I was warned not to go to Midway NIssan from someone who had a bad experience when purchasing a car. So I chose to go to Peoria Nissan. Wrong choice. I should of stayed way from Nissan period and gone back to Mercedes of Chandler and purchased another Mercedes. Never in my lifetime of buying cars have I received the run around that I received at Peoria Nissan. It will be 2 weeks on Sunday that we purchased the car, and still they have not completed the deal. They received their money from the lender on Monday but seem to be having issues processing the check that they owe us.
And if you leave message for someone to return a call? Don't waste your time it will not happen.
Still playing the run around game today. When it comes to having future service on my car I will choose another dealer to go to.

I bought my very first car from Peoria Nissan. Kameron was pleasure to work with in the sales department. I wasn't leaving without the car that I wanted and he made sure that happened. I received my first oil change on my Nissan Altima and Emilio is the best! Debbie was great too!
I had a 10:30 appt. But when I got there there it was going to be 2 1/2 to 3 hours before it would be done. Had to reschedule.
It was a pleasant experience working with Tonna, Sherrif, & Andy (Andrew)!! This trio treated me with respect and took the time to understand my need & wants...2017 Altima!
Tonna treated me like I was family, cared about me as a customer, and was patient with me.
Sherrif bent over backwards trying to make sure my payments would fit my budget & making sure I was comfortable with the price range.
Andy was wonderful as well and actually ended up getting me a low interest rate that I orginally expected. Trust me when I say I am no easy customer!
I didn't get to see Elijah in the service department but I've worked with him before when I'd bring in my '13 Altima & he's always professional and kind.

This was my first time ever buying a new car. I was a little scared at first because of all the bad stories people have about car dealerships. I was greeted right away by Pete. He was very friendly and asked me what I wanted to have in my new car. Then showed me 2 or 3 different ways I could get all of the things I wanted in my car without spending too much. I was on a tight budget too so I have to be careful with my money. Everything went surprisingly smooth and I bought a brand new Versa Note. Thanks to Pete Johnson and all the guys at Peoria Nissan.
I've bought 3 vehicles from Peoria Nissan, and my last visit was by far the best. Martin C. took my call and he was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions and helped me run numbers over the phone when other salesmen demanded I come in instead. By the end of the phone call I felt confident that this was the right choice. He had most of the paperwork filled out by the time I got there so that all I had to do was test drive and finance. Absolutely the best car salesman! Now im sure the finance department is something everyone dreads, but this time around Osman took very good care of us. He made the environment enjoyable and relaxed. He thoroughly explained all the details as well as what may have went wrong in my previous deal (which was horrible to say the least). I also got to work with Eric O., who helped me out with my first Nissan purchase. He took the time to walk us through the entire process and get us every best possible saving. In this latest experience I felt confident in every step of the process and I absolutely look forward to working with them again.
Andy Hempy in Sales and Ken from Service were great when I went in with a car I hated. Andy got me into a vehicle that works for me and I like. He cared and listened to me rant about the Altima I hated. But at the end of the day they both took care of me. Thanks for listening and helping me get out of a car I hated. Totally different feeling than I had for this dealership. Andy and Ken get my votes for great customer service and caring.
these people call me 3 times a day asking me about a vehicle i was inquiring about 3 years ago. Try ABC Nissan they are not annoying.
First oil change on this new car..... tried selling my wife a new car....... then with a SCHEDULED oil change it took a day to perform, after they started working on another part in the car that my wife did not even give consent for them to work on. NEVER using them again, and NEVER buying from them again.
They were able to help me get the car that I wanted. Although these buying processes are lengthy they make the time there fly by quick. I am so happy with my new car! Thanks Peoria Nissan, Seivion & Manny!

Heads up .... Beyond shady. Sticker price on new car was 23,000 range .. Price on sheet they use to try & get you to sign for a car deal ... was 26,000 range??? When I asked the desk manager who came over to try & close our deal.... He said "oh we have to try to make money" "that's how a dealership works" I said to him ??? Who does that!??! You state the sale price is 26,000+++ but the sticker price 23,000 range?? His reply again..... "oh you'd be surprised at the people who sit down & just buy the car".. PLEASE??? I certainly hope people aren't that naive. BUYER BEWARE....

I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon with unknown accelerator issues. Elijah completed my intake and was able to have my car serviced! The nice lobby and the comfortable couches allowed me to be productive and get some work done while I waited. The time flew by fast.

This place is a hack, they basically take your keys and your ID until you purchase something. They hold you hostage. They also lie to you and tell you everything just to get a sale. I was told after 6 months I could refinance for a better deal through Nissan and nope, the car was not worth that much. They lie to you so be very careful. They will harass you after you do buy a vehicle to come back and buy another
Do not buy a used vehicle here, I spent almost an hour playing games with the sales person going back and forth with the manager trying to get a vehicle down to market value (the sticker price of the truck was way over blue book) after that it took almost another hour to meet with the finance person even thou I was paying cash. On top of the horrid service the truck they sold me within a week needed the fuel filler hose cleaned out as it was clogged and would not take fuel, (I thought it was odd that they did not fill the tank before I left with the truck and now i know why) and the starter needed to be replace. That was the first week now after owning it a month I am replacing the water pump. Be very careful buying any type of used vehicle from these people.

Al did not listen to what i was telling him about my car noise an when i told him what my regular car mechanic told me he began to tell me i was wrong an my mechanic has no idea what hes talking about. Im not happy with the service i was provided again. After sending my feedback to the manager i get a phone call from the service guy who was assigned to telling me pulled the red carpet for me an that he could only fix one side of my car.i hope the next people thst go there will have a better experience.It sad to say i will not becoming back. During my appointment, my service representative, Elijah was very professional, curtis, cordial, always kept me up dated in regards to my vehicle service.When I was lead back to my vehicle, I met the service technician who was professional , knowledgeable and Curtis. Elijah showed me that the valve cover gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced. I so ordered it . The appointment was very pleasurable.

My mother just went here and was looking at a 2015 Nissan Altima. Red with white interior 9k miles 2.5 I4. It shows online that the price is 18k. They told her 27k after all fees. What a joke. That car brand new was 24k with the 2.5 I4. She had cash in hand. Please stay away from here if you are a woman. They will do there best to rip you off.

Service writer was great. Suggestion when quoting repair amount include tax and your shop supplies which was $20 some dollars. Not sure what shop supplies were needed for changing out tire pressure sensors . Still some heartburn on that

MY FIRST CAR SERVICE WAS FREE BUT I WENT ACROSS THE STREET AND PAID FOR MY OIL CHANGE AND CAR WASH. I WAS PLANNING ON PURCHASING ANOTHER CAR FROM THERE BUT AFTER THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE RECEIVED. I DON'T THINK SO. LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

My first-ever experience at this dealership for a service on our 2014 Altima. Scott Clouse was very professional keeping me informed of the appt and personally met me upon arrival. Fix completed on time and car was washed. Great coffee in the customer lounge, too! Sale's staff person I met was very personable and knowledgeable. Sorry I didn't get his name, but definitely would go back to him. Excellent dealership.

Buyer BEWARE! This dealership is not to be trusted!! They will do a "bait and switch" tactic. The Sales Managers will say anything to get you in the door but will not hold true to what was agreed upon. Peoria Nissan provided me with such an awful experience that after 14 years I have happily decided to go elsewhere. If you're looking for an honest car buy experience, this is not the place.

Brandon Moles in the service department is the man. I live all the way in Tempe and I ended up making an appointment to service my car in Peoria because they are more accommodating than the Nissan dealership down the street from me (AutoNation Nissan Tempe). Brandon called me back immediately, was honest about wait times, and was really just a wonderful person which is how all people in the customer service industry should be. Warning we were trying to buy a new Pathfinder. They said they were going to bring over the one from another dealership and never brought over the right one so we left our Corvette trade there overnight decided not to buy from them came back to pick up our trade and realized somebody took it home and hot rodded around for at least a hundred miles we asked for a copy of our odometer statement proving how many miles they put on it and then didn't have that either this would be the second time I tried to purchase a vehicle from Peoria Nissan the first time I dealt with them was no better try to give him a second chance
came in had oil change. plastic was on car seat ,a protection measure and plastic wrap on the steering wheel. ok i get that but when they were done it should of been pulled and thrown away......

My husband went there to fix his car. Though my husband already booked the appointment, the guy in front of the desk couldn't find my husband's name. Gladly he was still willing to accepted him. He was really nice - hum I forgot his name-. At first he was a bit unfriendly. Afterwards, he suddenly changed his attitude and explaining everything detailed to my husband. Kudos for the behavior change. Customers really need to see things like this.
i bought a certified Nissan frontier from Mike Stone 2 weeks ago. so mom and dad were in the market to buy them self one. i set appointment with Mike Stone for sat On February 18 2013 I called Mike and let him know I had found the truck I was looking for at Avondale Nissan. I did my part of having common courtesy to let him know I would not be coming back. Everything was ok and about 30 minutes later he called me back yelling at me and confronting me on why I wasted his time and did not come back. I apologized for not coming back but I felt like I didn't owe him an apology since I was nice enough to let him know I went elsewhere. He told me that I ruined his plans of having a day off and didn't appreciate me going elsewhere. I don't feel like he was professional and he should have not called and confronted me about this. I have never had this experience before. Any other dealership always said congratulations and see you in the future but no at Peoria Nissan. Very disgusted with mikes customer service. Would not recommend to anyone!

After months of searching for a used car I came across Peoria Nissan, was contacted by MELO, we set up an appointment and showed us a couple cars. We drove away with a brand new Nissan Altima. MELO was great from the start to the end, following up with calls to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions. I believe the salesperson/buyer relationship grew into more of a friendship. She s a great person!! Service guy was good. But I didn't like that he never offered me a rental I had to ask. I was going to be without my car for several days. So not having a car would have been difficult. I did end up getting one, but now I'm not confident the service guy told me everything I needed to know.
The service was amazing and my car was ready within two hours. Even with this virus going on they still had smiles, laughter and gave excellent customer service. Thank you, Peoria Nissan.
When I purchased my previous Nissan I did some research on True Car which sent my information to multiple Nissan dealerships. By the time I decided on the Nissan I had been turned off by the constant calls and pressure from the other dealerships that there was no question I would buy from Rick from Peoria Nissan. It was a great sales experience so I contacted Rick again for this purchase. I got the same no pressure treatment and he made sure he understood what I wanted and did quite a bit of work to find the model with the options I wanted in the color I wanted; another great sales experience.
After having a horrible experience at Arrowhead Cadillac which is where I bought my used Rogue this place really took care of me and my Rogue. Scott Clouse in service really helped me out by working with the other dealership and the warranty company in getting all the large things that I found wrong with the vehicle fixed at no cost to me. Thanks I will definitely be working with Scott again in the future and if their sales department is anything like their service department I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them.

Paul was wonderful... Had ZAKTEK applied and truck looked fair when I picked it up. I have had vehicles with similar programs and never have they left water spots/streaks on the windows and mirrors. If the windows/mirrors look this poor, I am sure the ZAKTEK was not thoroughly and/or correctly applied. For having my truck an entire day, I expected it to look better. I am hoping for better results next time.

Repair department has always been fair with me and they seem to have enough technicians so you don't have to wait all day.
Had a serpentine belt break on my 17 Altima on my way to work. Car only has $40,000 miles. I work on all of my own cars, but work is slammed and I dont have time. Had it towed to Peoria Nissan at $115.. Service there is usually very honest, but it appears not today. Spoke to Al in service. He calls me and tells me $450 to replace the serpentine belt. They have to take off a couple pulleys etc. Tells me the belt is $329 from Nissan. I said for a belt? He says yes. Ok sure. He gets me out the door for $380. This doesn't sit right with me, so I check NissanUSA for the price of the belt. $48. My receipt has it marked up to $72 and $270+ in misc charge. It doesn't take long to replace a belt. Bill should have been $100 or so. Great job Al for overcharging me. Been coming here for years too. Do yourself a favor, when you are quoted prices for parts, pull it up on your smartphone and check for inflation. What a joke.
Moved from New York 3 years ago and I have had my Rogue serviced there since. My Service Adviser, Chris Rippey is always on top of my needs and the service staff behind Chris takes great care of the Rogue.
I'm very happy with my SUV, but when it's time to look for something new, Peoria Nissan will be my first ( and probably my last ) call.
