Patterson Nissan is without a doubt one of the best Nissan dealers I have ever been to. I think credit should be given where credit is due. In these days so much of that is not done. Jeremy, Chantelle and Thul deserve all the credit that can be given. We live in Mineola, TX and we gladly drive an hour and half to this outstanding, state of the art dealership.

After car shopping in Tyler for two long days, we made our way to Longview to Patterson Nissan where we knew we should have started in the first place. We spent several hours test driving and sitting in many new and used cars. The salesman was so patient with me as I did not know what I wanted. He answered every question and let me look at many SUV's and cars. After I made up my mind on a new Nissan Altima, the rest of the people at Patterson were very helpful and very friendly. We were so pleased with the entire experience at Patterson Nissan and I am very happy with my new car!

Horrible technicians. They make bad calls and dont fix the problem and you end up spending $1500 getting something fixed only to turn around and drop your truck off before you even get the chance to leave the car lot. Do not take your vehicles here to get worked on they will steal your money with a smile on their faces
Tried to work a deal on a used truck, drove it, my friend liked it. Could never get salesman to get us a out the door price. Told him what we would offer on the truck (which was reasonable) and he told us she would have to look at something else. Really. Wouldn't waste your time with them. Then didn't even get a follow up call from anyone. Guess there selling too many cars!!!!! A real joke of a place

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I can for an oil change and told them of a couple of concerns I had in other areas of the car. I was relieved when instead of charging me to fix things, they told me tips to prevent the issues I was having. It's not often you can go to a "mechanic/dealership" and feel like they aren't taking advantage of you but today proved me wrong. Bought a Nissan titan and was sold an extended warranty except they completely lied about the warranty and what it covered and where it could be done. Have been given lie after lie and excuse after excuse and a different story from everyone I have spoken to. Do not believe anything anyone that this store tells you as it will never be the truth anyway. Truck is great but do yourself a huge favor and pick a different dealer!!!!

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! Go somewhere else!! We worked with Austin at the used lot. If you get a bad feeling about someone just talking to on the phone with them trust your gut. We had been shopping for a F250 and had looked at several others at other dealers and had even submitted credit apps. We test drove the truck it was fine. The sales man and the sales manager acted like they could not find us a loan. After other dealerships told us no problem on our terms we have banks ready. Finally got financed signed the papers then 10 miles away from the dealership truck starts acting up. This is all after we waited 4 hours for the truck to be serviced at their service department. Truck is throwing codes, Turbo wont spool up, shaking at 2000 RPM serious issues. We took it back to sales man and instead of him saying "oh wow let me take it back to service" he starts getting defensive and claiming there is nothing wrong. Finally they get the service manger over there, the whole time the sales manager never comes out of his office to see whats going on, he just glares at us. Service manager tells me "ok we will have our diesel guy come look at it". Next day they call me and say the truck is fixed, "it had too much oil" Lie not the issue at all, but they assured me it was fixed. I go back to get it same thing 10 miles out of town same thing. Take it back again. Same thing sales man does not believe me so we get in the truck and same thing. So instead of saying lets take it back to service the sales man Austin tells me he looked a a diesel forum and there is nothing wrong and it just did not start up correctly. He then tells me we can take it to his buddy's house who knows everything about diesels and he can fix it for us. I just about lost it at this point and told Austin to take me back to my old truck. I said you can take it to Ford and have it fixed or tear up the paper work and give me the keys to my old truck.I left with my old truck. Sales Manger awful. Sales Awful, Service has no idea on a Diesel. Go somewhere else!!

I've purchased two Nissan vehicles from them. Both transactions were no pressure, smooth deals making everything easy. Everyone I've met there has been top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I bought a used 2017 Rouge from Patterson on McCann Rd, and a couple of things happened that made me wish I had not bought it, and since the sale was completed I felt the salesman blew off the 2 concerns I had, and there was an issue with something else that the paper work person did wrong....it got resolved, but not easily or nicely. So my happy expectations that I had got shot to heck. But I don't give up and sometimes things just happen.
Then it was time for an oil change and I work in Kilgore and could have my oil change done at Patterson in Kilgore, the tech was great and friendly, so getting a better feeling. Then something happened and again and I had to take it to the dealership on Hwy 259 and I was not very pleased with the person that was supposed to be helping me. I know one bad experience can happen, but 2, that disappointed me.
Then Dee Dee took over the "case".
Dee Dee was amazing and restored my faith in Patterson! As far as service in the future I will deal with her, she went above and beyond to take care of something the original salesman should have. She made me feel like a valued customer, and that it mattered that I was happy with my purchase. Thank you Dee Dee I don't think I can ever thank you enough, Patterson Nissan, you have an above average employee in her, give her a raise!!!

you get the run around in the service department, and it takes days for anyone to call you back regardless if how many messages you leave. they also left almost 4 feet of pipe off of my car, leaving my vehicle sounding extremely loud, and said they didnt put it all back together. because the parts were bad...?!? unacceptable. I had to get a family member to go back and get them for me so we could put them back on ourselves.

I have bought several vehicles from Patterson, two within the last year. I did this because I was sold a lifetime warranty, extended warranty coverage, and lifetime regular maintenance (oil changes/tire rotation). That was a complete lie. They gave me 6 oil changes...30k miles not worth a $4,000.00 service and warranty contract. I was scammed and will never purchase a vehicle from them again.
