Went into P.C. Richards & Son Feb 8th 2015 to purchase 2 Notebook. I was greeted by a manager who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He began to assist me with my purchase. It wasn't until when a sale rep came over to Mr Neil Bocchieri because a customer requested to speak to a supervisor. To make a long story short, Even the managers are willing to work the floor. I never knew that Neil was a manager until then. In Conclusion, I made my purchase, the customer service was Outstanding. In addition the Parking Lot is a major Plus.
