Suzy Walters Review of Patterson Nissan
I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service...
I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received from Patterson Nissan. My transmission failed and had to be replaced on my 2012 Nissan Juke in May, 2018. The dealership kept my car for 5 weeks and even though it was under warranty, the dealership and warranty people went back and forth on how much they intended to pay for a new transmission or if they intended to pay for it at all. Finally determined the warranty would order their own rebuilt as it was cheaper than what Patterson charged and ship it to the dealer. Within 5 months later the vehicle starts having similar issues again. I contact the dealer trying to reach service always getting a voicemail. I left a voicemail with my name, number, the problems I was having and left my return phone number and sadly I never received a return call. Emailed my salesman and his only response was get in contact with the service dept as they would give me a rental car. Absolutely NO follow up or concern for their customers. All around very poor service and extremely disappointing that such a nice dealership cannot offer better quality service to all their customers.
