It's hard to get someone to help you or even acknowledge you. There's no real system there for when there are many customers as to who is going to help you or when it's your turn. But, after I asked a manager about how to get help, I was helped by DJ and he was great. He knew his stuff and was very friendly and super helpful. I would give him 5 stars but I gave 3 because of the store itself and how there is no system for waiting customers.

Out of all the P.C Richard & son department stores that I have shopped at,I have to say this is one of my favorites.The custom service is impeccable,no matter what time I went during the day there was always someone that was wiling to assist me in whatever I needed.if it's anything me or a family member need I tell them go to "P.C Richard & son on Atlantic Avenue" . :)

"110 Years of Honesty Integrity Reliability" NOTTTTTTTTT. Two horribly unprofessional experiences. First, they wouldn't take the old appliance away once i called the manager at the store said they do the people wanted me to pay them on the side. Secondly, i ordered a a\c to be delivered. THE DAY OF NO ONE SHOWED UP no one could tell me anything. I had to go pick it up myself. Needless to say, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!

Believe me when I say that Javier is a great person! He is willing, engaging and understands that customers come first. A true gentleman and an excellent salesperson!

I ordered a refrigerator which was delivered with door on wrong side, told it would have to be repaired another day. When they came to switch door to correct side, it was found to be defective, they would have to reorder another door or I could have a replacement refrigerator. Store manager tried to give me a hard time about delivery hours until I called American Express to open a dispute after I opened dispute he was ready to work with me. At one point I called him and he said he couldn t talk to me because he was dealing with another client who just had a refrigerator delivered and it was not working at all! Poor customer service and I truly question the quality of their merchandise. Beware!!

This location had a better selection of appliances than other PC Richard's that I e visited

I stopped into the store to just inquire about the price of the Apple Mac book. I had all intentions of walking down the block to the Apple store to purchase one. After being greeted immediately as I walked in I felt more comfortable asking more questions about the Mac book and possibly buying one there. I was assisted by James who was extremely helpful and patient as I knew nothing about the laptop really. Ultimately I purchased the laptop and will be back to buy a vlogging camera in the near future. He was a breath of fresh air! Kudos to him!

The customer service is amazing. If you need help with anything ask for Tonya or Oscar. They are my go to people for my purchases. Also, they are knowledgeable on prices, deals & promotions that are occurring. I go to this location for all my electronics & household appliances for the past 8 years.

I bought a LG washing machine, LG fridge & LG stove from them a few years ago & its all going fine. Tonya has helped choose all these appliances by finding the specs to fit my requirements & had them delivered on time.

Today (11/24/15), I came in for "Black Friday" week sales & i bought a new Sony 49' 4K TV! It was a seamless process. Thanks Oscar.

I repeat If you need anything I highly recommend Tonya & Oscar! Awesome individuals.

We just received our LG T.V. from PC Richard & I had no idea as how to set it up. I was freaking out & was ready to go to jail due to not having a T.V. now for 3 weeks. I called today and spoke with James and he took his time out & walked us thru step by step. His instructions, patience, professionalism, & outstanding work helped us to get our T.V. working and avoided me doing jail time!! If I could give James 50 stars I would!!! We need more people like James in Customer Service period!! What a pleasure:)

What a great store. Parking is a big plus. For the last 6 years I deal with Timothy, he is pro in what he does and always helps me during and after the sale if there is an issue. It is a pleasure do deal with person who stands behind what he sells.

Stopped at this P.C. Richards in search of a new TV and I m glad I did, I was helped by a sales person named Tristan. He was knowledgeable about the different TVs and patient, answered all my questions, which I had a lot of lol. I left the store feeling happy about my purchase and even learned something new when it comes to choosing the perfect television.

what an exemplary experience I had from I walked through the doors of your atlantic store. I spoke to the store manager Demora who helped me with enquiries about the purchase of a washing machine. I ended up laying away on a dryer and s purchase of a whirlpool washer. thank you Demora, I do recommend PCRichard and Son for such customer service.

Thank you for the appliances for my kitchen. The oven works so much better and the refrigerator actually keeps my drinks cold.

they use to be great. bought two kitchens worth of appliances, over 18k. the wall oven was (is) defective. great, np come to replace it. nope, they keep sending technicians out to try to fix it, this is now the 4th time it broke in 6 months, but they keep trying to fix it. the first time they tried, fine, the second, maybe...but after 4 times it is clear that their extended warranty and their service is now garbage.

Today I had the most wonderful experience @ PC Richard @ Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. I was assisted by Will and Kelly and 2 nicer more professional Associates you will not find. I wanted to buy and ship my Mother a gift for Mother's Day and the website would not let me use my card on the site. Synchrony bank was even less helpful when they told me I could only make the purchase in the store. In a matter of minutes my purchases were made and the shipping was free since if I had been allowed to make the purchase on line it would have been free Will and Kelly made sure I received excellent customer service with all the bells and whistles you could hope for. I can't rave about these 2 Gentlemen enough I am so very pleased that I was assisted by them they really really made my day. For future purchases I will return to this location and hope that PC Richard and Synchrony know what valuable assets these Gentlemen are to their store and their company. Thanks again Will and Kelly it was really a treat for me as a Consumer to be treated so well.

I give my experience in the Brooklyn store an A+. I over spent my actual budget but Ricky (I think he's a manager) was an exceptional sales rep. He was patient with me and explained everything until I understood clearly .. all of my options. (I asked almost a thousand questions lol) He was a class act and I was so lucky that he took the time out to help me.

DJ is very attentive client. Very hospitable towards his clients and steps and even goes out of his way for you. I strongly recommend him as well as other sales people at this location.

I frequently shop here for my equipment and gadgets and so far I have nothing but good experiences. They take thier time with you and make sure you are getting the best deal. Love the professionalism.

P.C. Richard & Son is one of the best stores to shop at and I recommend it to people who want to shop for electronics at reasonable prices.

Walked into store and salesperson immediately attended to my request for info on wall sleeve ac units. He listened to me describe my needs, advised pro and cons of the suggested units, checked stock, and wrote up order. As stock person was putting unit in car, the total time in the store was less than 15 minutes - just how I like it.

Thanks as always. THE TEAM.That made mom dreams. Nick, Ricky, Anthony, Chris. Manager who names starts with a W, smh. Never at no giving time did I receive any attitudes from any of the gentlemen . Also the team who did installation and pull those Appliances inside for Ms. Underwood? Also Danny and his team. I give them all a 10 PLUS. Going above and beyond.

Whenever do shopping pc Richard sons be careful with their term @ condition read them in detail make sure to get the right item because we had bad experience.

I am not a person who usually writes reviews, but I recently visited the PC Richardson store on Atlantic. The staff were very welcoming. The manager, Ricky, was very professional in helping me maintain my budget and making a good choice.

My experience at Pc Richards throughout the years have been nothing but exceptional. I have worked with the General Manager Steve throughout the years and will never shop anyplace else. He has made everyone of my purchases seamless and swift. I ll always be a customer thanks Steve !!!

Very friendly sales staff and competitive prices. Absolute disaster during delivery and installation including: improperly installed appliances (leaking fridge), constant cancellations/updates of delivery times (calls like "we couldn't load appliance X onto the truck today, sorry"), and floor and wall damage to our apartment. No one takes responsibility for anything, and it takes dozens of calls and emails to resolve issues.
