I have visited this dealership numerous times and they improve more and more every time I visit. They are professional in every way and they make sure you are satisfied with their service. The Service Manager will go out of his way to make sure you leave his area of expertise with a smile on your face.

Just got my car washed inside and out.They did a wonderful job! My windows were spotless inside and out. Very reasonably priced and what a fun place to hang out while getting my car washed! Lots of tvs, Internet connections, comfortable furniture, free refreshments, and no long lines!! Who would have thought a car dealership would have the BEST car wash in town?

Chris Starling was very helpful and Patient when it came to me getting another car, the whole staff made sure I was comfortable and they definitely went out their way to make sure all my questions was met and my needs was Taken care of. I ended up getting a Nissan Murrano which I m definitely pleased with. The next day I went back to Nissan to get my car cleaned and I was greeted by Robert Darden and he made sure everything with my car was properly taken care of! I would definitely recommend getting a car here I am very pleased.

From the second I drove on to the lot, until I drove away in my new car, I was treated like the Queen of England. They are the nicest people I have ever met. From the Receptionist to Finance, and everyone in between: I experienced professional individuals who made me feel so comfortable, I felt like I was at home. Everything was explained to me detail and no question went unanswered. It was the best car buying experience. I recommend all my family, friends, neighbors and everyone else I meet, to go to Patterson Nissan. The greatest product sold by the greatest group of professionals!

Best car buying experience I have had in a very long time... Ruben Perez greeted my daughter and I and did a great job of listening to us and put my daughter into the car she wanted... I will be sure to buy my next car and any future cars or trucks from Ruben and Patterson Nissan!!!

Chris Sheehan got me and my grandparents both new cars in less than 2 hours apart and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and he is an extremely friendly and hardworking salesman who will fight to get you a deal he would want. The overall experience was the best car buying experience me and my wife have had.

Customer service here is terrible!, I bought the c...

Customer service here is terrible!, I bought the car not even 90 days ago and apparently one of their mechanics left the oil dip stick or oil cap loose , and doing so it leaked oil all over my engine compartment eventually leading to it tearing up the alternator, Battery, drive belt, and a new oil change of course...it cost me 1200$!!! Patterson Nissan refused to help me out, and keep in mind I haven t even had the car 90 days!!! They also screwed up my autopay set up and finally after about 40 times (literally) of trying to get ahold of the financial department, someone finally got back with me. I refuse to ever buy another car from this dealership! It also took them 8 HOURS to replace ONE tire! This place is a joke

Unhappy with some unresolved issues,hopefully this changes. Unless you want a very small car with no power and if you travel for work be prepared to have to stop to get gas like every other day due to the small tank, mileage is good, or getting better after somewhat of a break in period but all in all I hate this car! The Kicks may be for some but not for me, unfortunately I found this out too late. I have asked on two occasions how I can do something different and have not received any answer. Once deal was done that was it I guess

Salesman Mr. Chris Sheehan was our sales guy, awesome dude. He absolutely did an amazing job getting us or my husband the truck he wanted at an amazing deal. Patterson Nissan IS the place to shop for the ride of your choice and get what you want from some awesome, friendly, and caring service people you will ever meet. We will definitely be tell others and refer them to Patterson Nissan... Note, id give a 10 star if it was available..

Chris Starling is AMAZING he is not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted, what I could put down and where I wanted my payments to be and he made it happen. He was very professional and down to earth. Everyone we met while here was nothing but nice. With this being my first time buying a new car I dont think I want to go anywhere else. Thank you Patterson staff for everything.

I bought a brand new Nissan JUKE from Sean Goram-Welch. He was soooo awesome he knew exactly what i wanted when i explained what i was looking for. I love this place!!! This is my second vehicle to purchase from them and both have been exceptional vehicles. I will only buy from him and the Nissan dealership from now on for sure. Went to Just Look at Muranos and Rogues. Thinking ...

Went to Just Look at Muranos and Rogues. Thinking about trading my Honda Crv. We met a nice salesman Clayton. Said we were just wanting to look at them. @ hours later we couldn't leave. Held my keys hostage, wouldn't give me a price on the vehicles looking at or a value for my car. Doors blocked by salesmen and 1 guy (Jon Joncock) said he was the manager and was helping/supervising Clayton, Implied he needed it. We wanted to leave to go to lunch and discuss it,(torn between both models)and asked them to call us with the prices. Pseudo manager said they couldn't give numbers/make a deal without us there. I got my keys, we left, no call. I looked on line at Patterson Nissan and NO SUPRISE, JON JONCOCK is just another sales man. Gave it 1 star because thought Clayton seemed sincere, knowledgeable and honest. Zero star for the antics. Won't be back!!

save your time & money and go somewhere else. service after the sale is horrible. bought a silverado from them about 5 months ago. a month after purchase my engine started to make a knocking noise on the way to work. called them and explained what happened, they said to bring it up there. a week and a half later i haven't heard back so i called. i was told that the engine was all but locked up and had to be replaced, would take about a month to fix. a month later still haven't heard from them so i called back, engine went from being all but ruined to small oil leak. (big difference) Was told then would have it back at end of week. two more weeks later still no word so i called the owner and explained what was going on. explained to him that wasnt pleased with the truck having problems so soon after purchase and would like to get something different. i had only owned the truck for little over a month and they had it for pass month and half. was told to wait until truck was fixed and then we would sit down and discuss options, that they had dropped the ball on this one. finally got truck back, on dead empty, ask to speak him again and was told that he was at lunch, called the next day and he was out of town for the week but would leave a message. a few days later got a call from gm (i think) explained to him what was going on, this is on a friday. was told that he would look for some potential vehicles in general price range and get back to me on monday. a week later i still haven't heard from him so called him back. he said "sorry, should have called you, couldnt find anything in your price range". i asked him what should i do? look for myself online? he said yeah, to get back with him if i seen anything. Well i found multiple vehicles in the general range. first two i inquired about was told that they had already been sold. third one was told that it was going back to auction. fourth one was told it was out of price range. it was 4000 more than the truck i bought, i guess they weren't able to come down to try to remedy the situation. aggravated for having to initiate every phone call and feel like getting blown off, decided i would just try to keep the truck. truck sat in my driveway for a few weeks because i didn't want to put additional miles on it (thought i would be in something else). started to drive truck again and noticed the engine making another weird noise. took a video of the noise it was making a sent it to them. told them i didn't want to drive the truck if it was something serious. a few days later still haven't heard so called them back again. was told to bring to my local chevy dealership that it should be covered under factory warranty. thanks for the service, if i would have known it would have been like this i would have spent my money somewhere else. horrible communication. they actually called me to schedule a oil change while they still had my vehicle for that month and a half. i know this doesn't happen to everyone but i was very disappointed.

Bought a used truck in October and was told it cam...

Bought a used truck in October and was told it came with a lifetime power train warranty. 3 weeks later we took it back to the dealership for a knocking noise in the motor. Was told it was a lifter but it wasn t covered under the warranty. The dealership kept the truck for a month and put 500 miles on it and couldn t tell us why they went so far and for what then charged us $2160!!!! The next day we took it back in for the same thing. Then they said it was a coil. Kept it another week and charged us $500 more! The day we get it back we take it back for the same thing and now the engine light is on and have yet to hear anything back. Every time we call the service manager he is NEVER available. We leave countless voicemails and can never get a staight answer. I ve tried to get a copy of the lifetime warranty with no luck, the salesman, the live chat (Donna) and the service manager can t provide me with one. It seems like it doesn t really exist. I feel taken advantage of and like I m an idiot. I would NEVER recommend Nissan Longview to anyone! Sales and service are more than disappointing! Worst car buying experience ever!!!!

I am 100% satisfied and they treated me like family. I drove 3 1/2 hours from Houston and they laid out the red carpet for me. Nick and Mark were excellent salesmen! Dava, the Owner Loyalty Manager was fun, full of energy and made me feel at home. I would refer everyone I know to go to Patterson Nissan in Longview.

He picked me up from work to show me vehicles and helped me pick the perfect car to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the 2017 Nissan Rogue I chose and I will definitely refer business to them.

I was asked if I wanted the complementary car wash...

I was asked if I wanted the complementary car wash. I wish I had said no! My car was only a little dusty when we went in, but after they "washed" it, it was awful. The driver's side mirror was so smeared you couldn't see out of it. We had to stop down the road and wipe it off. Then I noticed later that afternoon that the top of the car is also smeared and spotted along with the trunk and several other areas. I was very disappointed and now have to rewash my car to remove all the so called "washing" they did.

Nelson hepled show me several vehicles and after finding out my requirements showed me the perfect vehicle. I checked around from Shreveport to Dallas and came to Patterson and Nelson and the finance department helped me to now be driving a dream. Family trips and even around town my family is safe and comfortable. The warranty is a nice deal as well.

I bought my Nissan Murano from. Patterson Nissan in January 2016 from my Steve Shuttleworth and I take it back for oil changes and tire rotations and this time I had a couple of little recalls to be fixed. They are always fast, friendly, and make me comfortable while I wait in their clean, comfortable waiting area. Makes me glad I bought my car there.
