I went into Atlantic Ave today to buy a new range. Russel was amazing with his professionalism and kindness. Will be back in the future

My father bought a new television and while he was there he said there was Outstanding customer service, the sales person was very helpful, and engaged/focused in the sale. The best P.C Richard & Son in Brooklyn.

I usually get good deals and service at P.C. Richard's, but one again, I cannot recommend the store near the Barclay Center in Downtown Brooklyn. I won't be visiting this particular P.C. Richard's again...

I know that PC Richards has been around a long time and I can honestly see why. I walked in there expecting to be ignored like all the other appliance stores I had been to before going there ---- but I was WRONG! I was helped by an agent named RAY. I came 2 days in a row and he guided me both days. He was extremely knowledgeable about the appliances and was able to answer all of my questions and help me make decisions on which appliances would work for me.

I am a first time homeowner and purchasing appliances for the first time. I needed a lot of hand holding and he was patient with me. I spent about 2 hours talking with Ray about the appliances before finally deciding on what to buy. When I was ready- the manager (also very helpful)- RICKY made sure to match the deal I had found with another competitor. I can honestly say that I feel like they had my best interest at heart and they helped me make what felt like HUGE decisions more manageable. Thank you. I will be back for a mattress. :)

Great customer service. Ken was my sales person. He was able to walk me through the set up process for my laptop while also helping me bridge the gap between the technologically advance world I wanna embark into.

I went to another pc Richard and bought a washer and dryer then to find out washer wasn't available stopped by the Atlantic Avenue store and demora the manager came over to help
Not only did she gave me the new model she also scheduled my delivery for the next day

Walked into the Atlantic Store greeted by Demora and experienced a great customer service. Demora was quite knowledgeable about the recliners. My mother birthday is clise approaching, will be back to buy her recliner. Certainly recommend shopping at PCRichard and Son.

I have no idea why anyone would buy appliances at Home Depot or Lowe's when they could be shopping here. As soon as I walked in, a floor manager called a salesperson over, no waiting or looking around for help. George was so knowledgable about the products, helpful and courteous. He let me take my time, make my decisions with no pushiness, and gave me great advice. I am a customer for life.

They are terrible
I ordered a tv from them
And they brought a wrong remote
And they are so rude too
If you in your right senses do not go to this people

This is an excellent store I only use this PC Richards.This store even help you park safely here.I always look for that one sales person who's always so helpful and saving me time by knowing the products in his store I believe his name is John,he has never led me wrong and ive been coming here for several years everytime i come i find my self hoping he isnt gone to another PC Richards or maybe has a day off. PC Richards at 590 Atlantic ave deserves 10 stars and the sales rep deserve 20 stars.

Very bad experience.install remote start 3 weeks ago which is not working properly.trying to get the appointment to see the tech but they answer the phone and put me on very long hold.

Went into the store to buy a fridge. Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped my select the right size fride. He also explained the benifit of a service plan. The price was really cheap for a 10 year plan. I love this store

Decent prices and helpful staff.
Not many staff are knowledgeable about technical electronic items. But they are nice.
A little training about electronics and its workings and technical specs would be great.
They do have great prices on many things.
Very affordable. I shop here because the staff are nice and treat people with respect.

Quite frankly, with Sam B in this location now, the Barclay Center had to kick out the Islanders to handle the Influx of people now heading to this location.

My experience at PC Richard and Son was phenomenal. The sales associate I dealt with, Ed, was super personable and made the stressful experience of shopping for the right appliances much more relaxed. He was very well informed on the products and although he offered suggestions I never felt even the slightest bit of pressure to make a purchase. In fact I found myself laughing most of the time I was there. He makes every effort to make you feel as though you were age old friends. I would highly recommend seeking Ed out if making the trip to this store. I surely will when I return.

What makes a company so great are the employees and on of them that are one of the best there is name Sam Beyruti. He gets it done and right away he's awesome
