We had a 3pm appointment only to arrive and our service advisor, Chantelle was nowhere to be found. Not the first time with this same advisor who is never at her station.
10 minutes later she shows up. We are told it will take an 1 1/2 to diagnose the problem and it may not even be covered! How can an issue that was a recall and supposedly fixed the first time NOT be covered 3 months later?! Obviously you never fixed it in the first place!

About 2 weeks ago i traded in my 2014 nissan sentra and got a 2019 nissan sentra. I had a great experience Chris Shannon was my dealer. He helped me out alot. He was very professional and passionate about helping me and my family. I will definitely be going back to Patterson Nissan of Longview for future business.

Turn around dont drown!!! The sales people are crooks and I was conned into a new vehicle with the promise of " Nissans guaranteed 2% interest rate if you pay on time for 12 months". It is pretty sad when Nissan Financing says that they have a hig volume of voluntary repos because the sales people make stuff up. Oh and if you call NMAC they will tell you straight up that guarantee never has and never will exists with them. Do your research so you dont get screwed by their #1 salesman like I did. Yep, Ill post it again & again & again. On a side note most of their service department is amazing. Except for the person that stole items out of my vehicle when I got my oil changed.

I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service...

I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received from Patterson Nissan. My transmission failed and had to be replaced on my 2012 Nissan Juke in May, 2018. The dealership kept my car for 5 weeks and even though it was under warranty, the dealership and warranty people went back and forth on how much they intended to pay for a new transmission or if they intended to pay for it at all. Finally determined the warranty would order their own rebuilt as it was cheaper than what Patterson charged and ship it to the dealer. Within 5 months later the vehicle starts having similar issues again. I contact the dealer trying to reach service always getting a voicemail. I left a voicemail with my name, number, the problems I was having and left my return phone number and sadly I never received a return call. Emailed my salesman and his only response was get in contact with the service dept as they would give me a rental car. Absolutely NO follow up or concern for their customers. All around very poor service and extremely disappointing that such a nice dealership cannot offer better quality service to all their customers.

My daughter's car needed the passenger side mirror replaced. Patterson got it ordered quickly, repair scheduled quickly and completed quickly and it was all under warranty! She even got a free car wash. Can't ask for more than that!!

It has been a dream to own an Armada! Donnie Stanley made it happen for me! He went above and beyond to make it possible for my dream to come true. I know he had to work hard for several days as I was so particular about the color combination. I have been buying cars from him for years and he is by far the GREATEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe without him it would not have been possible for me to own the Armada. Thank you Donnie! You are awesome! I also had the pleasure of meeting Jose and Steve and they were great as well! Never have I had such a good time while trying to purchase an automobile.

The 2 stars are specifically for the salesman but this comment isn't about him, my girlfriend already gave him five stars. The lack of the other three stars is specifically for Raul the finance manager. I'm not sure which event was worse ...him making unprofessional comments to my girlfriend when I stepped out of his office, or trying to pull the okee-doke and changing the price of the car, or having to call him nonstop for over a month in order to get our refund on the overpayment of our down payment check... We will never do business here again.

If you are looking for an excellent dealership to meet all your needs and expectations, please don't hesitate to visit the wonderful team at Patterson Nissan of Longview. I was in need of a vehicle that fit my needs and needed to stick to a budget. Chris Sheehan contacted me right away and held my hand from start to finish and was able to get me in a nice new car that I absolutely love. Between the help of Chris and my New Car Sales Manager Jose Rodriguez, I received excellent customer service and my needs and concerns were met. Next, the Owner Loyalty Manager, Mrs. Dava Benage was amazing, and made me feel at home right away as a new Nissan customer. Lastly my Finance Manager, Steve prior was great and took his time explaining the fine print that most of us ignore and rush through. I promise you will not be disappointed with your visit and future purchases with Patterson Nissan, they will make your visit worth your while.

Great sales and finance departments. However, their service department is completely useless. They are rude and cause so much headache that I will never buy another Nissan! I like the product and sales. My past two new cars were purchased here in 2012 & 2014. The 2014 has been in the service department 6 times for the same issue that still isn't fixed. If I get it back this time with the same problem the lemon law will be used.

Shout out to Antoine in the rental car office. He made my rental experience quickly and smoothly at the last minute on a holiday weekend. Can't say enough kind word to express my gratitude. Loyal customer for life.


Enterprise On the other hand would not honor my reservation and were very rude. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no because I would be told the same thing as the agent was telling me. Horrible customer service.

JoAnn was very impatient and rude when I called, not the type of customer service I'd expect. I told her 'Thank you' and she'd hung up in my face before I could get it out, nor did she thank me or say a simple goodbye. "JoAnn, Don't like your job? Quit." There's way too many people in need of a job to act that way with paying customers. On another note, I was calling to find out why my $100 oil change doesn't include a free fluid check when most oil change businesses I've called says it does. When I asked for my fluids to be checked at my last visit, 8/4/16, they said it would be an additional charge. Currently looking for somewhere else to take my customer loyalty and hard earned money to.

I Was pleased with the initial scheduling and drop off for service. However, after leaving dealership my car lacked what services were checked off with being completed. For example, when making the appointment I specifically asked for windshield wiper fluid, and it was checked off on the paper work as being topped off -bone dry when I attempted to use it. When things like that happen, I can only assume all the other check offs had actually been done.

Would never recommend anyone go here. Our saleman was great, but when we told them that we had our own financing the "new car manager" came in and told me that "I was a man who was used to getting what I wanted and that wasn't happening today." He tried to belittle us and I shook our salesmans hand and told him we were leaving because that guy was an a**hole. A guy did call us after we left to apologize and try to get us to come back but it wasn't happening.

Wish I could give zero stars.

I have limited experience with the service departm...

I have limited experience with the service department, but all have been negative.

We have to take our vehicle here for oil changes due to the warranty, which wouldn't be an issue aside from the fact that they usually take about 2 hours to get an oil change done, this is something that should take 30 minutes at worst.

After the last time we got our vehicle back with some screws missing off the plate below the bumper.

They're decent if you're looking to buy a vehicle, but I wouldn't bring my vehicle here for maintainence unless you're fine spending half a day waiting there.

The dealership itself isn t bad, but the service center is an absolute mess. Was told after diagnostic was ran on my car that it would only take an hour at the most to take care of what was wrong with my car. After 3+ hours of waiting I had to call them back, no updates on my car and I still have not heard anything back from anyone. I ve called 3 times and I dropped my car off before 9am. They also overcharge but I guess that s expected of a dealership. Was told that I needed my cabin air filter and engine air filter changed and they wanted to charge me close to $200 to fix it. I decided to wait and do my research and I did it myself. For less than $30

Brought in my Nissan Armada to change the tires for the first time after we bought the vehicle from them brand new. They strip the wheel lock key and could not get tires off without breaking the lock lug-nuts. They tell me the lug nuts were on too tight and charges me $50 for a new lug-nut key that they broke. On top of that the service person was extremely rude and made us quite uncomfortable. Had no choice but to pay as we planned a road trip that day. BTW, a 2 hour trip to Dallas is worth the trip, we paid $3,000 more here. Never again

My husband, & I have dealt with Patterson Nissan ...

My husband, & I have dealt with Patterson Nissan in Longview, TX, for EVER it seems. We have dealt & traded more than about 7 or 8 vehicles with this establishment, & most of them have been with Jerry Saras. Jerry is, well, just an awesome guy! We have said that we go where Jerry goes. Haha! He is that good to us! Jerry is a "no hassle" "no beating around the bush" kind of salesman. He cares about the people & not just the deal. There's no pressure with Jerry, & that makes us feel more comfortable. In fact, Jerry showed me a Juke that we thought we would like, & it ended up not being the vehicle for us. He put us in a new Altima & it IS perfect for us! Jerry made it work. He sent us to Dava Brown who is also AWESOME. She made us feel very comfortable while we waited for Justin Pannell to get everything in order for signing. She was very friendly, personable & thorough with information that we need to know as new car owners. She really made us feel like people & not "just a number". When we went into Justin's office for the contract, he was also very thorough and informative. We knew this car was definitely for us, but I still had a few reservations, and as this deal began to close, I didn't think that we were going to be able to get this car---after everything everyone has done to try to make it happen. As we were trying to figure out where we could cut even more corners, Justin worked hard to get us where we needed to be. And he did. I was so relieved and thrilled that I honestly teared up! I am the type of person that knows if a deal doesn't work out, that's okay with me. I will try again in a few years. Jerry, Justin & Dava worked very hard to ensure we were put in a vehicle that we loved and a contract that we could handle. KUDOS to each one of them. :) These reasons are why we are Nissan people. Our family trades with Nissan, and we're proud of that. It's not just the people, though....it is also the dependability & durability of the vehicles. Thanks so much to Patterson Longview for all that you've done to help us out! :)

This was the first time in any of my visits that I was greeted by the staff, which was good! Unfortunately, I needed internet service, but it was not working. The water fountain was covered because of COVID-19 and there was no bottled water. There was Keurig coffee (Yea!). My car did NOT get washed (frowny face). The staff member was very pleasant and went over what they did (big thumbs up).

Bought a new Altima after test driving 5 cars and redriving a couple. Sam Manning the salesmen was very tolerant and helpful. When we left after they closed everyone was still supportive and nice and we were very pleased with our purchase. We will go back for sure and feel good about referring a prospective shopper to Patterson and Sam. Hats off to Matt Shillings as well, the money and finance guy.

This is my third Nissan and I'm hoping to make it an to even 30 years of my driving life this new, fun Juke! With no pressure, Robert informed me of all the details I asked for in regards to the Rogue, The Juke and the Versa Note. He was patient as I took a couple of days to decide and took several test drives. He took care to point out both the greater and the lesser options and let my own mind do the choosing when it came down to it! The financial ball game was not too difficult, and Joe was able to pull some good incentives down and get all the paperwork tidied up. Dava was a delight to chat with as an owner loyalty manager. I have found in Longview Nissan, a welcoming, clean and most knowledgeable environment. Highly recommend!

I rented a car from Patterson just recently the rental manager was named Antone this guy is awesome there better rates than all the other rental companies better service they don't try to charge you for insurance that you don't need cuz if you have full coverage on your vehicle that covers your vehicle most people don't know that but it does he's an awesome man I recommend in 100% thank you Antone

If you decide to use this dealership to purchase a...

If you decide to use this dealership to purchase a new car... beware. I recommend you avoiding Danny V (sales guy) and Jose Rodriguez (Finance Manager). They promised us they would honor a deal we had previously discussed only to do the bait and switch method when we arrived. They showed us one new SUV that didn't have an A/C that worked. The second they tried to sell us turned out to be a demo with 1281 miles. They made it seem like it was a new car they found in their inventory. When we walked up, there were bugs on the front, crumbs in the interior and then we noticed the miles. New does not equal demo. They also make buyers initial pieces of paper stating they will buy based on numbers they scribble on a page throughout the negotiation process in an attempt to make you think you're held liable to them. However, it's all a hoax. I feel sorry for people who fall for that. They refuse to negotiate with you until you initial their numbers, statements, etc. It's a waste of time because they can't legally hold you to those numbers and it's all a mind game. They spent more time being difficult and asking us to initial things than working on the numbers. In the end, they asked us to write down the numbers we wanted for the car and trade in order for us to purchase that day. Jose then came in to speak with us. He made it seem like he would honor the deal. We discussed delivery, tinting the windows, oil changes, etc. as if they truly wanted to make the deal work. Despite Jose acting like he was going to make the deal work, he made snide comments here and there towards me because I wrote on their negotiation paper that everything was negotiable and I was agreeing to nothing despite their handwritten agreements. Minutes after Jose leaves to act like he's putting together the deal, Danny V comes back with numbers and they weren't even close to what they said they would honor to earn our business. In return, we walked out and never looked back. Don't waste your time with them. Drive to Rockwall Nissan where they will make you an incredible deal and everything is first class. I now have a brand new car, with no previous mileage and a low payment. Trust me, it's worth the drive to Rockwall Nissan!
