National Big Box stores have nothing on the superior customer I received. Because of George and the quick efficient delivery of my large appliance, I'll be a customer for a long time.

Pc Richard's is a very good place to buy appliances the staff was very helpful I left the store with a new oven and found bad reviews so I called and changed my order with no hassle they delivered on time very professional and you also can leave a deposit and pay on delivery .

I came into P.C. Richard and son on Atlantic Ave looking to buy a 40 inch tv. My salesman Russel was very knowledgeable and patient and I left the store with 55 !!

Love love love this store and its people. I will never buy an appliance or TV or anything they sell anywhere else again. They have competent sales people who are also nice and caring. If you buy an appliance, get the extended warranty. Saved me hundreds of dollars. It's a family business. They treat you like family. I have been shopping here since 2003.

I visited this store recently and the minute I walked in I was warmly greeted at the door. I went over to the audio section to look at wireless speakers when this salesperson named Stephen came over to assist me, he was so professional and knowledgeable about the benefits and pros and cons of each product. After speaking to him i was very clear about which product was suitable for me. I definitely will be back to this PC Richard's location to do my Christmas shopping as it was so refreshing to receive such exceptional service in a world of non-service.

Visited P C Richard and Son and experienced a customer service like no other. I was looking to get a microwave and the Manager Demora was so patient and helpful. She spent about 30 minutes explaining to me about the microwave. I would highly recommend PC Richard and Son for anyone who wants to purchase appliances from the smallest appliance such as a microwave to a refridgerator. Thank you Demora for good customer service. I will definitely purchase in the future.

I went to get a speaker for my bike and steve the manager was a big help, 5 stars for sure.

I needed a window AC that would fit between my iron security bars and my 1st floor apartment windows. It should be noted that such an AC is almost impossible to find. In fact, PC Richards was the ONLY vendor I found that not only displayed such an AC out-of-the-box but also had it in stock. But even after I discovered this AC, I went back and forth several times between the store and my home to check and recheck my measurements. I also visited several other vendors to see if any of them might have an AC that would fit my requirements. None of them did. Not a single one. What's more, I found most of the salespeople at PC Richards to be at least somewhat helpful. One in particular stood out. Thanks, Damian, for "getting with me" as I struggled with how to solve my problem. Your patience with all my questions and ponderings plus your support and targeted feedback were on the money for me. I ended up buying the designated AC on my 4th visit to the store when it was on sale for 18% off! Thanks again, Damian, for being such an outstanding salesperson and for making this transaction so memorable. I will not forget you any time soon.

I purchased a fridge here about 4 or 5 years ago. I had a service plan, but decided not to extend it because I thought I would have moved out of my apartment by now. BIG MISTAKE. My fridge's compressor went. I got to this P.C. Richard around 5:30pm last week Tuesday. A salesperson named John helped me, we found a fridge that fit my space requirements, (plus fit through my apartment door) and he got it delivered the next day! What a relief. I thought for sure that I would be without a fridge for at least a few days, never imagined it would only be a few hours. I will definitely be back for things in the future.

Russell and Eve were great to work with. I walked into the store completely lost and overwhelmed. Eve patiently listened and made suggestions. At some point she realized that I really needed help and called the manager, Russell, over. Russell is brilliant, so knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. They were also very patient as I had to check with my contractor on every measurement. Russell came up with a solution for everything. I started with just the refrigerators but then bought two kitchen worth of appliances with them because no other store gave me the amount of attention and information they did. When the prices dropped, Russell gladly adjusted them for me. Wow!

Always treated with respect when I walk through these doors. I've been frequenting this location for a couple years now, and I've never had an issue. I usually deal with my man, Don Davis, and he has not failed me once. He shows me what I want, not what he wants to sell me, like other retailers. And he's all about quality; it's almost like it's beneath him to offer you something that won't last or work correctly.

Short story shorter, if this location has what I am looking for, my search has ended.

They are extremely welcoming and work with you to find the perfect item for that fits within your budget. Their level of knowledge on the tremendous inventory is quite impressive. Home delivery process is horrible. They do not give a call for a delivery window period. They will just come to your house without any advanced notice. They will not appreciate and accept your request for delivery timing, even if you request for 4 hours window period. Do not even think to buy from this company if you live alone and have to request for delivery after your work.

Their staff is excelent and very professional. The store is very neat and well staffed. I have shoped their multiple times and I will continue to do so. They are a pleasure to deal with. Especially the store manager Richie. He is a very nice person and goes out of his way to make sure customers are satsified.
