Hotel being renovated. Unrenovated rooms are old and dated.

The moment we got there,it was an excellent location but thats we re it ends,we arriving there no help with cases and so ever, we went to our room which my wife asK for a bath and there was no bath so we rang the reception and the man was very rude as he said you need to get an executive room for a bath but it was never told to us when we booked a room for us.when we had a shower all the water overflowed the bathroom,
We will looking for a top rated hotel and this wasn t it,very very disappointed, we try to go swimming and there s no water in the pool..

Our first experience of the kindness of dutch people was arriving at the hotel and being warmly welcomed by the receptionist Maddi. The rooms were incredibly clean and very chic; all the staff from room service to manager were very polite, kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank Maddi who went to such length to make our stay that much more pleasant by his pure kindness and generosity. Will definitely be back.

A bit chaotic, I think there's better. Very convenient location.

Located near the inner canal across of the train station. Lots of shops and restaurants. The room is fantastic. Extra large bed, fogless mirrors, big tv and awesome cityscape view. Excellent customer service. Only EU outlets. Need to bring a US adapter or rent one for 20 euro each

Have been here for just a 3 days and I love it already, good place and service, location is great, furniture little bit beaten up.. recommended it

Nice hotel right opposite Central station. Rooms were very nice and quiet considering how loud it is outside.

Hotel located in a fantastic location to travel the whole center. Very modern environment, more than for tourism it is suitable for business trips. The hotel offers a good restaurant with good cuisine by Dutch standards. Congratulations to the girl who runs the room really kind and caring.

Hotel itself was good just a little bit disappointed that the cleaning lady comes in 3 times while I was sleeping otherwise the communication between the payments and the staff goes very bad all in all not worthy of 4 stars.

Strategic position.
They were upgraded to a suite so I can not complain of space, although the bathroom is rather sacrificed.
Breakfast with sweet and savory, excellent fruit juices, too bad for coffee and cappuccino at the machine.
Fitness area with sauna and swimming pool, but without beds or armchairs to relax and without hair-dryer in the showers.
Friendly staff, but a little slow.

Nicely renovated Hotel opposite the Centraal Station

Went there 2 years ago but it was very Amazing Hotel.

Friendly staff, very nice rooms and great location!

Bit of a weird layout, but the room was comfortable and well-decorated. It needed some work though - the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, one of the plug sockets was loose; finally, the internet TV didn t work properly. Otherwise a nice hotel though and about as good as you can get in terms of location.

but you have to be persistent when looking for a room with a view, as this is the only option for "bonus" guests.

Those who stay longer should have the same right of choice :-)

It was totally a great Experience . I feel delighted with the courtesy and helpfulness of the people who works there.. It starts from the Lobby Man (who winks at the end of the conversation..sorry I forgot his name), The receptionists, even the house keeping lady. The rooms were too good the over all ambiance is fantastic. The location is just opposite to the center railway station and near to many tourist agents..

Clean hotel with really tiny tiny rooms. Rooms are noisy with doors slamming. Reception is pretty.

Very luxury place, full of people and lights and surrounded by everything. Markets, shops, candy stores, restaurants and many things. Even the train station is in-front of hotel. Health care and one hospital is near as well. Breakfast is delicious and have lots of variety food and dishes. The one thing is non connivance is the power for charging and using electrics is very low and week. To charge my phone it takes more than two hours, and to charge my power-bank takes more than six hours. The room is very cute and warming, the big mirror inside giving a room more space and beautiful decor. Window is cool as well. Bathroom is very convenance and the shower place is perfect, warm water big showering. The card and do not disturb idea is brilliant. I loved this place

The hotel is located at the center of Amsterdam. It's convenient to get around the city. The room is very spacious. I also like the hotel entrance, there are beautiful flowers and the fragrance is amazing. However, there is no dressers or nightstands offered in the room for us to place our small stuff. And the shared facilities are not as clean as I expected, like the elevators doors and bottoms are covered with people's finger prints, perhaps it is the Easter long weekend, the amount of tourists is overwhelming.

Nice location near to lots of store, i have a window facing to the central station that is quite good view. The furniture is quite old, but still ok.

Hotel very well located in Amsterdam at the city center, train station, parking etc. Our room was very modern and clean with a very nice shower. Only downside: 2 single mattresses in a bed 2 people .. for the price it was disappointing.

The restaurant is good. It has a good location and good views

Rooms not pleasant. No view. I guess 60% rooms are looking a dark atrium. I couldnt have curtains open as i feel being voyeoured by tens of rooms

This was one of the best experiences in Amsterdam that we had, if you want to be treated like royalty stop here on your travels. Paul,Remi and Marjolijn know how to treat the guest. They answered all our questions and then some, Anywhere from central station to places to dine, this crew made sure we were taken care of. The hotel itself was beautiful,clean and busting with flair. Our room was spacious and inviting, We will always remember this trip and the kindness that they showed us. It is centrally located to everything. It sets on the corner of the city there is no place I would rather be, beautiful scenery canals, shops and food everywhere around you. The hotel has excellent food and spirits as well. It was the most relaxing trip we have had abroad.

Very Clean rooms and good staff, helpful and Kind! Sadly only the Spa is available right now, the Gym is closed due to covid (as of 28.7.2020).

A really nice hotel worthy of its four star rating. The location is excellent right across from the central station. The room was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with everything you would need. The room I had had a espresso machine as well as a kettle with pleanty of capsules as well as tea.
The shower worked great with hot water the whole time. The bed was very comfortable.

What a warm welcome we received, the room was great very spacious a lovely bed, swimming pool not large but also great to poodle, staff friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful, thanks Victoria for the pleasant stay, we will definitely come back.

Had a business trip and stayed here. Location wise it's good, however, some extra services that hotel is providing like spa and others needs to be improved

Good hotel. Rooms are a bit small but understandable considering the age of the building and location. Decor is very dark modern. The breakfast spread and bar are pretty good. Location makes it worthwhile being a stones throw from the station.

I loved this hotel. The location is excellent and most of the staff is amazing. Superb concierge. The only reason it is 4 instead of 5 is because of one member of staff (Jaelle) during check in. Mixed up credit card charges, said it could not be fixed, but when we asked a more knowledgeable member of staff, it was apparent that he did not know how and didn't care to find out. He repeated blamed me (the guest) for sliding the wrong card. Aside from the interaction with him, this hotel is perfect.

Great place, central & at walking distance of everything. The restaurant is great as well!
