Customer Service...what's that?
Back in the spring I got a new vehicle from this dealer. It was a good deal so I put up with a lot of customer service issues, especially but not limited to follow up. Well, a few months later I get a lapse registration notice from ADOT for a car they took in, that was the straw that broke the camels back. I e-mailed the salesman C,A. three times, no reply. Only after I contacted thru Peoria's website did I get only one call from C.A. stating that I need to go to a certain website to resolve the issue myself. Of course when I returned the call & left a message he never returned my call. I then contacted again via the website asking for the dealership GM to call me. The GM of sales F.J. not the GM for the dealership called back. I explained to him the lack of communications from his employee & apparently this was no surprise to him which he expressed. I stated that I should have never of received this notice since the leased car was returned to them & I did not transfer over a license plate. F.J. then said he needed a copy of my drivers license which he said that in checking C.A.'s e-mail they didn't have it. Fortunately I had it so just forwarded it to him from a previous e-mail I sent to C.A., again lack of communication on Peoria's part.. In the end it took several attempts via e-mails, phone messages & messages thru their website for a problem that never should have been mine in the first place, only to have F.J. e-mail "In the future this can be expedited by yourself at servicearizona.com". No in the future this can be expedited by going to another dealership!
