This is not the wrong dealership, but it is the wrong dealership to ever deal with. Not worth the trouble. I was giving an Express warranty by the finance department and saleman Aksey. This saleman and the manager are liars, so protect yourself and stay away from this dealership. They have no respect for the brand. Me nor my family will ever deal with them ever more should yours. Go to VA. Dissatisfied Veteran.

My experience at Passport BMW was terrific!! I purchased a vehicle from an outside dealer in June 2014 and took my car into PAssport BMW for it's routine service on Jan. 3, 2015. I was informed that my vehicle had a few issues by the serivce department, so I decided that instead of reparing I would try to work a deal to get out of my current vehicle. I worked with sales advisor Raquel Eaton. Working with Raquel made my experience stress free and painless. She was very professional, personable as well as knowledgable of the vehicles. She also had amazing customer service skills making sure I was comfortable and understood all of my options throughout the process. With the help of Raquel and Marco ( in the finance office) I was able to receive the best deal for my 2015 528xi. Raquel was a pleasure to work with. So if you're in the market for a BMW head to Passport BMWand ask for Raquel Eaton!

Michael Jenkins is the best customer service representative. He kept me well informed throughout my repair process. Communication is the key when your car is in the shop for more than one day. He provided a loaner with no hassle. I am very pleased. This is not my first awesome experience. That is why I always request him as my service adviser.

My first experience with Passport BMW was not a gl...

My first experience with Passport BMW was not a glowing one and it really felt like it was because they weren't getting any money out of me since my time there was just for a windshield replacement.

I recently moved to the immediate area and Passport BMW is now much closer than my past dealer; BMW of Silver Spring. I needed a windshield replaced and called ahead to see who they recommended because I was certain that, as with BMW of Silver Spring, dealers do not replace windshields. I was told who to call and also told that the work would be done at Passport BMW. This was the way it was at BMW of Silver Spring and told to me, over the phone, by at least two different service advisers.

Everything scheduled, and as instructed, I dropped my car off at the service center. The gentleman I spoke seemed perplexed that I was there for nothing more than a windshield change. He seemed to have no clue that what I was doing was what was supposed to happen almost to the point that I started to doubt myself. Reluctantly he took my key leaving me with the feeling my repair was somehow inconveniencing him which left me with concern that my repair would not be done or at a minimum delayed.

Picking up the car was a completely different story. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and willing to help. The cashiers were a little puzzled about my pickup but processed me with grace and pleasantries. The porter that retrieved my car commented that he knew exactly what car it was and where it was and brought it to me expeditiously.

In the end everything was fine and the glass repair shop was acutely aware of what needed to be done and did a great job but I have to say that I will be reluctant to bring my car there when service is actually needed and, for the sake of known consistently impeccable service, might find it worth the extra drive to go back to BMW of Silver Spring for future repairs. I guess I just didn't expect that such a change would be so unsettling.

Purchased my 5-series from here on Friday and Milos was absolutely great! He made the process super strait forward, really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and made the process really easy. Even sitting down with the finance guy was painless (and we all know thats usually like going to the dentist). Great experience, I'll certainly be using Passport and Milos in particular for all my BMW needs!

I recently moved to Alexandria and my car's coolant light was on so I took it to the BMW dealership there, but they tried to overcharge me. Jina at Passport really went out of her way to make things better and my car was completely fixed within 24hrs of me calling Passport. Its only about 20 minutes difference driving time so I am always going back here.

Our sales associates Racquel Eaton and Jeff Steele (handled financing) were the best considering the complexity of our last appointment (trading in one BMW for another after one month) we were treated as politely and courteously as the first time one moth earlier. I went to Passport BMW with the intention of just looking at a vehicle I had seen online. William McGhee, the salesman with whom I had an appointment, showed me the vehicle and its many features. After test driving the vehicle, I was sold! Not because of any high-pressure sales tactics from William, but because of the vehicle itself. William did, however, make the whole experience quite pleasant. He was knowledgeable, polite, and responsive to my questions and concerns. The gentleman in the finance office was just as professional in explaining my options.

This latest visit to Passport BMW is the second time that I have left the dealership with a new BMW. Though I live minutes from two other BMW dealerships in the Baltimore area, I have found myself choosing to do business with Passport. I would definitely recommend Passport to anyone looking to own a new or certified pre-owned BMW. My experiences with Passport were well worth the drive down from Baltimore and the insufferable traffic.

Worst BMW dealership for sales and service. You d be a fool to buy from here. Keep in mind 2-3 years after you make a purchase, your car will mess up and ironically it will be days after the warranty expires. Also, all of the leadership here is WHITE! They do not want to see people of color win and are a poison to the community. BOYCOTT this dealer and let s shut them DOWN.

From the salesman Al Meer who was attentive, knowledgeable , honest and trustworthy, to the finance manager Tony, who went above and beyond to get us the best loan, to David the sales manager, who personally greeted us when we were at the dealership. We purchased our car sight unseen, all the way from CT and flew down to buy my dream car. Al Meer our salesman picked us up from the airport. That speaks volumes.. We talked with Rachel Clancy late Saturday, she got numbers together, she stayed late and by the end of the day she had the deal set for Memorial Day! Although I live less than 6 miles from Sterling BMW in Virginia, this is my second purchase in just over 2 years from Passport BMW and both time have been excellent. The level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction at Passport, specifically my salesman for both vehicles, JC Thomas, is unlike any salesman or dealership - BMW or otherwise - that I have dealt with in the NoVA, MD area. I gladly drive 100 miles round trip to do business with JC and Passport - and will continue to do so in the future. Since I live so far away, going to the dealership to negotiate etc... was not a viable option for me. Respecting my time, JC efficiently conducted all aspects of negotiations, ordering and sales via email and phone - all I had to do was pick my car up when it arrived and sign some paperwork - THANK YOU! Sterling BMW should take lessons from Passport on how to run a professional operation representing the BMW name!

Meh... Perfectly fine for service and warranty work under the standard coverage period. Nice to pull into enclosed area for drop off or pick up of car. They're waiting areas are clean and quite usable, with television, games, chairs, computers, desk space and wifi.

After standard service and warranty period, it could depend on service advisor. Some fail to disclose additional charges (e.g. disposal fees or shop charges) that add up quickly. I've been burned and prefer to visit Martin Motorsports.

I purchased a used 335i from Passport yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I emailed in the middle of the night to see if they had available the model that I was most interested in and received both an email response and phone call FIRST thing in the morning from Ian which I was impressed by.

Milos was my main POC at Passport and he reached out shortly after speaking with Ian as Ian told me he would. Upon my arrival, the three cars I requested to see were lined up outside. I noticed this effort immediately. Milos was expecting me when I walked in and was warm and non-threatening, qualities I am hyper-aware of as a female. He proactively answered the questions that I had emailed prior to arriving. He read me well and did not waste my time talking about the features that were not selling points for me. He made me feel that he was advocating for needs instead of telling me that every car would be a perfect fit, which I would have walked away from.

Passport was the only place I visited. I intended to check out their selection, then look at a couple other places prior to making a decision on a car. Instead, I put down a deposit for the car within an hour then returned after work to finish paying for the car and finalize paperwork. I know that I received a good deal on my car and a good trade in value for my old car. Maybe I could have saved a couple dollars elsewhere on a similar car had I chosen to check out all the nearby options - I'll never know - but I would not have had the experience that I did and prefer to give my business to customer-oriented shops with fantastic employees. I cannot say enough about Passport BMW. Very professional, very classy, it was a pleasure doing business there. My salesperson, Max Manes, was conscientious, well informed and an all-round good guy. He tuned in quickly to what I was looking for in my new BMW and put together a great deal for me. Excellent follow-up too!
I would also like to give a major "five star" rating/salute to Joey Bonilla, Service Director at Passport BMW. We had a bit of a glitch with the vehicle shortly after delivery and in no time Joey jumped in with both feet to address the situation. Like a Juggernaut he took charge, broke through all red tape and in short order took care of everything. All I can add to this review is Joey Bonilla is one hell of a guy!! Thank you Passport BMW and thank you Joey Bonilla!

I am very pleased with my experience with Passport BMW. Sales associate Nana Prempeh worked with me and was exceptional. I had total lost my previous vehicle and was having a hard time with dealing with the insurance companies and lien holders, yet Nana stayed diligent with checking in on me and assisting in anyway that he could. We finally closed a deal on a vehicle and I am very confident that this was a great decision. This is my second BMW purchase from Ed Han at Passport BMW. I had done my research and knew what I wanted. As he did with my first purchase, Ed quickly gave me a price which I knew from my research to be highly competitive. Most of all, he clearly laid out all the components of the "out the door" price so I knew exactly how the price was structured. I appreciate this level of transparency.

Although I had no plans to finance, Ed told me about some substantial rebates available if I financed through BMW Financial Services. I financed a nominal amount to capture those rebates.

The car was ordered from Germany and for the 2 months that the car was on order, Ed kept me informed about progress and answered my emails promptly and accurately.

When the car was delivered and I went there, the paperwork agreed to the last penny on what had been agreed. No hardball attempts to upsell any add-ons.

If your time is valuable, you have done your research and you know what a fair price is, contact Ed Han. You will reach a deal quickly and there will be no shenanigans.

This is a class-act dealership and I knew I was gonna buy my first beemer during the test drive when he connected my iphone to the BMW bluetooth/idrive; that sealed the deal for me. Nana had it ready upon my arrival. Everything went smooth! Jeff Steele explained each BMW warranty in depth and advised me of the pros and cons. My fiance and I just purchased 2 new cars yesterda...

My fiance and I just purchased 2 new cars yesterday from this dealership and although my fiance had a positive relationship from previous purchases, this was my very first experience. I must say, hands down, the customer service delivered by Melos (our sales representative), Jay (Finance) Justin (Tech Genius) was OUTSTANDING! Coming from working in the service industry, I am very critical on customer service and from greeting to farewell we were provided nothing short of top notch care. Melos gave us a thorough consultation to understand our needs, budgetary and car physical attributes, he was thorough in explaining the process and answering every question we had. He assisted us with our trades and got us the best deal possible. We didn't feel like we were being pushed or taken advantage of. He was authentic and transparent on what our best options were and were not. The car I wanted was not at the dealership but Melos saught out and found the perfect car that fit me to a T. It is like a well fit tailored dress or suit, made just for me! Jay in Financing was very professional and efficient he made the financing process seamless and easy. We came in Monday evening after work to close the deal and were in an out in about an hour. Justin was extremely informative with all of the features of the car and was patient and very clear in his assistance with getting us acclimated to the technology. If you are considering purchasing a BMW, I HIGHLY recommend contacting Melos at the BMW on Auth Road in Camp Springs, MD. Almost immediately after we expressed interest in a vehicle, we were contacted by Rodney Pegram, who was phenomenal. He answered all of our questions, no matter how small. When we visited the dealership, Rodney was professional and friendly, making us feel right at home. He was terrific, and I'd recommend him to all my colleagues and friends who are in the market for a new vehicle. Ben Stith was very professional, straight forward, and respectful. I will be back to do business in the future as this was the most simple car process I ve ever experienced. If there is one thing I would say is that they need a money machine as we had to count out $17k in cash. Other than that great experience.

Purchased a new X1 on 12/26 from Milos Petric and Passport and couldn't recommend the dealership more. Came all the way from Virginia due to the great professionalism and atmosphere that Milos and Passport provided me during the whole process. Olie, the BMW Genius, was not only knowledgeable, but personable and relateable. Will definitely return to buy another BMW from Passport and Milos.

I recently purchased a BMW from Passport, my third. The sales process was too lengthy. For a number of reasons: 1) Recall on a couple used and CPO cars on the lot. 2) Sales people not listening to the customer and what our particular needs were during the time of purchase. 3) I was adamant about not doing a lease. 4) I was adamant about my down payment. I also had to bring the car back on Monday for them to take care something that should have been taken car of with the care before introducing it to a customer. Attention to detail goes a long way. The sad part is that when I showed up to have to work taken care of the service department was not informed that I would be bringing the car in for service. Overall the customer service was not stellar as it was when I purchased from Tischer BMW ten years ago. Nor was it on par with my man Duane Reid in Maple Shade, NJ where I purchased my last BMW. I would argue that Passport BMW has some things that they can do better. On the sales and customer service end when selling cars.

Cullen Malone is a true professional in every sense of the term. I purchase a new vehicle every 10-12 years and do not enjoy the car buying process. This purchase was most pleasant because of Cullen. In September 2012 after months of research I decided on the 2013 BMW 328i. Through the Costco Auto Program I was put in contact with several sales associates at Passport BMW, who wanted to know what I was looking for and what timeframe I was looking to take delivery. My plan was to make the purchase in 9-12 months. However, Cullen reached out to me and directly asked for my business after understanding my needs in a new car. This was a nice change someone asked for my business. Cullen was also the reason I made the purchase sooner than later. We ended ordering the car to my liking (with X-Drive for the wintery weather in PA) at a fair price. From start to finish I felt like I was working with a brother (friend). I would conclude that Cullen was honesty, professional, helpful, and likeable. I would recommend him to my family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors if they are in the market for a BMW. Passport BMW is THE dealership to visit in the DMV area! The sales team is very attentive and works hard to earn your business, but is never annoying or too pushy. They offer much better discounts off MSRP compared to other dealers and they have a decent inventory too. I live near Baltimore and still was willing to make the trip to Suitland just to work with this team to find the car / deal I wanted. They even promised to bring a loaner to me in Baltimore whenever I need to service my car, so that I don't need to drive to the dealership again. Nana Prempeh is a fantastic salesman there and made me feel at home while working hard to get me the best possible deal. Sean Umlauf is their internet sales manager and was always checking on me to make sure things are going smoothly, and also helped find me on Truecar, which made the whole car-finding process much easier than in prior years where you have to go to every dealership to see their inventory and car options. Jay Emadi is their business manager, and he did a wonderful job closing out the financing for my car and making me excited to jump into my new car. Overall, cannot recommend Passport BMW in Suitland, MD enough and will definitely bring my friends and family only here for their cars.

I had a great car buying experience ever at Passport BMW. Daniel Rose was the specialist I worked with. He was very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Daniel walked me through the whole experience and stayed in touch with me after the purchase. That s excellent customer service. I felt that Daniel and Isa went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs and made it a fun experience. If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend Daniel and the team at Passport BMW. Overall good experience at Passport!

Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. If you are in the market for a new or used car make sure you ask for Rodney Pegram - you'll be lucky to have him navigate the experience for you. Rodney was fantastic in guiding me through and answering all my questions to make sure I got a deal on exactly what I wanted. He was a call a way, very responsive and never tried to push anything on me. His Manager Ian Lawyer was always there to assist and make sure I was taken care of and it couldn't have been an easier pressure free process doing the financing with William Bell.

You'd be lucky to get that team if you are in the market for anything new or used. Rodney Pegram will find you exactly the car you want at a price that won't be beat in the area.

Passport BMW exceeded my expectations. My client advisor, Jordan, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was able to explain the complexities of the car very easily. More importantly he was very customer friendly and I felt absolutely no pressure at any time. He called me every day to see if I had any questions or needed any information and in doing so I never felt hounded or pressured.

The truth is I was looking at other dealerships much closer to home (I live at lease 1 hour away from Passport) but they couldn t come close to Passport s customer service, knowledge and flexibility. Jordan was even able to negotiate price and get me to the number I needed to do business. He is a consummate professional inside of an outstanding organization. I could not have had a better experience. I am a first time BMW customer and was a little nervous and apprehensive at first. Jordan and the team at Passport took great care of me. They made no assumptions about me and treated me like a VIP on sight. If you are thinking about buying a BMW don t waste your time. Go straight to Passport BMW.

This was the 2nd time that I purchased a car from Passport. This time by far was the best experience I've had. My Client Advisor, William McGhee, was extremely patient with with me. He took the time to explain every single question I had, addressing my concerns and giving honest feedback of each scenario. He even went above and beyond to ensure that an appointment I had was kept, while the service department was finishing up my car. He is a very pleasant and honest salesperson, which is the reason why my experience was so great.
