Went into P.C. Richards & Son Feb 8th 2015 to purchase 2 Notebook. I was greeted by a manager who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He began to assist me with my purchase. It wasn't until when a sale rep came over to Mr Neil Bocchieri because a customer requested to speak to a supervisor. To make a long story short, Even the managers are willing to work the floor. I never knew that Neil was a manager until then. In Conclusion, I made my purchase, the customer service was Outstanding. In addition the Parking Lot is a major Plus.

I must say love this store went in there today need a cord for my printer they didn't have it in stock. One of the associates (steve/steven) searched the store until he found one it was used but it was what I needed and gave it to me for free. Was so grateful on top of that I had a tv I put on lay away a year ago ( been having financial issues so i haven't been able to put money towards it). While up in NY on business last month, my mothers TV just crapped out. Believe it or not, she told me to call the repair man! After I laughed, I checked around to see who had deals happening! I saw a great Samsung at an incredible price at PC Richard & Son! So I went!!!
FANTASTIC guys!!! The salesman was honest and knowledgeable. And actually steered me away from the TV I was going to get because l, frankly, it would have been too much TV for mom.
I wound up getting a TV, for a couple of bucks less and actually a few inches bigger.
I took it back to her house, put it on the wall and she's in love... so what if she watches the game show network all the time! She's now watching it on a 55" LG and happy as a pig in slop! That makes me happy!
It was also nice that as I was getting the TV into the back of my brothers SUV, the manager came over and personally helped us get the TV in to the car! Personalized service! My first and last purchase from this company. Bought a small size washing machine.
Paid for delivery,two dirty looking man dropped it by my door. When calling the store Antonio as he called himself the manager was unable to explain how to attach a hose that is without a thread. Also he told me there is no one in the shop who knows how to do so. (The manual also fails to explain) but he wanted to sell me service to get installers come to do the job. It is not what I need thougt ,but customer service. In the age of Amazon I highly recommend management to train there employees.
