I live 40 minutes away and yet I bought my first BMW from Passport. I had submitted a request for quote to a few dealerships and they came back with a great no-nonsense offer. I had the pleasure of working with Mark White who helped me out with putting in the custom order and even drove out to pick me up and make sure I got hold of my new car as soon as possible. I really appreciated his honesty and straightforward attitude.

You don't purchase seven different cars from the same dealership if you are not 100% satisfied. The reason I keep coming back is because of two people Jay Klein, and Dave Comfort... the staff that they have put together make you feel welcome and informed. Believe me Daniel Rose who sold me my last car couldn't have been more patient and made sure I had the perfect car for me. I've never walked out of Passport where I didn't feel pleased. I don't care where you live visit Passport BMW, it's worth the drive.

This is an edit to this post that was submitted about 4 Months ago and if I could rate higher than a 5, I definitely would.

Two days ago I revisited Passport BMW to purchase our second BMW, this time we got a 2016 BMW 535i m sport Xdrive. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by William Mcghee who immediately took me in and started the process to help me look for the vehicle I had in mind. This process didn't take long at all. He remembered my preference from the earlier purchase and had standing by two vehicles he thought would be appealing to me, and he nailed it.
Because I was a previous customer the process from test drive to drive home was seamless. Everything I said below was again exhibited and I really enjoyed working with Willie and look forward to working with him again in the very near future.

Our experience purchasing our new 2017 BMW X5 was super fantastic. Our salesperson Willie Mcghee was very knowledgeable on the X5 and other BMW products. He also educated us on all of the options that were available for us through the financing process. His customer was superb and he made us feel very comfortable during our visit. We are extremely happy with our new ultimate driving machine and look forward to working with Willie again in the very new future. Thanks again for a great and seamless experience Willie and Passport BMW.

Great experience working with Damon Davis at passport BMW. He is very kind, professional, courteous and worked really hard to get me a great deal. I love my new X5 but there is a minor issue with a mismatched part. Damon is very helpful in the process getting this fixed for me. I highly recommend working with Damon if you re shopping for a new BMW.

I'm very impressed with the sales staff there too. I was greeted multiple times by them just to make sure I'm being helped.

I purchased a BMW 3 Series from Passport BMW. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the purchasing process even though it took a lot longer than I had anticipated. My sales rep was Nana. He's a real good guy. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I could not purchase the car for nearly four weeks from the date I initially viewed it, and Nana held the car for me. There were other people looking to purchase the same exact car, so I know he didn't have to do that, but he did it anyway. He also got me the best deal on the car and my trade-in. I would definitely purchase a car from him again.

Thank you Peter Akaeze for your excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and knowledge of the BMW. I was devastated when my car was totaled in an accident only two months before it would have been paid in full. For three weeks I drove a rental car and prayed profusely that God would lead me to the right car dealer, right salesperson, and right car for me. I had honed my decision down to three cars. I started my car shopping with my "dream" of owning the "Ultimate Driving Machine," but wasn't sure that was possible until I walked in the door at PASSPORT and Peter Akaeze stepped forward to introduce himself and offer his assistance. From that moment forward, I knew I was in the hands of a professional who handled the whole process with such ease and professionalism to the end that today my dream of owning the "Ultimate Driving Machine" is no longer a dream, but a reality. He went above and beyond to get me in my new car even following me to pick up my extra key form my trade in and finished my paperwork at home,just amazing service. Update 9/7/18- Turned in my old leased 4 series an...

Update 9/7/18- Turned in my old leased 4 series and graduated to a lease on a 5 series this week. The process was incredibly easy and non-stressful despite my giving the dealership very short notice. I cold called the dealership at 11am and was transferred to Mr. Nana Prempeh (which turned out to be the most fortuitous thing ever!). I gave him the stock numbers of the cars I was interested in test driving, and that I would be there at 12noon. Nana had everything ready to go when my friend and I arrived, greeted us with a big smile and genuine desire to be helpful (i.e., not pushy)- even providing us with lunch as we were there on our lunch hour. With the help of Nana, Mr. Joe Long and their finance department, I left with my new 5 series later that afternoon never once feeling pressured and knowing that I received the best deal possible. This business does make you feel like family! Thanks again!

My experience with the service department has always been quick and painless. Ray takes good care of me- I drop my car off early, pick up my loaner vehicle, and get a phone call to update me with any issues and/or to let me know my car is ready. I can call or text Ray with any questions and to schedule my appointments. I have a busy work schedule, and Ray has always been able to accommodate me, even last minute. Would highly recommend!

He was extremely knowledgeable about the chassis, powertrain, and features of the car, and was able to answer all of my questions. He created a stress free experience, and was even able to hook me up with 4 brand new tires!

My experience with Passport BMW and Milos Petric, specifically, couldn't have been better. My wife purchased a vehicle several months ago from Milos and when I saw a vehicle I liked, he was the first person we called.

With Milos' help I was able to complete my transaction in about 2 hrs, which is a blink of an eye compared to most car buying experiences.

TLDR-Great experience, would buy there again, ask for Milos.

Ms. Rachel Clancy helped us choosing our car and helped us through the process very smoothly. She was also reachable and quick to respond when we had questions, post-purchase.

Passport and Giselle provided the easiest car buying experience I have had. Giselle was so pleasant to work with and there was no pressure to buy. When I was ready to talk price, Marco the sales manager was terrific. There was not a lot of back and forth. The negotiating process was about 20 minutes. I did my homework on the 440i Grand Coupe I was interested in and the final price was fair.

I had a wonderful experience working with Milos on my recent purchase of an X3. He was most helpful and patient with all my questions as I took a while to make my final decision. He did just the right amount of follow up while I looked around for exactly what I wanted. Even though Passport BMW is not the closest dealer to home, the buying experience was well worth 150 miles trips to see Milos. Thanks again!

Pretty stubborn and dishonest sales manager who attempted 3rd grade sales tactics without providing explanation on numbers. Wasted our time talking to them at this dealership.

Also, beware of your belongings! Lost my pretty expensive prescription sunglasses in one of the vehicles that I test drove. Neither salesman nor manager/general manager were interested in attempting to recover my lost property, and did not even allow me to inspect the cars personally. In fact, they did not keep track of cars that I drove and could not tell me if they inspected them. I am sure that they made very little effort to locate my lost property. Tells volumes about their customer service attitude.

For that reason they lost my business and I chose to make a purchase at another dealership.

The staff was extremely friendly, location was very clean and a great selection of vehicles. My salesman Milos Petric was extremely helpful and very professional. Probably the least stressful experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I had a particular pre owned car in mind (2014 528xi) and things went very smooth. Walked in, was greeted by employees, and offered a bottle of water. William McGhee got me going with the test drive we talked numbers a bit, and that was it. First BMW and it was definitely a pleasant experience.

Its my first luxury car buying experience and oh boy, it is no short of luxury and comfortable itself. I got my best deal on the dream car I got, my precious X5 2020. Everything starting from salesman guidance, to financing the car to software engineer guidance went smoothly from the get go. Hung, my salesman was very knowledgeable and always helpful. He kept me updated regularly with all the steps of my car buying experience.After thorough research, I drove 4 hrs from my city to get the car from them and am so glad I did. She was great to work with. On the phone, in person, during the test drive and while helping me put together my car order, she was jovial, professional and attentive. I actually had fun buying my car -- and how often do you have fun when you buy a car?

Everyone I spoke with at Passport was great. There was a production slot available and Rich Allison wasted not time, getting a production number the same day I signed the papers. My new car was out of the factory, on the boat and at Passport in record time.

Jay Emadi, who worked the financing with me, was also great.

All-in-all it was an outstanding car-buying experience.

the best experience i had at car dealer so far. have went to many different dealers but never had a time when i can just go in and have perfect deal in one day. sales people are very nice and they are willing to listen. my sales person was Matthew, and Brandon Kim. i told them what i need and what im willing to pay and they made it happen when many other dealers have try to play with the numbers by just wasting my time. i know when i get a friend or family or even for my self looking for BMW i know for sure i will recommend this dealer. on the side, they have the best price for BMW new or used around DMV area. highly recommend!!!!!

My recent purchase with Passport BMW was by far the smoothest, most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. The sales staff is responsive, the managers are quick to jump in offer their help, and the BMW Geniuses know the technical ins and outs of every model and model-year.

Specifically, Niya in the sales department and Greg, one of the sales managers, both deserve much of the recognition for my fantastic purchase experience. Niya was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, and Greg went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer experience-- answering his cell phone late in the day on his day off, and making sure that we met at an agreeable payment for the car I wanted.

My sincere thanks to the entire Passport BMW staff for making my introduction to the Passport Auto family and the BMW brand so wonderful.

Brought my x5 here to get a oil change service. The rep Balzae was very nice and friendly. He quoted me an hour and a half but it turned out to be two hours. They didn t wash or vacuum my car which they usually do when I bring it in for service. Balzae stated that I can bring the car back anytime for a wash. But who really has time. Overall good service

Exceptional customer service with Nate (from beginning to end of deal), and overall fantastic experience with the dealership! This was my first-ever BMW and my dream car. Nate organized my pick up from Falls Church, VA, where I turned in my lease, which was incredibly helpful from a logistical standpoint. He also arranged a great deal - I d been researching for over 6 months so I knew he d given me an excellent price on the car. I felt very cared for as a customer, and respected as a woman buying a car on her own (yes, it s still a thing). Thank you very much Nate, I love the car!

It was the BEST car buying experience I have ever ...

It was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. We drove about 4 hours from northern NJ to the showroom. Before we went, I communicated with Greg Parker through email and phone and confirmed the Internet price on the website. To be honest, we were worried that they would not offer the price they offer on the website because I had seen many dealership used just use this low price strategy to get customers to the showroom and then did not offer the price, especially for long distance buyers. It turned out we were worried for nothing. They kept there words and offered us the same price on the internet website. Also we used a BMW fleet account which took about 10 seconds. Everything was so easy and relax. Greg was very very professional and polite, he made the whole process like a pleasure experience, not like a typical car buying. When we finally got paper work done and got the car came off detailing in front of the showroom. I noticed there was a very tiny stain on the read spoiler, Greg did not say anything but instead drove the car back to clean it up.

We definitely recommend this dealership if you are interested to buy a BMW.

I live closer to the Annapolis BMW, however, so I took it there for service over the last few years. Today I took it to Passport for service and regret ever going to Annapolis BMW. Passport is lightyears ahead in customer service, both on the sales floor and the service shop. Highly recommend Passport!

These guys rock!

I had a unique experience - I ordered an M3 through the military sales program while in Italy, and took delivery at Passport.

The M3 Genius demonstrated how to navigate the iDrive system and the car's various features and modes.

They provided temp tags, and helped me use their 3rd party tag company to register my new car in my home state. It took a while to complete the registration (due to my home state DMV being VERY difficult) but the guys at Passport were very patient and helpful through the process.

Initial service experience was fantastic.

Highly recommend Passport, just wish I lived closer!

Great customer experience! Highly recommend. Connected with Nana Prempeh initially by phone - very diligent, thorough and always put the customer first from our initial conversation. Over the next 72 hours that included a flight/hotel/onsite visit to Passport, drove the new BMW 1,400 miles home. During the drive, Nana continued to check-in to ensure I got to my destination safely...that's what friends do! Won't buy another BMW before checking in with Nana first. Special call-out to Jeff Steel in Finance also, very consultative and more knowledgeable than any other dealers I've dealt with in my past 23 years driving BMW's. They are both part of the A-team. Thanks for your sincerity and positive experience!

I contacted My local dealer for parts 3 days ago .... the representative was very pleasant even though I had To repeat the same information about 3-4 times I was Still ok. She requested my name, email, telephone number, vehicle information, and what part I was Looking for ( I was Calling for part). She told me someone would be contacting me back within an hour

This is new to me as I normally Get the information I m looking for right away but hey BMW does this differently (that s okay right)

NEVER GOT A CALL!!!

Yesterday at 7:45am I called and got an answer and explained to a gentleman that I called Gave my information and car info but I never Got a call back.

He told me uhhhh I m not sure how to respond to that but how can I help you

I replied Ohhhh you guys have attitudes at BMW he responded that they don t open until 8 as I was Calling at 7:45

This is a very long read but it will save someone the headache of disputing false inquiries with Equifax and credit dings. False 5 star reviews!!!!! BUYER BEWARE! SHADY AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!! Went on 8/31/18 to purchase a car with a check from my credit union. As the dealership gets kick backs when they plug you with financing, Teriec instantly wants to " beat the credit unions interest rate". I told this man at least 4 times that I'm not interested in their financing and I'm interested in a cash and carry transaction; he finally says ok. I asked him at least 4 times as well how much the car was, he insisted on going around that question. I asked once when he pulled the car for a test drive, once while I was test driving of which his response was "I MEAN ITS WHATEVER THE WEBSITE SAYS"., and then twice when we were at his desk. He now proceeds to get my demographics and then asked for my social; I ask why. I told this man explicitly DO NOT RUN MY CREDIT!!! This snake looked me right in my eyes and said it's policy as I'm still attempting to buy a car from their delearship. The very last time I asked he finally tells me that the car is 24k. My response to him was I want everything for 24k ( which included my trade 2011 Lexus es350 with 148 on the dash, they wanted to give me 4K ). He says to me oh we don't negotiate internet prices with way too much bravado, your looking at 30k out the door. So now I'm really confused because I have 24k cash trying to sign a bill of sale! At that point I got tired of pretending to be a dumb dame and I said to him ---- oh okay can I have my keys please, he now wants to talk convince me how I'm not going to get the car anywhere else. I asked for my keys again. By this time he has gotten up twice and went to the sales manager and still didn't bring my keys!. At this point I'm beginning to become annoyed and I think he could sense it so after the third request for my keys he comes back with them. I take my keys and I'm heading to the door, now he wants to usher me to the sales manager. There was no way I was doing business with them at this point whatsoever, the manager says to me " I understand that you are looking for a bit of a price break. I advise I was not I got cash I don't want your financing and I want y'all to pick up the taxes, didn't give him a chance to respond and left his office and the dealership. HERE'S THE GOOD PART. The review that stated they will waste your time and have you driving hours and will sell the car on you is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!! The car I came to buy I walked in off of the street, however, there was someone traveling enroute to purchase the same car from a long distance and if they were able to get my sale they would have been SOL. Two days later Credit Karma alerts me that (Auto Holdings) made an inquiry on my credit!! IM FURIOUS and will be filing a complaint with the BBB! Get this, the car is still there as of 9/7/18 and they had the nerve to call me on 9/5/2018. There are other BMW dealers, if you already have your financing situated go somewhere else, they're going to lie to you to get your social and run your credit!

I had an amazing experience with Passport BMW namely with salesperson Niya DelaTorre. I live in NJ and had found a vehicle I wanted and figured I d look around for the best deal on that particular vehicle. I spoke with several dealers and Passport BMW responded quickly with bottom line pricing and great efficiency. I drove from NJ to their dealership in MD, almost 4hrs away, based on their approach of truth in lending and being willing and available to meet any need I presented as a customer. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with great customer service and just an overall straight forward professional experience. I have every intention of taking the drive again when my lease is up.

The experience my wife and I had at Passport BMW recently, and with John Accettullo specifically, was outstanding.

We visited Passport on Labor Day 2019 with the objective of driving a Certified Pre-owned BMW to determine just how interested we were in pursuing a BMW. John reached out in advance and had the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived. John did a fantastic job of explaining the features of the vehicle, facilitating a test drive, and then doing the same for five (5) additional vehicles (including a new 540i just for fun) so we could compare models, features, etc.

John never rushed us, never pressured us and never made us feel we were obligated to do anything. Instead, he gave us space and showed a lot of patience while we consumed most of his afternoon. John was/is extremely professional and respectful, and has followed up on everything he said he would.

John went on to introduce us to his Sales Manager, Sean Swartz, who explained in detail some interesting and enlightening scenarios we had not previously considered. We left with much to consider and think through and, by the end of the week we had purchased and taken delivery on a beautiful new 2019 540i xDrive.

On the day I arrived to complete the paperwork and take delivery everyone was ready for me. John went over a few more details regarding the purchase, Jeff Steel (also great!) in Finance advanced my pleasant experience by going over all the terms in detail and in relatively short order, and then I transitioned into my Genius orientation with Josue.

XXX did a fantastic job going over the features and settings in the cockpit of the car and even offered to do the same for my wife on another day since she could not be there that day.

This has been a great customer experience. It's our first BMW, but not likely to be our last.

They gave me the price I was looking for within the first five minutes of negotiations rather than after many hours of exhausting bargaining as is the case with ordinary dealerships.

We bought our 2011 BMW from Teric of Passport BMW, and got a great deal. Teric was a very knowledgable salesman and a man of integrity. He took his time to work out a preliminary deal long distance over the phone, and when I came in from out of state to purchase the car, he fulfilled all that he had promised and more. Had a great experience and got a great deal, well worth the drive across 4 states.

I had a great experience at the Passport BMW dealership, especially because my client adviser, Nana Prempeh, was delightful to work with (and I cannot believe I'm using the words "delightful" and "dealership" in the same sentence).
