Ricky and Travis really worked hard at making this purchase happen. Even down to the finance dept. There was small hiccups but overall we walked out happy with our purchase. I will return in the future to buy another car...

EDITED..... 30 OCT 2018...... IF Peoria Nissan was actually seriously trying to repair or correct or make right their wrongs against me or any other customer, Peoria Nissan could or should seek us out and come to us to attempt to right their wrongs. How hard can that be, they have my cell phone number, they could easily call me, they have my home address, they could come see me, they have my email address, and could reach me there, they have my Social Security Number, Peoria Nissan could find me easily IF THEY REALLY WANTED TO. I do not believe Peoria Nissan honestly wants to correct or repair the bad experience or sour reputation they have with me, or they would have already made an honest effort to reach me. END EDIT........

1 star is more than you deserve, sales and service....... I bought a used car earlier this year, from this place, I've also had this car serviced here, since I bought it.
Very disappointed, several horrible experiences with Peoria Nissan Sales and Service Department......
1st.. I believed them before buying the car.
Later I find out they were not honest with me before I bought the car.
They have waisted my time
They have cost me extra money
They were not truthful
Tried to sell parts I didn't need / still dont need
Scammed me into paying too much for parts.

I notice on their reviews, the dealership doesn't respond to the real negative reviews. Which tells me they are not even attempting to right their wrongs. Customer service is not what they are all about, customer satisfaction is not what they are all about,
Peoria Nissan's honor, integrity, respect, honesty, being truthful is all being sold for money.
I could go on and on but will resist right now.

Thanks to Scott Clause for his superb knowledge in maintaining my car He is an asset to the company,not only his very nice and pleasant,he also shows concern and he tries to accommodate as much as he can my busy schedule and if he cannot he offer other alternative schedules and I really do TRUST him that's why I continue to have my car serviced in NISSAN Peoria

Just purchased our 2017 Armada from here. Mike Stone was very pleasant to work with and answered all of our concerns. If he didn't know the answer to something, he found out very quickly. Car purchasing is never fun, but he at least made it easier. The only reason I didn't mark 5 stars is because we had to wait 2.5 hours to see someone in finance. Honestly we were 10 minutes from just saying forget it and leaving. Mike, tried his best to keep us in entertained while checking on finance every few minutes. I really appreciated him for that. But we had 3 kids at home with a sitter and it was well after 10pm on a work and school night. I would recommend this place because of Mike's superior service.

We found a Nissan Rogue that we really liked. We sent an inquiry and we're immediately contacted my Melo. She did a great job and since we live 3 hrs away, sent us a video of the vehicle. We were able to complete all our financing before getting to the dealership. This streamlined the process. Melo took GREAT care of us and treated us like family not just another sell.

The reason this got a 5 out of 5 was because of your employee Javier! He is the reason I came back 3 times and purchased the car with you guys when I had the same offer at a dealership that was 20 min closer than Peoria Nissan.

The other 2 guys that helped us out after Javier, when we were getting ready to purchase and talk money, are the reason people hate dealerships and if it wasn't for Javier I would have walked out and never came back.... Not mentioning names, but teach your employees that not everyone is stupid when it comes to buying cars and going through paperwork. They were literally treating my parents, my wife, and I as if we were dumb and had no clue how anything goes. I know it's their job to make money and sell high, but don't keep talking to me like I'm stupid (raising his voice) and telling me that 800$ a month with (I think) 6$ grand down is a good price for a Rogue S. Than they came back and said best we can do is give you the addons for free..... Well guess what I walked out with a Rogue SV 2019 for half the price those 2 employee's were trying to sell me a Rogue S for (a "manager" came and took over). Anyways, for references I got it for 26,000$ with 0% interest. YES! IT IS POSSIBLE. They will tell you its not and keep lying like the two did, but in the end i got the price I asked for when I arrived at the dealership AS WELL as the 0% interest I asked for. I did put 2,500$ down of course, but 400$ a month for 72 months for a brand new car with a a lot of features is def worth it.

For new buyers DON'T rush into a purchase. Do the math.. a 4 year old can do it. Don't tell them what you want as a MONTHLY payment, because they can do it, but will add so much stuff an additional months to make it the payment you can afford.

If they tell you its 300 a month (Out the door.. ask for out the door price. Tax, Fees, Interest) for 72 months.. well that's 21,600$

The reason you don't tell them you're looking for 300$ a month is because they will give you a car that worth 16,000$ and say here you go we can do 300$ a month for this and of course you will be happy because they got you 300$ a month, but in the end you'll be paying more. I'm only saying this because my friend is paying like 500 or 600$ (forgot) for a NISSAN SENTRA. Imagine that for 60 months.

They know what they re talking about and direct you to the car of your dreams! They ll also keep you where you wanna be without pushing over you price limit!

Wow! Where do I begin...... Over the past 11 years...

Wow! Where do I begin...... Over the past 11 years I have been a Nissan fan. My first Nissan was the Maxima which I purchased in 2004. When searching for my first Maxima I went to two valley dealerships and spent hours, getting the runaround. A friend sent me to Peoria Nissan after my two negative experiences and after not finding a car. After visiting Peoria Nissan I ended up getting the car I wanted at an amazing price. Most of all I built a relationship with the dealership and its staff, due to the amazing customer service, which is a very important aspect to me when buying a car.

In 2009 I bought my second Maxima. Peoria Nissan worked to get me the exact car I wanted and had it delivered. Again the price and customer service was amazing and I built on the initial relationship with the sales professionals, management and even the GM.

I am writing this post, as this week I purchased my 3rd and most amazing Nissan, sliding in to the 2016 Maxima. This is the most impressive car I have owned to date. The exact model I wanted was not on the lot, but not to worry as the staff at Peoria found the car and had it delivered that night. The sales professionals pulled out all of the stops as always and went especially above and beyond on this visit!

I can not stress enough on how amazing the shopping and buying experience is at Peoria Nissan. No one will let you sit there without asking if you need anything, or helping you with a question, or even sitting down and talking with you and getting to know you. The dealership has not asked me to post this, this is truly a post of appreciation from me, for a great car buying experience time and time again. I have made some friends and built a relationship with a car dealership, an amazing car dealership and I want people to know they don't have to put up with pushy, angry, rude or disinterested sales people when buying a car.

If your buying a Nissan, please take the time to visit Peoria Nissan, you can't go wrong.

I found the SUV I wanted at Peoria Nissan. I live out of town so Ethan worked with me over the phone to begin the process. When we arrived in Gilbert, we were met with kindness and professionalism. The vehicle we selected was used but in very good condition however, it was missing floor mats. Ethan and Adam went the extra mile in ordering new mats for us. The mats arrived the next day. This is a great place to buy a new or used car. They will definitely take care of you. I appreciate the extra effort they made with us. Thank you!

Steve is awesome. He is the one i like to go through when I go to nissan. He always takes care of my issues. Great guy. One problem was the mess left on my passenger side floor. The removal of my air cabin filter left a ton of leave, dirt and debris on the floor of my car. would have been nice if they had cleaned up after themselves. It was such a big mess I actually took a picture of it for my records. Had to go to the car wash to vacuum the mess because it was so bad. Other than that my experience was good.

I bought an infiniti and when they went to sign the papers it was too late and I did not leave a deposit since my card has a limit and it did not happen, the next day I went to talk to them to return it because I thought it was better to buy it in cash with the money of the taxes, and they told me that nothing could be done anymore that before the state of arizona the car was already mine, it was not even 24 hours after I signed the papers and I had not even given the deposit, so how were they going to send the paperwork to the finance company if they did not have the deposit, I felt that they were threatening me because they also mentioned that they did not want to take legal action against me, the next day my son went to take the deposit and they gave him some papers that do not have my signature, According to them, they are very professional and they say they are the best, if the best, to TREAT THE CUSTOMER AS GARBAGE AND THREATEN IT.
Then we were transferred to an office and JUAN who was the one who attended us according to a lot of experience, also told us the same thing that it was not possible and that he had told us the night before that there was no refund and that they had a recording, yes but experience To be talking bad about his coworkers and to put himself as boss and the best hahahaha, his professionalism was noticed there according to him (JUAN L. was the man with whom he signed the papers and with whom he spoke and he spoke to someone who was the one who said that he did not want to take legal action, that I could not return the car)

I called ahead of time to make appointment I also asked about breaks and prices I was told specifically over the phone that it will be $256 per axel I asked and double checked is that to replace break pads and rotors completely? The guy said YES! I went there and did it when picking up my car i noticed the rotors where never changed!! And the sales guy says they don t do that he said! They only turn them. I felt like I was scammed big time!!

I Live in Prescott which is 100 miles from Peoria I call when I know I am going to be coming to Peoria and need service I called last minute to see if I could get an appointment to service my Xterra The next day and they always get me in even last minute. They are always friendly and helpful. Scott C. Always finds me coupons to help with costs and he always tells me if there are things my car may need that I wasn t aware of. I trust him and we always listen to him. My car is a 2011 and has never broken done. They keep it in top condition. I love Peoria Nissan and will never take my car anywhere else. The only concern I had was that the check off sheet provided said tires and tire pressure had been checked and yet just 3 hours later I received a tire pressure warning light. 1st I bought a lemon on their "$99 car sale" it wouldn't start less than 24 hours of purchase and they did refund me. So I gave them another chance, I had been interested in a kicks but I wasn't looking to have a higher payment than I have now. I walked without buying last month, the salesman texted me this weekend they had one that they could get my amount on. I was blunt this morning, you either can or you can't do the amount I'm looking to spend. I'm not flexible and I'm not trying to spend all day there again, of course they come back with a over $100 more a month than my limit, tried to get me to go higher, I declined because I needed to buy a car for my kid, but then they told me they could sell me a 2013 Altima for my teen for 100/m, they said we were good to go, Ben and I went to get my son to surprise him and we get back to sign everything and they tell me they sold it to someone else while I was test driving it, then they try to sell me another Altima saying it would be same amount, only to then tell me 225/m. Now I have a heart broken kid whose been screwed not once, not twice, but 3 times and still no car. I wouldn't have even told him if we weren't told good to go, they had already pulled my credit and everything. Then your manager had the audacity to call and thank me for coming in. They basically wasted and ruined both mine and my kids day and im done.

Eric was sly and deceitful. We were looking at a new 2016 Nissan Versa. When we started talking to them about prices they asked me if I wanted to trade in my old car. I told them "no, I have thought about it, but I don't think I'm interested". They then asked me all the details about my old car and told me they would buy it for $650, totally ignoring that I repeatedly told them that I didn't want to trade it in. Then we started talking prices for the Versa. After some haggling they got me to understand that I would pay $8500 before taxes and fees (those would be $1726 more). I was thrilled about that price. They then repeatedly pushed me to sign their paper, which said $2000 down payment with $169.99 a month for 60 months. Eric had done some calculations with those figures before and told me that was $8500. When they asked me to sign I told them "I will pay $8500, if that is what your $2000 down with $169.99 a month for 60 months means, I will sign." They then just kept telling me to sign, without saying whether or not those terms really added up to $8500. After I persisted in not signing until they put the total price down, they told me it was really going to be $10,500, not $8,500. It was $8,500 after the $2000 down payment. I don't feel like $10,500 is such a bad price, but I felt like they were very deceptive. They kept trying to get me to sign knowing that they were deceiving me about how much money I was signing to pay. That to me is absolutely dishonest. They also kept telling me to finance with them, even though I am pre-approved for a 2.24% interest rate loan with my credit union. Every time I tried to leave they kept trying to stop me, saying "what would we have to do to make you stay?". Honestly, if they don't want me to leave that badly, I think they don't me to see that their competition is better. Good salesmen with a good product should be confident that a smart consumer will come back to them if their deals are really so good. I would never go back to this dealership because I felt like I couldn't trust them.
