checked out and he would get me the info ( never happend)

I went in any way (my mistake) Scott passes me off to a sales rep ( nice guy no issue with him) and we walk to the van. I turn it on and 39k miles. I tell the guy "he's just waiting my time, no way is this in my price range" we go back and it's nearly 20k (that's double Scott) .

I was upset said some words trying to be respectful of the sales guy who had no fault, but I did a poor job (sorry man) and exited the building.

If a manager can act in this manner and pull an old bait and switch at what I thought was a reputable dealership I can only Imagine some of the shady things that are taught to employees.

With so many dealerships to choose from in the Phoenix area you have no reason to work with a place that could act like they support the military and then completely waste a veterans time and cause some very unnecessary stress and anxiety.

If I wrote this after my first visit, there would be a four or five star rating. The first visit is really nice; everyone is eager to offer you water bottles or popcorn or something from the snack machine. There's such an awesome feeling when they let you bang that gong! And oh, oh they all cheer for you. You feel like a winner.

That's when they have a chance to get money from you.

A month later, here we go in because they never sent us our license plate and registration. We had called several times, but to no avail. They were set to expire and we had no choice.

Someone greeted us with a big smile and a friendly hello; she was the only good part of this visit... And that was because she thought we were prospective buyers. We explained to her that our temporary plate was expiring that day, and we needed a new one until our permanent came in.

She led us to the finance waiting area. We sat and waited.

And waited. And waited.

We waited an hour, which is fine if they're busy. The thing is other people in the finance waiting area were checked on several times. This one gentleman was offered coffee and a snack. They catered to him while we sat to the side like chopped liver. I don't know what he was there for, but something tells me they smelled money.

The fun part is we didn't get our temporary. After an hour, the gentleman took us in his office and said we couldn't get our printout until the day AFTER it expires (yeah, it will be fun to drive on an expired registration.) Then he said that we needed to provide some documents we've provided more than once. They wanted SS cards, pay stubs, and an utility bill, or we can't have any legal means to drive the car. He didn't explain what was going on, and seemed almost rushed to get us out of there. I don't understand why they let us have a car for a month with no problem, then suddenly start holding legal documents hostage.

Maybe they had a perfectly good reason, but if they did, they didn't make it clear. I'm still confused and frustrated. What makes me even more upset is we still have to do business with this company. I love the car; I don't love being connected to Peoria Nissan nearly as much.

It's nice to have bought a car in PEORIA NISSAN and very good customer service all try to help you and try to make you feel comfortable and pleasant in the place Maritza was a very attentive and kind person finally I'm happy with my purchase since my first car to grip in abc nissan was the worst experience in the world I do not recommend abc nissan Actually a few small problems at the time of the paperwork but all of very kind finances trying to make everything go away and leave you without any problem and you hurry happy with your purchase I RECOMMEND 100% TO PEORIA NISSAN AND WITH THE VERY AMABLE AND FRIENDLY MARITZA SELLER.

James Piasecki! He is the GREATEST!!!!!!! He is so charming, understanding, and sincere. James is a joy to be around, good vibes and positive. He smiles constantly and engages awesome conversations, he ensures my vehicle is in good hands. He answers all my endless questions I may have, he s honest and straightforward. One time, I came in person to make an appt for an oil change and James was not here that day, another person wanted to handle my vehicle and I said no thank you, I ll come back when James does! I m loyal to him only, he has the perfect people s skills and I won t go to anyone else when I come here to this dealership. He is well deserving of a raise or even a promotion! Great service! Worked with Hugh over email and phone to get a car purchase set up while I was out of town. The staff there is super friendly, and the process was quick and easy. Ended up having some paperwork to finish up after I went back to Prescott, and Hugh drove up to meet me to get it all done. Above and beyond!

Scott at the Service Center was great to work with. He didn't perform any unnecessary work and actually worked with me to save money.
I've had bad experiences with the Sales Center in the past but I highly recommend their Service Center based on this trip.

100% con artists. Promise payments and as soon as they "go back to run numbers" they come back with numbers way higher than what they promised. Do not fall for the "if we make the payments xxx will we earn your business" or the "my manager said we can do xxx" they lie every single time. Nissan has just lost 4 customers and will never earn my business again. Absolutely horrendously managed company, from their customer service saying you wont lose eligibility on programs to their lies about offering alot of rebates. Avoid this company like the plague.

Salesman was knowledgeable, polite, and not pushy. Some back and forth but ultimately got a deal I was comfortable with. He followed up with me a couple days after purchase to offer any help and to see if I was satisfied. I will definitely consider buying from here again and I ll recommend this dealer to others.

I had a fantastic experience in the service department at Peoria Nissan. Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable. My Pathfinder is under warranty, but the battery died and needed replacing. While there, the service department fixed two recalls. There was also some plastic paneling on my vehicle that had come loose. They replaced one of them and the two on the luggage rack had to be ordered.
Wow, while writing this I realize that there are a LOT of things wrong with the brand new Pathfinder that I bought. I'm not happy about that, BUT I am extremely happy with the service I received at Peoria Nissan. They really seemed interested in helping. I have been to another Nissan dealership in the Phoenix area and the service department did NOT make me feel welcome. I will continue to visit Peoria Nissan for all of my future service jobs.

My husband and I first bought a Mazda 6 a few years back through Peoria Nissan. After a year we went back and talked with Tonna Yutze and she got us into a 2018 Nissan Ultima with a very reasonable payment. We just went last week and got my husband a really nice Ford F150 truck. We absolutely love Tonna. She's very friendly, knowledgeable and treats us with respect. She makes the whole car buying experience less stressful.
We will definitely always contact her; and refer her and Peoria Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car.

They get the work done, but man these service personnel have no charisma and drop little negative comments to make you feel tiny. I have been coming here for 6 years since I got my car here. I don't think I will buy another car here.

Everyone was great to us and I felt they did what they needed to do to accommodate my needs and were respectful of my financial limits. Our salesperson Tim Ianos spent the entire day catering to us and doing whatever he could do to help. He went above and beyond to get us dinner when we had been there for so long and my little one got hungry. He helped me by driving my other car home so I could drive my new car which he didn t have to do. He was amazing. My mom was with me and she was really impressed by him also and wants to return when she needs a new car. Thank you!

They took care of us and made it what we wanted was affordable, since then we refered two people and they both were qualified to get a car to! Shopped my credit (which is fair) to 4 places and no results after 3 days. I purchased from another dealership within 10 minutes after the test drive. Sorry Peoria Nissan.

Sales team unorganized, lost our paperwork and ended up having to go back and forth for hours, hours turned to days. Finance department employee JOHN McMILLER has ZERO CUSTOMER Service...worst in AZ. Comes back to us with a deal $0.50 higher than the last after taking off a $620 add on to the deal. Tossed the paper back on his desk and he just does nothing but give a stare of death, basically tells us to leave. Couldnt get anyone to give me his name until the next day. The sales and management at this location is poor. Ive had better customer service from a bus boy at a McDonald's restaurant. WAY TO GO PEORIA NISSAN, KEEP IT UP AND YOU'LL BE AT 2.6 STARS...JUST A MATTER OF TIME!!!

This dealership is all fine and dandy until they sell you the car, then the poor customer service shows! Shame on them for their rude service department and their incompetent sales man who don't clearly show the customer some important features on the car such as "safety" lug nuts on the tires. Instead of handing the customer this special "key" you need for a tire change its just thrown in the car somewhere in hopes that one finds it. So after four hours of being stranded (b/c no roadside assistance can remove the lug nut without this "key") with a child in a bad section of Phoenix they tell me to have the car towed to them and when the service department comes in in the morning it can be dealt with. So the vehicle is towed and now they want to charge me to remove the tire and put a spare on. RIDICULOUS! Had I been handed the "key", had I known about the "key" I would've been able to keep it in safe keeping so this wouldn't have happened. As for charging me for a five minute service thats uncalled for. It should be done as a courtesy for you all thinking its ok to just throw (literally thrown b/c had it been placed in all vehicles in the same place I wouldn't have heard "did you check glove box, middle console, under your spare, in with the jack, in the side of your doors or in a roadside assistance bag") something in the vehicle without informing the customer of it. So from now on all my business will be through the Nissan dealership in Surprise, Az. Far better customer service, so KUDOS to them!!

Forgot a $200.00 charge after agreeing to a price. Apologized. Said"i didn't know about this charge & the mechanic didn't tell me",after he told me he had been there several months & informed me of a few other employers he had worked for in the same position. BS. I purchased my truck There.Next time i will go to a place that doesn't think it's ok to add on while the service is being done. This is my 4th New Nissan. I can't begin to explain the feeling of Betrayal that i have now.

As a first time buyer and not having any experience purchasing a car, I d have to say that Peoria Nissan did an AMAZING JOB getting me through the whole process. Being only 22, from the jump I was very scared and nervous because of all the things ive heard about dealerships. I m more than happy that my first and LAST stop was here at Peoria Nissan. Yasamin was so welcoming and sweet. She made me feel comfortable right away! I was lucky enough to have a couple more people help me out in finding my first car and I have to say I couldn t have been around a better trio!! Ramon and Juan knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for and they brought it right to me. Not only did they find the perfect car for me but they also made it affordable for my budget. I couldn t be more blessed! From when I first stepped my foot in the dealership to when I drove off with my car they were there comforting me , helping me and teaching me everything I needed to know for my new baby I m definitely recommending all friends and family here!!

Tom in the service department was great. He informed me of the progress of my vehicle and checked up on me to make sure that I was doing ok. The car came back clean. No settings had been changed and everything was fixed. Tom adn the rest of the staff at Peoria Nissan will be the place that I go to have both my 2016 and 2019 Nissan's serviced, if they ever need to be.

Service guys and gals are pretty good. I didn t buy my car there so I don t know much else about the dealer but I ve talked with some sales guy and they re all nice so far. Only thing I don t like is having to ask for my fluids to be topped off and the car washed. Which you guys do when I ask you to. Besides that everyone is great.

James Piasecki was lovely to work with. He was extremely courteous and respectful. He is truly a gem to have. I was told I would get free oil changes for 1 year. I was advised nothing was written down, when trying to get it resolved from finance they said they would talk to the sales guy when he comes in. I haven't heard anything yet.. James advised to reach out to him if I dont hear anything and he will actually talk to them. That is very nice of him to offer since it's a different department. I felt welcomed and valued. Bad place to by car. Too many credit inquiries and never told me. Found out hard way.and after baught my car got bill for licence fees. Tilte department estimated wrong price. Now i have to pay the difference. Thats wrong. I should not have to pay. Last i got 6 different letters in mail denying me for a loan. Peoria sales should have told me they were inquirieing 6 different companies on my credit.

I put down a $1,000 deposit on a truck, confirmed I was driving here to get it, took off work, found a sitter, and was all ready to make the 11 hour drive down (I live in Nevada) when they EMAILED me that "someone came in and bought the truck so we will be refunding you your deposit". WOW what kind of service is that? How do you sell a vehicle when I already put a sizable deposit down to mark it sold. Luckily I checked my email! They didn't even want to answer me when I called to figure out what was going on. If they are willing to do this imagine what other deceptive sales tactics they will use. I would recommend finding a more trustworthy dealer.

Peoria Nissan was recommended to me by a family member when I first moved to the Valley in 2006. I bought the first car I ever purchased there. It was so easy and low stress, that I have since purchased 2 other cars from there. I have recommended Peoria Nissan to all of my friends. The last car purchase I made there was actually after I went with one of my friends while she purchased a new Rogue. She had such a great exprience working with Rick Melara, that my husband and I went and purchased our Altima there from Rick, the very next day. I have always had great service when I have gone there to buy and to have my cars serviced. They are always professional and great to work with. I look forward to purchasing our next car from Rick and the wonderful people at Peoria Nissan.

Super nice people the only reason I m giving it such a low rating is because I was offered a Uber home witch I would ve took but I was told my oil change would be quick so it would be a waste to go back and forth long story short my appointment was at 8 and I didn t leave till after 11 won t be doing my oil change there again to pricey there anyways. Much cheaper places to go to and faster service. I appreciate the nice people tho
