My first and last purchase from this company. Bought a small size washing machine.
Paid for delivery,two dirty looking man dropped it by my door. When calling the store Antonio as he called himself the manager was unable to explain how to attach a hose that is without a thread. Also he told me there is no one in the shop who knows how to do so. (The manual also fails to explain) but he wanted to sell me service to get installers come to do the job. It is not what I need thougt ,but customer service. In the age of Amazon I highly recommend management to train there employees.
