A young man by the name of Garl was very helpful.My experience to PC was great because of him.He is very nice and knowledgeable

I got my fridge here 4 years ago, still works like new.

I have been shopping at pc Richard and sons location Atlantic for many years. Just recently I needed a fridge and the staff there was so helping with my journey. They helped me choose the ideal fridge I love my purchase. On my way out I bumped into this gentleman who greeted me thanked me for shopping at pc Richard and sons. He turned out be the manager he said his name is ricky. He went on to tell me about upcoming specials and he made sure my fridge was placed directly into my van.
I encourage anyone who is looking for great customer service to check out this location.

Amazing experience and location. So convenient and the staff goes above and beyond. I ordered a fridge for my husband's shop and the delivery was quick, with a great team carefully bring in the large appliance without a problem. I highly recommend seeing the staff at this location.

Excellent customer service.
We weren't very knowledge about laptops for school but the sales person explained all the different options avail and set our son up with one he loves and was in our price range?

He was very kind and helpful. As soon as I walked in the door he came over to assist me. He answered all my questions and was very patient. I didn t feel like he was trying to get me to spend more that I wanted, rather, he I purchased what he suggested i needed to be able to enjoy my new tv without feeling guilty about what I spent. I haven t purchased a tv in 14 years and he made buying experience awesome.

One of the best stores that has everything for the home

I worked with Sayani on kitchen appliances a couple of times now. Always with good results. I recently had damage during a delivery and he resolved it quickly and efficiently. Always helpful and very knowledgeable.

Eve was a great salesperson love her you should have more like her

I came in on Presidents day to purchase my new TV. My salesperson Oscar was very informative and very patient. I kept going to check out TV's in different ranges and he patiently stood by in the background every time I had a question and I turned around to look for someone, there he was. I had to go home and come back to make the purchase and I made sure to ask for Oscar he went as far as helping me load the TV into my vehicle. Sam the store manager was also very nice and checked in on us a few times. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job!

Looking to purchase a new TV. Entered the store and was a new experience to me: a sales person ask me what I am looking for and then he took me to the TV section where he explained to me in high details everything I need to know about my new TV.

Although i've bought many things at pc Richards this is the first time that i saw something in there circular went there not only the one serving blender was not 14.99
It was 19.99 i showed them in the circular they said it was 19.99 and they only had 3 in stock so i said okay if you only have 3 in stock i'll take it at 19.99 i bought it on the strength they was going to stock to get the blender 1/2 hour later came back and said I'm sorry i don't know what happened computer said there were 3 in stock the manager said look around see if there's
Another blender you would like.i looked around for something for 19.99 everything was 30 and up mind you they already took the 19.99 off of my debit card i was not going to wait another 3 days to replace 19.99 on my debit card so unlike Steph curry i settled now i have to pick it up on Tuesday being tommorrow's a holiday not only it was not at circular price bad customer service they never offered another blender at 19.99 or home delivery sounds like the old bait and switch and i fell for it i tell you what if its not there Tuesday i'm going to ask for my money back lesson never pay for something unless you have it in your possession or view. But i did buy a nice Sony clock radio and a sandwich maker. I'm listening to Soca music Caribbean station and can't wait to use the sandwich maker tomorrow the Sony radio was a bonus.

We decided to purchase kitchen appliances and the whole experience was great , Our sales person was very knowledgeable and she gave us a great deal. The delivery was in 3 days after the purchase. We are very happy with the whole experience...

I want to Atlantic Ave. PC Richard's to get a printer. I was really confused over which one to get. I met the most knowledgeable and professional sales person ever, his name was Carlos. He help me pick the best printer for my needs. Thanks again Carlos for answering all my stupid question and being so patient while the store was so busy. From now on any time I need appliances or electronics Carlos I'm looking for "Dr. Carlos" no bluff the man knows his stuff.

I will like to say that PC Richards on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn is one of my favorite stores to shop in. In fact, on my visits I encountered very nice employees especially Ricki. He has been courteous and helpful all at the same time. I will continue to shop there, as long as the service and great atmosphere continues for many years to come.

I came in looking for a certain kind of headphones. The salesman Ken was VERY helpful and great customer service. He helped me with picking headphones that best suited me !!

Alfred was my salesman in the downtown brooklyn store. He was knowledgable about the variety and features of all appliances. I purchased more than I expected, but I am very pleased.

Whenever I go back to PC Richard & Son, I will search around for an employee named Edward to help me out... He was super helpful, personable and just overall very knowledgeable. I d like to recommend P.C. Richard as a great one stop showroom to purchase everything from a pack of batteries to a refrigerator or a mattress even. When I go to P.C. Richard in Atlantic Ave. I like to deal with Demora. Demora is a great manager that really tries to work with everyone. Her understanding, customer service and patience is amazing.

I love how great the employees are they have great customer service !
