We were planning on going by a few places but were pleased with Patterson. Staff was extremely helpful and nice - highly recommend Sam Manning for assistance. Always love to enter a place and hear Christian music in the background.

great people sales (r.j.) dava and joe all were professional and very helpful , r.j. had all paper work started as we were on our way , we got a 2014 nissan versa and are very pleased , this is my wifes car so she can be more independent , this is our second versa and will buy again no doubt !!

Just a brief comment - not a huge deal; however, please, let customers know that their monthly payments will be raised when they opt in for the extra warranty they offer you once you reach the financial adviser. I opted in for it and it raised my payments 60$/month. I would have put more money down on the car to make sure my payments stayed around what I agreed upon but overall, like I said, not a huge deal.

Also, Sam Manning was the most accommodating associate whom I was referred to. He let me test drive multiple cars and just at the last moment I changed my mind on a car which seem to not have any affect on his amazing personality. He goes with the flow and truly listens to your wants/needs.

Would recommend 100%! Thanks again!

I arrived early and was given an estimate of when my vehicle would be ready. I waited 45 more minutes to receive my vehicle. The person who had my ticket said he would walk me to my car and go over the service done, but instead was distracted by another customer and I ended up with no explanations and walked myself to my car. I normally get a full rundown of what was done to my vehicle. This was not done. I was very displeased with the service assistant. Next time I would like to have the service assistant I request when I make my reservation.

Nothing but liers. They care about nothing but trying g to say whatever to get you in. They have false advertising and stand by nothing. And once you point there lies out they deny. Even when you show them in there own words what they said. This needs a negative star!!!!!! O ok well here's a follow up. The whole here's my number call me at your earliest convenience. Well a call was made noone answered a message was left but no call back . All y'all do is say things to look or sound good but that's it. That's ok because the next thing done will be y'all's false advertising with the ftc. Thanks just should of never lied and lead people on....

Calling to make an appointment for service is not very good. My experience has been, leave a message and a service rep will call you back. It turns into a cat & mouse situation. The service is excellent once you get an appointment.

We had the best, easiest experience I have ever had buying a used car. I told Louann Wright exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. Within 2 days, she had found it and the next day, we drove it off the lot! She was a dream to work with. Dava Brown, the Customer Loyalty Manager, is an asset to the company, as well. We didn't experience any of the hassle usually associated with dealing with car dealerships.

Absolutely exceptional . We did purchase a Murano . Employees also we're exceptional. Especially their completion in Tyler Tx. That's exactly why I drove 57 miles to get this exceptional experience. Highly unusual for a dealership to be so catering to. I thing though. No one EVER did what I call a ' follow-up ' . I would recommend that . It's simply makes the customer feel more welcomed, and more appreciated, and will be a second-time buyer in their future. Overall a fantastic experience ! !. Keep the good work going . Really nice service department and staff. They can change the oil in my wife's Pathfinder cheaper than I can, and you get a free carwash. Large waiting area with shop view, drinks, and snacks.
Just don't let them change your air filters for you. They charge $110 for something that cost $20 and takes 2 minutes to complete on a 2017 Pathfinder.
Also you have to make sure they put the correct oil in your car.

My experience was not completely terrible. The facility is amazing, but I was a little put off by the salesmen throwing a football back and forth across the showroom.
The salesman, Chris, that helped me, was a very personable and knowledgeable young man. I would recommend anyone to go see him. Even though the deal didn't happen, he went out of his way to try and make it happen.
What I was most disappointed in was the way they went about getting me there. After going to the website, I was contacted by a young woman who gave me the impression that she was going to do the sale. She goes as far as telling me to ask for her when I come in and emails a video to "put a name to a face". Then I find out that is how they set appointments for the salesmen.
I would've rather been told to check in with a receptionist and a salesman will help me. That was the one thing that made me feel like the dealership might not be completely honest.

We had a wonderful experience with LouAnn in the Service department, but the sales team and guy in charge of rentals are awful. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Patterson Nissan and will never recommend anyone that I know to this dealership. Called the service dept several times, I got no response. my car has been there for over a week, diagnosed, and there are cars still in front of mine to be fixed. The guy at the service department wanted to argue with me about who my service advisor was and the girl wanted to argue with me about leaving a message on my phone. I can show her that there are no messages. I left a message for the general manager Ray Cox and he has not called me back. I will drive to Shreveport from now on for any car problems that I have.

We had a great buying experience at Patterson Nissan. Each and every person that we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and accessories. Dava Brown is a joy to work with. Mark was very helpful to set up the radio and explain the media features in my car. I love my Pathfinder and will certainly visit Patterson Nissan the next time we need another vehicle.

Dava always does a great job explaining everything about the vehicle! Clayton in finance did a great job going over all the paperwork!
