The salesperson Kelly that I worked with was extremely professional and helped answered all of the questions that I had about buying a laptop for my son. He even pulled in the manager (I believe his name was Will) when there was a question he couldn't answer. Overall, my experience in the store was fantastic and I would definitely come again for any electronic needs that I have in the future.
