After searching far and wide for a car, all the while interacting with a handful of uninvolved and sub-par sales associates around the DMV area, I purchased a pre-owned 2005 330Cic with William McGhee at Passport BMW. Not only because it was a wonderful car, but because I wanted to give them my business. From start to finish they ALWAYS treated me like a valued customer.

As someone who works in customer service, I appreciate when I encounter others who provide an amazing experience. At Passport, I was always welcomed on a first name basis, even by a few client advisors with whom I had never spoken! And they were incredible following up with me, letting me know that they were there if I needed anything.

After delivery, I noticed that some superficial stains in the interior were still present after William had mentioned the detail department would handle that beforehand. He made sure that when I expressed dissatisfaction about the cleanliness of the interior, he would made it right.

Also, after all the paperwork was signed, he threw in all-weather floor mats, just for that extra added touch of customer service. MADE MY DAY!
