Your associate Ulvin is great. I interrupted him from his stocking duties and he assisted me with finding items for a last minute presentation. As well as, supplies for the participants. I was in such a rush and having a hectic day. Ulvin was very patient with me, when I couldn t find the items he went to the back and brought out enough to replenish the shelves. Thank you Ulvin, sorry about being so frustrated and the presentation blew their socks off!

Garl was really helpful, thanks to him I got whatI needed.

As a lanlord and developer I am often in the market for appliances. Ray, my salesman and The Atlantic Avenue store are my appliance and electronic store of choice. While Ray is always friendly and helpful which makes for a very pleasant shopping experience he is also knowledgeable about the various product lines on the market. I depend on his opinion and work ethic for purchases, delivery, trouble shooting and speed. Between Will, the manager and Ray, I know that my appliance and electronic needs are in the best of hands. I highly recommend Ray and the Atlantic Avenue store for competence, reliability and more than competitive pricing. So,for a good deal and a smile, go see Ray.

Quick and easy. Very good service. Bought two air conditioners and very happy with how they work.

I was looking for whisper quiet AC. Salesman recommended Friedrich as more quiet of the 2 AC I was looking at. Second salesman said parts are American made but assembled in Mexico. OK. AC is LOUD!!!!! I can barely listen to the music when AC is on and second point: AC is made in China! Sleeping with AC on is out of question. I am miserably unhappy with my purchase.
Every time AC goes on which is about every five minutes or so I seethe with resentment and annoyance. I hate the way you Mr. Richards train your sales personnel. "Tell what they want to hear" and who cares about the truth.

The salesman Garl was very professional, he helped me get an iPod and I loved him! He was so nice to me, and cute! 10/10!

Whenever i need electronics i always go to P.C Richard's. Clemente is the one I go to for help because he is patient and always has good insight on the item i want to buy.

I had exceptional service today at the PC Richard store on Atlantic avenue Carlos & Ricky Was a great at helping me with all my shopping needs, even though the store was hectic they made sure to treat me with care and get my purchase completed!

Came in today with my Dad to just check out All-In One touchscreen computer and ended up leaving the store with the latest Dell Inspiron that just came in, all thanks to Alfred. We told him exactly what we wanted, and he hit every mark and more. Will definitely come back for other future purchases.

Rudy was a huge help, even though I didn't buy anything this time, all my questions were answered quickly and honestly, very happy with this store and their staff.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience today shopping at the Atlantic Terminal store in Brooklyn. DJ was the associate that helped us, and he was not only kind and personable, but he was so knowledgable about the products. We came in looking for a portable AC unit and we know that they can be kind of hit or miss, but DJ sold us the perfect unit for our bedroom at the right price. We are in heaven right now with this AC and we have DJ to thank!

Usually shops at the pc at gateway and demora helps me out then I heard she moved to atlantic Avenue, if was further away br was worth the drive. Always excellent service! I purchased a TV and transaction was smooth. Thanks again demora again , best service hands down

Highly recommended Ray Palmer is one of the best Salem and in the Atlantic Ave & Flatbush location, he is the 1st and really only salesman I have had the pleasure of taking care of me when I come into the store which about every other month for the pass 15 years

Good service as always from Clemente I just bought a new fridge .With Javier ... I asked for one of the two ...,.

Terrible experience buying here. Ordered a fridge and clearly stated we wanted a right hand door and the salesperson said it would not be a problem. The fridge arrived with the incorrect door. Then on Labor Day weekend, they told us a technician would arrive between 7 am - 7 pm. We waited here all day and just found out no one is coming. Save yourself the trouble and buy your appliances online. At least it will arrive with the correct specifications.

The customer service here is really nice!! I can tell the employees truly care about their customers and don't just try to sell them anything cheap. They make you feel welcome and explain the pros and cons of the product you want to buy. This store is definitely my go to and I won't change it!!

P.C. Richard is a store that I always use do to the professionalism that's received every time I shop there. I can always depend on a Sales Associate by the name of John Savage....He always helps! He's very knowledgable of the Products and he always get the job done as far as breaking down the function of the Products.

I went there about a month ago for an Air Conditioner and left the store with not only an Air Conditioner, but I also left with a deep freezer and a TV stand. That was all based on the great Customer service that I can always count on getting from him. Not to mention that mostly everything in the store is reasonably priced!

Hello! My mother came in not long ago to purchase a stove and she told me about a young lady who helped her. My mother explained to me that this woman made her experience her most memorable. That says a lot given her age at 73. After hearing this story, I had to meet her myself and thank her. To my surprise, upon my arrival to the store I was greeted by her. She was very gracious & humble. I'd like to thank her again by writing this review! Thank you Demora F. for assisting my mother & treating her as if she were your own.
