I recently purchased a vehicle from Passport BMW and the experience was awesome. I worked with Nana, who was professional and treated me like family the whole way through. I never felt like I was being pressured or hassled when talking with Nana and negotiating a price point that was fair for both sides. Once we came to a deal I was ready to go in test drive and ultimately buy. When I arrived the whole staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and again treated me like family. I think the test drive route could have been a little bit longer but that's neither here nor there. The whole experience from start to finish was painless, quick, pressure less. I will definitely keep them in mind when purchasing another vehicle and highly recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't finish my review without giving a shotout to Mr. Steele in financing. He made it seem like I wasn't even doing paperwork at all and it was a fun experience.
