Terrible experience with the service department!
Terrible experience with the service department!
I called beforehand to schedule tire repair service. The service representative scheduled a time to bring my car in. Upon arrival, they had no records of my appointment.
I waited 2 hours for a tire repair, which is pretty ridiculous.
1.5 hours in, I asked the rep, Shane, why it was taking so long. His answer was that the sealant takes time to dry. Again, ridiculous. It does not take that long at all.
I took a peek through the service window they have available in the waiting area. The service techs around my car were horsing around and eating their snacks.
Finally finished and in my car, I discovered the light was still on. Apparently the service techs forgot to test it. I was then assured that everything would be fine with my car and everything was carefully inspected.
After another 15 minute wait, I finally left only to find that the PSI on the repaired tire was set at 40. I stopped to check the recommended PSI on the side of the door. It should have been set at 33.
I then called the dealership service department. As it turns out, their tire pressure machine has not been working well. Ridiculous! What happened to taking a pencil tire gauge and checking it?
Regardless of my tire contract, I probably will not be bringing my vehicle back to this location. Pinnacle Nissan always takes great care of me and my car!
