I have been at the Atlantic ave PC Richard's store a few times and my experience was always the same I have delt with Steve each time. Not only is he a good salesman, he is very knowledgeable about the items I was purchasing which made me feel very comfortable about each purchase I have made and will continue to be a satisfied customer is PC Richard. Also, this store is very organized, clean, and items easily visible and accessible. I see this franchise takes pride in their employees and store appeal.

The saleslady Eve was very helpful regarding the dishwashers that I bought. She helped me compare the different models and made the purchase process really smooth and easy. I love PC Richards -they are my go-to place for all electronics and kitchen supplies.

What a great experience! We needed a new dishwasher - the duct tape wasn't quite holding our old one together anymore. Patricia at the Atlantic Ave store couldn't have been more helpful! She got us the dishwasher of our dreams without breaking the bank. 10 out of 10

The sales person was very helpfully had a great experience shopping here recently bought a washer and dryer from them ,will highly recommend.

Just the other day I went to this location in need of a new TV. And your stock person Ulvin (which he is the very best at what he does) helped me with all my questions and now I left knowing I got the best TV !

We went to the Atlantic Ave PC Richards for a new TV. DJ assisted us and he was incredibly helpful in picking out a new flat screen. He found us the best set in our price range and got us a great delivery time. We will be going back, and using DJ to help us with all our electronics

I always shop at P.C. Richards but the main reason I do is the service I always receive from Demora ...always come through for me ! She s the best!

Very poor service, and the merchandise they are selling seem to be defective and/or used. I bought an AC unit from them and it broke within two months so I had to have it serviced - what a mess. Then I bought a gas stove from them and discovered that it was not new - the door had scratches on one side and the control panel was also scratched.

Knowledgeable sales person, swift service, great price. AAAA+++++

I had the best experience just now. As I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by James Alexis. He couldn t have been nicer - and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn t try to upsell me, he simply presented my options and the best possible product for my needs. His responses were to the point, precise and understandable. I walked out with a new Sony TV and Sonos sound system and I couldn t be happier. No crowds and no impersonal and disinterested service like you get at competitors. I would definitely recommend P.C. Richard & Son on Atlantic Avenue and specifically, if you go, make sure you ask for James Alexis. He will take care of you for sure.

Eve was great at providing me with the great attention to detail, positive attitude, and superb customer service I expect of your sales associates.

Ordered online picked up from store. They had it waiting at the door. I ordered a Lyft and he was able to pull into tge parking lot and we lifted the AC straight into his trunk. Right now they are escorting people who want to shop straight to the section they need. There is a short line at the front door.

James is a very professional at what he does make u comfortable at what u purchasing!!!!

The store manager Sam Beyruti was very helpful in getting me the laptop I wanted; they have great customer service, nice and friendly salesman.

I went into the store today looking for a salesman named Garl (he helped me last time I was in to buy a laptop and gave me his business card), and was delighted to see that he was still working at this location. Very helpful and sweet young man, and made my trip a breeze. Whenever I return, I will ask for Garl (again)!

My husband and I went in to purchase a TV and decided to go look at the bedding while we were
there. Our sales person Carlos was absolutely the best. Not only did he help us with the TV he also
help us with the bedding. He was so patient with me, since I always ask alot of questions. He broke
down the prices for us and showed us each indivisual item. He got someone to deliver our TV right then and there. When we got home and put the TV on we realize we had a problem so we called him and even though he was off he still took care of us. The next day he got us
a new TV delivered it and he came over to make sure the TV was working properly. I have to say while I'm not easily impressed he managed to really impress me. My hats off to the manager Neil
he deals only with professionals and it shows. 5 *****'s from me.

This store on Atlantic, big, clean, and professional workers. I like when the salesmen are no sure, they seek precise info from others. They sale electronics and brand name mattresses. I will continue to shop there and advice others to do the same.
