JoAnn was very impatient and rude when I called, not the type of customer service I'd expect. I told her 'Thank you' and she'd hung up in my face before I could get it out, nor did she thank me or say a simple goodbye. "JoAnn, Don't like your job? Quit." There's way too many people in need of a job to act that way with paying customers. On another note, I was calling to find out why my $100 oil change doesn't include a free fluid check when most oil change businesses I've called says it does. When I asked for my fluids to be checked at my last visit, 8/4/16, they said it would be an additional charge. Currently looking for somewhere else to take my customer loyalty and hard earned money to.
