Said it was only 1 hr wait for oil change so waite...

Said it was only 1 hr wait for oil change so waited. Waited almost 3 1/2 hrs and went up several times asking they said shortly. Finally when done they did several different things that needed to get done which is ok, but next time let your customers know. I would have left and came back. Will never go back horrible customer service
